We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Home away from home as it was a working holiday for son and self. we thoroughly enjoyed every moment, more than what I could have asked for. Can't wait to come back. Pommel is no doubt a great host, very flexible and always willing to go that extra mile to make the stay most memorable one

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at Goutam's place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Supermarket, restaurant, ATM and liquor shop just right outside of complex. This apartment has stunning view and located in very peaceful neighborhood. Faster Wi-Fi+ was very handy when I had to take few work calls. Goutam was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting South Goa

The apartment had everything microwave,washing machine, toaster,kettle. It was located right in the middle of calangute . The only thing the apartment could do with a update new toilet seat,shower curtain,living room curtains could do with being washed . Also it's on the 3rd floor which was something we didn't ask about before we went so that was down to us . The staff where helpful changed the sheets and towels when we asked .

Great host. Amazing property. They had one care taker always around the property for our convenience and everyday cleaning staff used to come. Shaeen and her husband both were very warm and welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. Will surely visit again and recommend to all our friends and family. Cheers!

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

Best stay I've been in so far for a large family. Raj, the caretaker was extremely helpful. The pool was clean and extremely fun to use. Thoughtful things all around the house - pool towels, toiletry kits were mostly additions on top of what is a great place to stay! Highly recommend the stay!

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

This is a great private villa in a great location. Peaceful surroundings with a good view. And the terrace pool makes it better. We had a great stay.

Fantastic apartment & host! Berty's place is ideal for staying in Colva, particularly for a longer period. REALLY well equipped with just about anything you can think of > fridge, gas hob, water purifier, washing machine, smart TV. It has good AC and hot water. It was all the other small touches as well - needles/ thread, 1st aid kit, liquid for the washing machine, condiments in the kitchen, a few drinks and snacks, hair dryer, iron, spare pillows/ blankets. Cleaner comes every few days. The apartment has a good sized, clean pool and a decent gym with few cardio machines, basic free weights, multi-machine. Location is just a five mins walk to the beach and far enough back so it is always quiet and calm. 3 mins to a small shop,10 mins walk to our favourite cafe (Baytree), 15 to our favourite beach shack (Pinacolada). Berty is a fantastic host. Always on the other end of the phone & happy to help with anything you need. He put up with our frequent change in plans without complaint!

Stay was very beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is super close. Felt safe, right and home far away from home at Ally’s place. I will definitely book it again whenever there’s any plan for south goa.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

Cheryl's house is conveniently located. Condominium with closed guarded territory. Spacious free parking, there are always free spaces. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a water filter, air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is a small balcony. The apartment is well equipped. Good high-speed Internet, and with rare power outages in the condominium, it continues to work from an autonomous source of electricity. Plus - not the sunny side, not hot and comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, a good location and we are happy to recommend Cheryl's house for a comfortable stay in Colva

Der Aufenthalt bei Yogesh war für uns eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Apartment war perfekt wie beschrieben und es war immer sehr ruhig. Die Annehmlichkeiten der Hausanlage von den Parkplätzen bis zur Dachterrasse waren sehr gut gepflegt und bewacht, wir haben diese mit Freude genutzt. Nicht zuletzt durch die Hinweise von Yogesh konnten wir die Halbinsel mit den angrenzenden Gebieten gründlich erforschen und fanden viele interessante Orte, die vom üblichen Tourismus bislang weitgehend verschont geblieben sind. Vielen Dank an Yogesh, wir kommen gerne wieder.
