we had a really cosy stay over new years. You directly feel home here and also the sauna as well as the short distance to lakes & the sea was great. can really recommend it!

Perfect dream vacation home in the Stockholm area archipelago with nice combination of scenic nature experience and easy access by car and public transport to Stockholm city for day trips and other activities (golf, kayak/ canoe, sailing etc.). The house and the patio/ garden area has the picture perfect Scandinavian „hygge“ feeling to it with very modern equipment & a nice personal touch and the spacious areas make it ideally suitable even for a longer term stay! Thank you Christine and Marten for your great hospitality and making us very much feel at „home away from home“ for our summer vacation!!!

Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in dem super tollen Haus! Die Aussicht ist einmalig und selbst wenn der Sommer verregnete ist, kann man den ganzen Tag auf dem Wasser Schiffe gucken und entspannen!! Wenn der Sommer sonnig ist, dann ist man in 2 Minuten am Steg und im Wasser. Es ist sehr ruhig und alle Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in 1 Stunde mitten in Stockholm. Diese Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Robert hat all unsere Fragen und Anliegen sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Haus ist ein Traum für jeden der Ruhe und Entspannung braucht, inmitten einer wunderbaren Natur! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent 2 weeks in this comfortable and beautiful house, very well decorated. All was perfect and corresponding to our expectations. Hugo was highly efficient and reactive. We recommend ! A great place to discover the archipelago.

We had a wonderful two weeks on Stegesund in Gabriel's house. The house is very modern, very well designed for a family used to open-plan living and suited us perfectly. It is beautifully appointed with great style and is very comfortable. The house sits in the natural surroundings of Stegesund which is a quiet and beautiful island. There are no cars on the island and it feels safe and friendly. Wildlife abounds - we saw red deer, a fox and lots of birds. There isn't a really good beach on Stegesund but you can very easily get to other islands such as Ekholmen or Skarpö just across the sound which has very nice one. I would recommend hiring a boat with the house as it gives you the flexibility to get around at will though the Waxholmbolaget ferries are fairly frequent (the 30-day pass is good value even if you're only there for two weeks). Stockholm city is only an hour away by ferry. All in all I consider this place a real paradise and perfect for a family holiday. Tusen tack!

We really enjoyed our stay. This is an excellent place for families with children. The yard is lovely and kids can play football and basketball there. The living room is truly spacious and it was lovely to spend time there. Everything was in top condition.

This is the best country house we have rented in Sweden. It is a bit pricy but totally worth it. The location is amazing with beautiful views on the porch and from the upstairs balcony, booth overlooking the lake/sea. The description of the house is really accurate and the kitchen is very well equipped. Mats was a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

atemberaubend - spektakulär - großartig Die Schärenlage - das Haus - und die Gastgeber !! Wir - im Alter von 15 bis 81 Jahren - sind rundum erholt und zufrieden. Unsere Gastgeber Fabian, Patrik und Erik haben uns jede Menge super Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und ermöglichten uns eine tolle Zeit mit Kajak, SUP und Wasserski. Wir hatten sogar ein Motorboot zur Verfügung, welches wir zur Erkundung der Gegend nutzen konnten. Vielen Dank!

It is a fantastic house for a family stay. The location is private and quiet, with a swimming pool and hot tub, trampoline, and a playground for kids. It's also close to Artipelag and offers cozy forest walks. Hannes is a great and responsive host. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Thank you Mimmie for a wonderful stay. We spent a week in the house with 5 adults and 4 children, ranging from 9m to 11 years. It was so easy to get there by car, and by bus from slussen. Instructions for check in were clear, and easy. The area was fantastic- walkable restaurants, naturespots and swim spots, with others a short busride/drive away. We especially liked the nearby swim spots. The garden was peaceful, with a stunning view, the house beautiful and well equipped. Mimmie was responsive on messaging and very helpful. Thank you so much!

