Best place I’ve ever stayed at. Very nice host and great place to be.

Great property and perfect location. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mark responded to all inquiries promptly and was very accommodating in every respect. My son-in-law is very tall, so the walk in shower in the primary bathroom was very nice. We will definitely rebook on our next visit to Evansville.

We loved our stay and have only good things to say about Leslie. The furniture is comfortable in EVERY room, and I cannot say that about every place I’ve stayed. The water pressure in the shower is GREAT. The heater kept us cozy warm. The beds and bedding arw wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place is very homey, and all the appliances work great. Leslie was very responsive and flexible. We will definitely stay again!!

Kelley is such a great hostess! She truly thought of everything. The loft was so clean and well stocked. My besties and I loved walking around downtown then grabbing breakfast downstairs in the morning. I will try to rent from Kelley again in the future!

This home was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming, we felt very comfortable and right at home!! Ivan is an amazing guy with lots of patience and a very understanding attitude toward his guest. This was my first Airbnb experience and it was amazing!!

It was easy to book the place. Check in and check out were easy. I like the fact that everything needed was there. Sarah was a perfect host. Being there for my mom's emergency health issues, she tried hard to make the visit a stress free visit. I was very pleased and so was my family. If I needed to have another Airbnb in that city, I would gladly go back to this place. ❤️

Brook and Hasib were great hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and their I’ll was comfortable for our quick overnight in town. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well.

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

Everything looked just like the photos. We enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom. The laundry units available for use by guests of this apartment are very nice. There was more noise than we expected from the long term tenants above with small kiddos but the host did include a “noise warning” in the “Additional Info” section of the listing that we missed (and that was our fault for overlooking this).
