五星好评的公寓和房主，为什么这么说，因为Biser本人热情周到，带着他的小博美狗在楼下迎接我们的到来，房间一尘不染我感觉比照片还要好更多，说实话之前我们并没有那么大的期待，但进入房间的一刹那发现这才是我们想要的，我们这次住了7个民宿，Biser家是最好的，车库的车位也非常的大，我们开的路虎揽胜停下车位上后面还富裕出很多的空间，所以就算你开ram1500来车位都是足够的，并不像欧洲其他国家那种小小的车位！一切都是最棒的！感谢Biser！如果以后还来旅游一定还会住在这里！

Lovelig apartment in the middle of the Hristo Botev area. It had a very wonderful view from the 12th floor. There were shops, a school and a small market nearby. A very authentic Bulgarian place. Dimitar is very nice and quick to respond so I had a really nice stay.

Maria was very friendly and flexible regarding the check-in/check-out time. The apartment matched the description and it was very cleaned and feeling like home. Definitely will go back and choose this stay to be our home again.

We are repeat customers and will go back again. Unbeatable downtown location, yet quiet. Kristina always responded quickly to our requests. Especially impressed with the full service kitchen, including oven, spices and healthy breakfast staples. Every stay has been excellent.

It was magnificent, the view is crazy from any part of the villa! PRO:We (group of 16) were in close contact with the manager from start to end, which responded immediately at our most detailed requests. Lis took care of everything from the pool to the amenities. We had multiple barbecues and caught some nice view shots from the balconies and the poolside. CONS: neighbour is disturbed by noise so we tried to reach to an agreement about the hours of loud vs lower music with him directly. It was fine Wifi signal is weak, but we did not care or need it :) Conclusions: definitely will return there, and bring more people. It was fantastic 5/5

Eine super Wohnung mit einem tollen Tisch für viele Leute. Sie ist gemütlich und ruhig gelegen, die Nachbarn sind nett. Der Pool hat sogar einen Whirlpool. Man kann mit dem Mietwagen alles schnell erreichen. Ein gut gelungener Urlaub!

Villa très spacieuse et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus. Des plages sont accessibles à pieds pour se rendre à varna il faut privilégier les taxis locaux. Thierry est très disponible en cas de besoin, il répond rapidement.

Prachtig verblijf, uitmuntende host en brandschoon huisje! Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Romantika. Het is een knus huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De inrichting is stijlvol en gezellig, en de faciliteiten waren ruim voldoende voor ons verblijf. De locatie is perfect, in een rustige en fijne buurt, ideaal voor ontspanning. Wat ons vooral opviel, was hoe ongelooflijk schoon het huisje was. We hebben nog nooit zo’n schone B&B gehad, alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra aangenaam. Daarnaast willen we de host graag bedanken voor haar warme ontvangst en behulpzaamheid. Ze stond altijd klaar voor ons, reageerde snel op vragen en gaf ons uitstekende tips voor de omgeving. Haar gastvrijheid maakte dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Kortom, Villa Romantika is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf in de buurt van Varna. Wij komen zeker terug!

Really nice beach, beautiful terrace with sea view, bathrooms a little too old, really friendly and communicative owner, thank you! A second key would be helpful for bigger groups.

Great little apartment, located 5 min away from the top city center. Highly recommend it for families with pets and children.

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og behagelig å bo i. Det er flere dagligvare butikker i gå avstand, i tillegg til et par spisesteder. Det tar ca 10min å gå til bussen som går til sentrum. Verten er veldig hjelpsom og er rask til å svare. Har bare positive ting å si om henne. Greit å vite: Anbefaler ikke leiligheten for de som er dårlig til beins ettersom heisen ikke fungerer. Leiligheten ligger også opp en bakke. Men dersom dette ikke er et problem, er dette absolutt en god leilighet å bo i ❤️

My only regret about giving this review is that I couldn't give 20 stars instead of 5. I'll get to the apartment in a minute but far more importantly I need to talk about the hosts. Brian and Demi were beyond believable! Brian drove me to my cousin's wedding at Blacksearama and Demi set me up with a ride to the airport after my ordered taxi cancelled at the last minute. The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to get into, and with a beautiful view of the sea, and a less than 4 minute walk from all the best parts of the Balchik and still pales in comparison to the hosts!!! Brian and Demi are currently renovating her parents' cafe by hand and despite me being 8 time zones away I hope to be able to visit it and them again if I get the chance. This is easily the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Only stay here if you plan on having an amazing time at an amazing price while you stay with amazing hosts 8D

Апартамента е уникален! Буквално! За парите си получавате качество, което до сега не съм получавал. Светло, топло и много уютно! Мястото е изпълнено с добра енергия! Домакина се е отнесъл с мисъл към всеки детайл. Препоръчвам с 2 ръце! Откровено казано, искам да се върна дори само заради апартамента! Единственият голям проблем е намирането на място за паркиране! Ако не сте с кола - мястото е Идеално!

We were on a workcation (working during the day, sightseeing, and relaxing in the evening) and this was the perfect spot for it. The apartment has a fantastic relaxing sea view and a private location (top floor almost at the corner), so we could quietly work and evening take a plunge in the pool:)