I spent (unfortunately only) 4 nights with my kids in this wonderful house. Less than half an hour outside of Stockholm and you are in a different world, totally calm, right by the sea. The sunrise over the sea - if you happen to be awake at 5 in the morning - is just marvellous. The house is beautiful, even nicer than on the pictures, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. We had some relaxing days swimming (two neoprene suits available), stand-up paddling, chilling on the terrace and boating around the islands. Renting the yellow boat is a must - it's faster than it looks. Thomas is the perfect host - always available and super supportive when you need him. Thanks for this great vacation! Water-skiing (skies available) is on our list for next time :-)

Our stay at Melinda’s house was absolutely amazing! The home was beautifully maintained, very stylish indeed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was fantastic, the kids loved it, as did we. Plenty of outdoor space on the various terraces to relax. The hosts were brilliant—so communicative, helpful, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The area was really great, offering plenty to do and see, with easy access to Stockholm as well as exploring the surrounding area, which was stunning. Artipelag, the art museum, was a highlight and only a 30min drive away, as well as some magnificent cafes and restaurants in neighbouring Gustavsberg. Stella the cat was very friendly and cuddly, she also made us feel at home! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would very highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect family getaway in a beautiful area.

Very unique and beautiful house in a spectacular location by the water. Everything is very spacious and great views. The house has everything you need and more. We went with our 2 year old and it was family friendly and even a little beach for my daughter to play at. Helen was so nice, responsive and helpful, she even agreed to changed my dates when I had to delay my trip due to a doctors appointment. We hope to come back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in the house and really loved everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a little beach nearby. We even saw an elk walk by. It‘s easy to go to Stockholm by bus from the commuter parking nearby. The pool was great fun. The beds are really comfy and the house is very well equipped. Alexander is a great host and super nice and we can highly recommend this place.

Sehr schöne Aussicht, sollte man mal gesehen haben. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. 🙂 Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Auch durften wir ein paar Rehe erblicken.😍🦌🦌 Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar den Pool zur Verfügung gestellt. (September/Oktober).🏖 Mikael ist sehr gut erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gibt immer Auskunft und nimmt sich Zeit. Alles tadellos.💙🇸🇪💛 Ein Tipp: es ist zu Fuss schnell und gut erreichbar, jedoch besser mit Rucksack als mit Rollkoffer. Vielen lieben Dank für Alles🙂

Une magnifique maison sur une île incroyable et un temps de rêves durant nos deux semaines à Tynningö. Que dire de Johan à part que c’est l’hôte idéal. Une personne joyeuse, agréable et toujours disponible. Nous étions deux adultes avec deux enfants, la maison est immense, propre et très joliment décorée. On se sent comme dans un cocon à l’abri du bruit dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine belle et propre a été un vrai plus pour les enfants et les adultes. Des balades à pieds, des plages magnifiques à 5mn de marche, le ferry ⛴️ à 5mn en voiture pour rejoindre les autres îles ou visiter Stockholm… bref c’est de loin la plus belle surprise que nous ayons eu avec Airbnb et je ne peux que recommander les mêmes vacances que nous pour un séjour apaisant et plein de beaux paysages. We loved staying at this house. The house is clean, light and spacious and is in a great location - we could easily do trips into Stockholm or go to islands further out. It's an easy drive into Vaxholm from the house but we also enjoyed staying at the house and using the pool. David is a great host who was very helpful with planning our trip.

We had a very pleasant stay at Jean Philippe’s house, we especially enjoyed the pool and the garden but the house itself was also beautiful and well organized with great set of toys and games for kids. Jean Philippe and his family were easy to communicate with and offered nice recommendations for travels. A perfect place for relaxation, lovely nature and play.

Ein gekonnt mit design Objekten geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wunderbar großer und erwärmter Pool, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Sehr ruhige Gegend in mitten der Natur. Mehrfach standen Rehe auf der zum Haus führenden Straße. Trotz der ruhigen Lage sind Stockholm und große Einkaufscentren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten ein E-Auto gemietet und könnten es am Haus direkt laden und parken. Ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta underbara hus på Dalarö. Allt var precis som beskrivet och ännu bättre. Linnéa var otroligt vänlig och förberedde allt perfekt för vår grupp. Huset är rymligt och vackert, med stora sociala ytor. Det fanns massor av aktiviteter för barnen, inklusive en studsmatta, lekstuga, och en närliggande skog att utforska. Poolen var en höjdpunkt med sitt varma vatten och vi njöt verkligen av att tillbringa tid på den generösa altanen med grillmöjligheter. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla som söker en avkopplande och rolig vistelse i Stockholms skärgård. Absolut värt priset!

We loved this house. It was both a stunning place to stay and a great base for our family holiday (we have two older teenagers) in the Stockholm area. The host was friendly and super helpful and responsive at all stages.
