Alexander was a fantastic host, and the Gastown Penthouse was a perfect location for our stay. The penthouse was very spacious and well equipped, tastefully decorated and had an incredible view as the top floor of the building. We ended up dining at four fantastic restaurants that were within a two-minute walk (authentic Japanese, Ukranian, Italian and Mediterranean). In my opinion, located in the best part of Gastown. Yes, there are homeless in the area but we never felt threatened, and they generally are on the outskirts of the area. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic space. Great sheets. Perfect shower. Very safe building. Close to two excellent coffee places(try Nelson the Seagull). Close by ride share to everything. Excellent host with excellent taste. Fantastic, spot on communication. Highly recommend place.

This home is absolutely immaculate! The photos are stunning and they still don’t do the space justice. It’s so modern, bright, private, and thoughtfully appointed. It gives you the feel of a classic cove house that’s architecturally unique and adapts to the nature all around. Rain or shine it’s a great space - either the sun shines in or you hear the relaxing pitter patter of rain on multiple skylights while you sit by the fireplace. We lived in the area for over a decade before moving away so know the neighbourhood well. This rental is in the absolute perfect spot - spitting distance to the trail head and just a few minutes on foot to the waterfront and all the amenities of the town. Kathryn is a great host and we will absolutely be booking again in the future!

We stayed here for a whole month and it was the perfect place to base ourselves. The location is excellent and very central, while still feeling safe at night. It’s well furnished and has everything you need, from extra pillows and sheets to kitchen utensils.

This loft is a great spot! Nice access to downtown and easily walkable. The loft itself is cozy and clean with everything you'd need while staying in Vancouver.

I had a great stay at Shahlah's loft! The natural light was very invited and loved the high ceilings. The loft was clean and felt like home. I look forward to staying again!

Wow what a wonderful stay and wonderful hosts! Blake’s place was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We felt right at home and Blake and Caroline always responded so quickly to any questions we had. They treated us so well and made our stay in Vancouver extra magical. Don’t hesitate to book here!

We loved the unit. Great view of the city and right in the middle of everything. We definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have fun in Vancouver!
