The area is very nice and the apartment view is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is a little small, so unless you like being cozy with one other person, I would only recommend this for a single person stay. All the amenities that I needed for a single month were basically there: hair dryer, even Q-tips and cotton swabs, pots, pans, silver ware, etc. The bed was a little stiff, but if you like a firm bed you'll love it. I just prefer a softer mattress. That would likely be my only complaint, but genuinely would stay again for another month. Lovely place.

This was a great little condo with amazing views in a nice, central, walkable area of Surrey. It has a nicely equipped little kitchen. I do most of my own cooking and there were a few kitchen accessories I was missing so I asked Tina about them. She was more than happy to accommodate and had them all delivered within a half hour. It's a small unit but has two bathrooms which was a nice feature. Washer and dryer in-condo were great too. I had the chance to use the onsite gym a few times. It's a good basic facility. The building is very secure. Pay close attention to Tina's detailed instructions about unit and underground parking access as I found it a little tricky at first but got the hang of it in no time. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for Vancouver and surrounding areas. The apartment is extremely clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Janice was also a fantastic host and immediately responsive to any questions. The perfect location for easy access to Vancouver without the headache is being stuck in traffic the moment you leave the apartment. Will definitely rent again

Comfortable stay. Deborah was very sweet and helpful. Everthing is just like the pictures. Couple minutes away from Coquitlam Center and lots of restaurants. Backyard is set up to relax and accommodate. Cheers 🍻

The place was exactly as described, was very clean, and very comfortable. The location is central in Vancouver along intersecting main roads giving great access from and to all directions. Walkable coffee shop, restaurants, and grocery all came in handy. All this plus friendly, gracious hosts topped it all off for a great experience!

We knew the moment we found the address we were completely safe! It is such a beautiful area, and close to everything you need! Any questions we had were answered within minutes. We couldn’t have been any happier and would stay with James and Tina again! It was a really nice stay and they were lovely!

A really beautiful home to stay in just a couple of minutes drive from the ferry. Gorgeous views through the trees to the water and the mountains. So peaceful. The house was spotless and very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Very sociable living space set up. We loved it! I would highly recommend.

The place was beautiful, very clean and the rooms were spacious. We were a group of 8 and we hadn’t felt cramped at all. The location was secluded in a quiet neighbourhood and was surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The wifi and heat ran smooth. Overall my friends and I had a great time and could not recommend this place more.

Cute cabana conveniently located right in between Birch Bay and Drayton Harbor. Clean, comfortable, and well furnished.

Great host was able to meet up a bit ealier as I got into Vancouver ealier then check in time. The unit had a hair curler which save me time to the salon, and great location in Richmond. Clean and nice condo. ;)

Had such an excellent stay! The place was lovely, with a great layout, a beautiful view, and a charming neighborhood. It was the perfect spot to spend a month exploring the area while working remotely. The view of the mountains, Vancouver skyline, and the occasional rainbow created the perfect (home away from home) atmosphere. The apartment became my home-away-from-home during my month long stay in Vancouver. It was comfortable, completely outfitted for all of my needs, nicely decorated and the location is convenient to stores, restaurants, downtown Vancouver, parks, attractions and to the Vancouver Seawall. And the view... wonderful day and night when the city unfolds in front of you. My hosts, Shifa and Tariq, responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful in providing excellent information about the apartment, the building and the surrounding area. When I come back to Vancouver this apartment will again be my home-away-from-home.

The host has utilized a significant portion of the storage space inside the apartment for their personal belongings, limiting available storage for guests.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautiful view of the mountains, the space was perfect to spend a few weeks. Very walkable area, the building is modern and easy to access. The place was wonderfully clean and had everything I could have needed. Highly highly recommend!
