Vitali's apartment and hospitality made our first visit to Golden Sands, Bulgaria an unforgettable experience. He went above and beyond in order to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure all of our questions were answered. Seeing and enjoying the perfection of the apartment and the view was unlike any other experience we have ever had. The grounds of La Mer Apartments and the perfect private beach added to the coziness of the apartment and made our vacation even more special and memorable. I would recommend Vitali as a host and this apartment as my first choice everytime, and I can't wait to come back!

The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

The house was exactly as described, in a well maintained private complex. The house is spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed . The pool was very clean, the kids loved it. The closest beach is quite small, but there is a bigger one within less than 10 minutes walking distance. It’s much quieter area than the big resorts, exactly what we were looking for. Danail was very helpful, he gave us lots of infos and tips, where to go, and what to visit. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

Stayed at Villa Tatalia with 4 friends and had a great time. The pool and the views are amazing and look even better than in the pictures. The house itself is huge, we could have easily brought more people. The place is a bit hard to find, so Boris offered to guide us there when we checked in. That also meant that you feel private on the property, which was nice. Id stay here again when in Bulgaria, and recommend it to everyone looking for a unique place to stay with a great view.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

The location is positioned ideally between Balchik (to the North) and Varna (to the South), enabling easy day trips both to major urban centres as well as to nature attractions such as Cape Kaliakra. The bedrooms have independent access and the kitchen / dining area is in a separate section of the house (downstairs). Communicative host and available to meet our requests, including regarding the use of the dishwasher.

The views were amazing and we enjoyed our time. The house is beautifully decorated and designed - it is gorgeous and a jewel. We enjoyed the deck on the 3rd floor. So private and enjoyable. Also the terrace and the view from there is amazing and the design is so thoughtful! You just should plan to bring a couple of things extra that I was used to find at the Airbnb - like dishwasher tablets, dish soap, spices, trash bags, … No problem if you know to bring. We had some people partying in front of of the house in the middle of the night so we needed to close the windows. Great spot, I understand.

This was by far the best house we’ve been to in years. It is spacious, very beautifully decorated, very clean. The courtyard was very nice, with delicious grapes that we and our kids enjoyed. The pool was perfect for afternoon baths when we felt like bathing but didn’t had the energy to go to the seaside. A very nice beach is 10 minutes away by car. And on top of it Kamen was the perfect host. He wrote everyday making sure we have everything we need and always answered promptly when we needed help like which beach is close and appropriate for kids, where could we find things we needed to buy, etc. We’re already making plans for coming back next year. Thank you very much for everything.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und zur Unterkunft begleitet. Tips für die Umgebung wie Strand, Verpflegung und Unternehmungen gab es direkt aufs Handy gesendet. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren sehr schön, die gesamte Unterkunft ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Eine Zwischenreinigung gab es auch, da wir 10 Tage gebucht hatten. Wir hatten viel Spaß und schöne Tage. Vielen Dank Ilian und Ivi, es war eine tolle Erfahrung.
