Indrajit’s airbnb felt like home. Every corner of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had all the amenities. The rooms were spacious. Every bedroom has a balcony which has amazing views. The terrace was just another vibe. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The property was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it, if you are planning to stay in North Goa!

Best stay I've been in so far for a large family. Raj, the caretaker was extremely helpful. The pool was clean and extremely fun to use. Thoughtful things all around the house - pool towels, toiletry kits were mostly additions on top of what is a great place to stay! Highly recommend the stay!

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Great location and a helpful, responsive host!! We had a wonderful stay. The place had all the necessary amenities and was close to all the important landmarks. It looked exactly as shown in the images. The internet speed was good too. The host (Sanjeev) made sure all the requirements were met as and when asked for. Overall- Good place to stay and enjoy.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner with a thoughtful hamper, fresh towels, and a refreshing welcome drink. The villa is incredibly well-priced for a group of six, especially considering its prime location in Goa’s beach belt. It offers the perfect balance of privacy and tranquility while still being conveniently close to popular pubs and cafes. The property itself is stunning, featuring genuine Portuguese furniture set against beautiful natural flooring. Recently renovated, it exudes charm and elegance. The caretaker was extremely efficient, ensuring a seamless stay, and the breakfast was delicious. Our family had a fantastic time, and we will definitely be returning. I believe we were the first European visitors to this villa and therefore the in house staff didn’t quite understand that we didn’t need waiting on hand and foot as I think they had been used to with other guests. They were however very friendly and obliging, and once they realised we were very low maintenance they were quite unobtrusive, although always available. The villa, the gardens and pool were kept very clean and our host Rohit was very proactive and always available on social media. We could honestly find nothing to fault with this property, and will more than likely book it again next winter.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

5/5 Stars! We had an amazing stay at Humble Rock! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional care taken by the caretaker Arupnath. They were always available to help, kept the house spotless, and made sure we felt right at home. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a group of friends. Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Deepak was super helpful and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here in Jan of 2025 for about 6 nights with my family. Mukesh's place was wonderful, the apartment was exactly as the pictures and his staff has maintained it really well. The complex itself was full of greenery and felt very serene. The locality is about 10 mins drive to Candolim so close to all the busy places in North Goa, yet away from the crowd. Overall i will recommend this place to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and incredibly comfortable for both us and our fur baby. Its proximity to Benaulim Beach, as well as nearby restaurants and supermarkets, made our trip even more convenient. Was helped by support staff Satyam who was hospitable and made sure everything went well. The Co-host Phil was also in touch before and during the stay and helped to quickly resolve the WiFi issue. The housekeeping timings were a bit random for our liking so making a standard schedule for it would be really helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay in this beautiful property. It was exactly same as described and the host was extremely helpful and understanding. House has amazing jacuzzi and private lift directly opening inside home. Wifi was very fast with signal covering whole house. Terrace view was also amazing especially sunrise. Host was responsive and very helpful. She was available on call all the time. I would like to recommend this property on next goa visit.

Our request to book was last minute.Roshan was very responsive no hassle in checking in. The place is literally a throw away from the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay close to the airport.

Nice place to stay with big rooms in Panjim city

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .

Words can't describe our wonderful experience in Kirti's place. It's a lovely 4 BHK Villa on a hill with sweeping views of the beautiful Mandovi river from the living room cum kitchen (on level 2) and 3 bedrooms (on level 1 & 3). An elevator is available to take you up & down all levels). The bedrooms & washrooms are spacious, the balconies are large and the furniture in all spaces is lovely. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Panaji is just about 5 kms from this place. Swiggy & Zomato delivers, hence we didn't feel the need to drive out for food. The best part was the proactive attitude of the host! I have stayed in a good number of Airbnb places in Goa - I can definitely rate Kirti as one of the best hosts. Though we didn't meet, she helped us with a late night issue for which we are grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all guests looking for a nice, peaceful and relaxing stay.
