Cherian's place is a veritable piece of Paradise and he's the consummate gracious, caring, and responsive host! Perumpalam is an island (one of many in the area) served by different types of ferries to get on and off, so we went off island to Fort Kochi during our stay. Cherian's place is definitely on our list of places to visit and stay again (and for several more days!) to rest and relax.

The space was very well maintained and clean. Maneera, the host was very welcoming and very responsive. She helped out whenever we asked for help. She is very accommodating and that changed our experience in kochi. Would definitely recommend this place. We loved it here

What a fabulous place to stay in the midst of Airport and the city of Kochi. Located nearby to the airport our travel plans went smooth and to be honest, this is a rare find in Cochin. With a perfectly designed isolated home that beats the ☀️, ultimately calm sitout next to the periyar river , we felt peacefully grounded to the environment. Later we had swim in the river which was pure bliss. Ijas was unavailable, yet we got clear instructions and great hospitality from his family. Plenty of food attractions nearby with walkable distance to nearby metro station. Overall you're one step away to experience this unique experience. 🤗 Loved every single minute and definitely on my books as i felt ultimately relaxing.

Our three-night stay at River Isle Palace Home Stay in Kochi, booked through Airbnb, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Francis, the owner, was incredibly cooperative and attentive, consistently checking in to ensure our comfort and assist with any needs. His genuine care made our experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The property has two comfortable bedrooms which can accommodate two people each, and the expansive hall, separate dining area, and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to relax and prepare our own meals with ease. The highlight, however, was the charming treehouse overlooking the serene Periyar Lake. The view was simply breathtaking and provided a tranquil escape. A special mention must be made of Mr. Arjun, the driver-cum-guide arranged by Francis. His knowledge and warmth transformed him from a service provider into a cherished friend, enriching our Kochi exp.

It was absolutely wonderful experience at staying this apartment. The room was exactly as described,clean and tidy. It had all the basic amenities for a relaxing stay. Mukesh was there to welcome me when I arrived at midnight for check in. Communication was quick and easy. Great location and train and bus services are easily accessible. Highly recommended for a short stay in this apartment. Thanks

We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

Stanley and caretaker taken care everything we needed. my family extremely loved the place and if anyone visiting property, check out beautiful canal near by, water is clean and we can swim out there. property surrounded by beautiful views and farm lands. sceneries. so beautiful. just simply go for it.

It was amongst the loveliest of property! Serene, Silent, Beauty. It has a tiny garden, and also cycles for easy commute to the market. No mosquitoes and no insects inside due to the mosquito nets. I was there with my parents, they fell in love with the place. Even before visiting, I had more work frequency, Infanta took the additional step of informing me the exact location to avoid a confusion with address, helped with the stove late night, and also gave really good market suggestions. Although there was a bit of misunderstanding about a missing tv adapter, Infanta was worried about the adapter being missing for the next guest, which is understandable. I did feel a bit caught off guard. I would suggest recording the house once, as it has multiple artifacts and amenities and could be prone to misunderstandings.

We chose to stay at Ajith's place for 3 nights. It exceeded our expectations of an AirBnB tremendously. The amenities were lavish yet need based, the rooms were very comfortable. Felt like a homely hotel. The care taken to make sure we made it to the house without any difficulty was much appreciated. As a host Mr Ajith was very flexible with our entry and exit since our purpose of visit sometimes lead to late nights. If you are planning to be around angamally for a visit, this homestay is your go to! 10/10.
