We had an amazing stay. Traci was very accommodating. The home was as expected. I can’t say enough how happy I was with our stay. And each room had a sound machine that we all found helpful. I even ordered one for myself! I’ll be definitely staying again !

This house is a lot fun and would work great for a big group. We were only two people and our dog, but everything was very clean, as described, and well appointed. We really appreciate your flexibility and will DEFINITELY be back soon!

We loved this place!! There was so many amenities that we weren’t able to use because we weren’t in the house a ton as we were in a wedding, but boy did we miss out on them! We had a perfect stay and would absolutely stay again if we were ever in the area again. No complaints at all!

We LOVED our stay at Neil’s place. It’s a comfy house in a great location, between Pittsford Village and Victor mall, close to fwy, hiking trails and the Erie Canal. The indoor pool was fantastic—a highlight for the kids and a huge plus on a rainy April wknd. We noted that some furniture, such as dining chairs, were in need of repair or replacement, yet were very comfortable! And in the end, didn’t matter at all—when not in the pool, this is where we spent most of our time, eating, conversing & playing games. Neil is a wonderful host: proactive, flexible and friendly. Such an interesting collection of books, pictures & momentos adorn this home, would love to hear some stories behind them. Thank you Neil for your hospitality. We look forward to a return visit.

We stayed at Beeman's on the Hill for an unfortunate funeral. The family was able to be together and visit and enjoy a meal together while there. The young adult cousins enjoyed catching up in the hot tub and our beagle loved the outdoors. The little ones enjoyed watching the Wiggles on the TV. The olders enjoyed catching up under the covered porches. It rained so we didn't do a fire as we would have liked, but the firepit was prepared for us. The view on the hill was fantastic! We had no issues finding the place, due to Joann's instructions and a quick look at Google maps to see where were going. The beds were comfortable! We saw JoAnn on our way down the hill but really didn't need to bother her at all while staying. Great place! Hope to be back sometime! Just as a note: the gentleman who died and his wife celebrated their last anniversary meal at Beeman's Restaurant. He loved Beeman's. 🥰 Thank you, JoAnn! You gave us great consolation!

Our family stayed here right after Christmas & not only did the accommodations fit us perfectly, it was nice to be somewhere that was decorated for the holiday. The house was of course old, but that is part of the charm. The bathrooms were pristine & the grounds were beautiful! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Martha!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We stayed for 5 nights. The place is spacious, clean and tidy. It’s also well located in a quite neighborhood and an easy walk to Cornell. Randi and John are very friendly and helpful.

Great location to all the wineries and the view was so great even with the fog. The closed off patio was awesome for the weather we had it was rainy and cold but having the heaters made it perfect to sit outside, play games and also drink our coffee in the morning. The inside fireplace always a great for the cold weather as well. The owner was super accommodating with allowing us to bring our dog last minute she also answered questions we had before we even arrived.

Beautiful home, everything you need. Clear instructions, easy combo-lock door and off-street parking. Clean; No strong odors. Close to unscented (no air fresheners). Very responsive host. Our teens enjoyed having private bedrooms with plenty of comforts (Desk in one, armchair in another). There is a construction site (new apartment building) behind home, so a little noisy during working hours but not overwhelming. Very safe, easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated how cute and clean the place was, and its location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was nice to see kids out playing and trick-or-treating in the area. Cheryl and Anna were very communicative and gave clear instructions. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

This place is lovely. Close to the state park, in the main stretch of town for a quick walk downtown. They took great care to provide all the necessities to make you feel right at home. It’s bigger than we anticipated providing space for all of us.

Lori's place was very clean and located in a very peaceful part of the area! We had several cars and needed somewhere with plenty of parking and this was perfect for that! She was very responsive and helpful and the house was very clean!

A lovely, impeccably appointed, and yet affordable cottage right on Lake Cayuga and minutes from the center of Ithaca and Cornell. . Robert provides prompt and personal service to his guests. Highly recommended.

Great place for family and kids. Large bedrooms, activities in the basement for kids, and lots of open space for the kids to slide around and have fun.

Beautiful little home! The host was responsive and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Great little hidden gem. 10/10 recommend if you want to get away from the world and have a peaceful quite place.

We had an awesome time for a girls trip! It was so close to town for shopping and exploring, and we enjoyed being so close to the spa! During our trip, our hot water was out- within 30 minutes they had a plumber out there to fix it! They offered us a late check out, a free night and had accommodations for us to shower if it was unable to get fixed ( but it did get fixed promptly!). They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would love to stay here again!

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

Beautiful property in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This place was perfect for our family of 5 children. Becca quickly responded to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Wilma was a great host, and the house is as advertised. We had a quick stay but everything went well.

We pretty much ended up just being able to stay the night. We didn’t make it in until around 9:30pm and left the next morning at 6. The home is very comfortable and quiet. Hunter was both responsive and proactive which I appreciated. I wish I had more time to sit on the back deck and enjoy the country, but we arrived in the dark and left in the dark, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
