We enjoyed our super short stay at Pratik's place! He went out of his way to accommodate us even tho we arrived very late at night. We were apprehensive about it, but he helped us cheerfully despite the time. His recommendations for food and sights was very helpful and we had a great brunch ordered in from Cinnamon! The place is simple, clean and comfortable! The stores on the ground floor are quite convenient and well stocked! The morning tea on 2nd floor balcony amidst the lush green environs was a God-sent after the dusty city balconies we have still not gotten used to! Took me back to my roots, reminding me that my heart feels complete in small towns. I am truly thankful I chanced upon this economical, homely, complete home.Comfortable for our family of 4.There is one full bathroom and a sink in the common area- which worked for us. It's on the 2nd floor, which was also fine, maybe a problem if someone has mobility issues. All in all, a gem💎of a find!Thank you!GodBless✨️✨️✨️

I loved staying at the charming 1 BHK apartment. It's conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The kitchen was well-equipped. Also, the rooftop swimming pool is absolutely stunning, providing a delightful experience whether you swim under the warm sunlight or the enchanting moonlight. Excellent apartment it feels like home all the mentioned amenities was present there everything was just perfect the linen, furniture, interior, ambiance, washroom , utensils. Absolutely amazing experience! The overall decor of the house is so beautifully appointed that it makes you feel cozy, relaxed and exuberant all at once. The washrooms and kitchen area are squeaky clean. The surroundings are peaceful and will treat you with a healthy dose of greenery. The hosts Mishika, Vaani and Shikha are very helpful and responsive and caretaker Sagar is polite and available for any immediate needs. Overall one of the best value for money experiences you’ll have on Airbnb! Great job by the Pink Papaya Team!

Place is exactly how it looks in photos, area is good near to beach & market and there are security guards for guests safety.

Wonderful experience. Amazing stay with scenic view. Feels at home. Deepali is a great host. Everything was the same as mentioned in the description, or even better. We felt at home.

This property is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. So beautiful and peaceful with all the amenities. All the restaurants and beaches are very nearby which makes this property perfect for long stay in north Goa. Mr. D’souza was a wonderful host who helped us during our stay from providing an amazing itinerary to recommendations of best restaurants/ cafes in town. Apart from that he made sure to stay in touch with us throughout for any issues that we might face. Their caretaker Mr. Shabbir was also very helpful and well behaved person. Overall to sum it up, we had the best stay in this property. Would love to come back and will surely recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

So greatful to stay at The Cardo Comforts. Mr. Antonio picked and dropped me to local eateries and waited for me until I finish my shopping and helped me to find out a good bag to carry my things. Always reachable and responsive anytime. Since it was my first solo trip to Goa, he went beyond expectations to take care and helped like family member. Thank you so much for hosting me!!

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

The listing is located in a central society, just a few minutes away from the airport. It was clean and had all the listed amenities. The caretaker was communicative and ensured a smooth check-in process.

If u want to stay at a place where it feels home then this is your destination. In my last 12+ years of travelling experience this is one of the top 5 best places that I have stayed. Luis (our host) makes you really feel that it’s your own house and we personally felt we are staying at our home with friends and family.

The property is exactly how it's shown in pictures. Very luxurious and had a fully stocked kitchen as well. It's definitely going to be our next stay option when visiting Goa.

Absolutely Perfect Our stay here was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing helpful local recommendations, quick responses to any queries. The host was super cooperative and accommodating. The home itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The WiFi was super fast. The location was perfectly situated, with excellent connectivity to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, yet still offering a peaceful retreat from the city. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Every little detail was thoughtfully curated. What truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality of the host. He was genuinely kind, accommodating, and always ready to help—making sure we had the best experience.

Best location abd very courteous staff , saif was very helpful and nice .he helped us assisting with our queries. even Mr. tom was always responsive and kept checking on us regarding our stay. a much recommended place for solo traveller or couples. will surely visist again .

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.
