"Wonderful Stay at The Nest - Must Visit Property" We had a fantastic stay at Suneesh's place in Kovalam! The property is absolutely stunning and it looks exactly as pictured. As a family of four, we were initially a bit hesitant since it was a new property without many reviews, but upon speaking with Suneesh we were assured and he helped throughout the booking process. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Lata Aunty (Suneesh's mother). She welcomed us with refreshing homemade lemonade and delicious pastries. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kovalam. Pros: * New and beautifully maintained property without all amenities * 400m to Samudra Beach(5min walk) * Excellent communication and support from Suneesh * Suggestions of nearby attractions were provided * Warm welcome and hospitality from Lata Aunty Overall: We had a wonderful experience, we felt llike home and would definitely stay here again

Good place for family

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Safar was a wonderful host and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was as described, clean and the kitchen is very good as we did lots of cooking. The outside area is great to relax and there is a roof for Yoga. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The area itself is peaceful and away from the hustle and business of the cliff. There is a really great shop nearby that has everything you’d likely need.

Great location for us. didn't have to drive into TVM city side. bypass helped alot to get in and out . needed to be close to the expressway. property is well furnished and air-conditioning was available in all the bedrooms. Overall highly recommended and priced reasonably. Host and Caretaker were very helpful and on point .Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Trivandrum! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—cozy, peaceful, and offering great privacy. It was the perfect choice for our group of four, and we can see it being ideal for families and couples as well. The ambiance made us feel right at home, and everything was well-maintained. Ram’s place was really nice and felt just like home. He is a very helpful and responsive host. The location is super convenient — Padmanabhaswamy Temple is just a short walk away. What truly stood out was Ram’s hospitality; he even took my father and showed him around in his vehicle, which we really appreciated. He also gave clear instructions for waste disposal, which was thoughtful. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

My parents stayed at this place for two days during the Attukal Pongala festival, and their experience was truly exceptional. Mr. Pradeep was an outstanding host, and his family went above and beyond to take care of my parents—not as tenants, but as beloved relatives. Their warmth, care, and hospitality made my parents feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple—with excellent connectivity and only a few kilometers from the railway station. The home was spotlessly clean, hygienic, and nestled in a serene environment, making the stay even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank Mr. Pradeep and his family for their kindness, love, and care.

The Astral Apartment is a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and located in a prime spot right near Medical College. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the college, with Sree Chithra Thirunal Hospital and RCC also close by. Whether you’re in town for medical purposes, work, or leisure, this location is incredibly convenient. You’ll find everything you need nearby—excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants, easy access to Lulu Mall, Technopark, Infosys, and Kazhakootam. Akkulam Tourist Village and KIMS Hospital are also within close reach. The apartment itself is fully furnished and well-equipped with two air conditioners, a washing machine, and all essential amenities. We were a group of three, and our stay was extremely comfortable and hassle-free. A special mention to the host, Santhosh—such a wonderful and responsible person! He was always available to help, just a phone call away, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. 100% Recommended.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

The trip to Varkala would’ve been incomplete hadn’t we come across the Beautiful property of Shibu at Surendram Villa. Vishnu in particular ensured to help us in making most out of our Varakal trip. He suggested for most of the things in and around Varkala for a seamless experience. Hoping to visit this place again soon. Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
