The house ist very nice, very good equipment. We felt like home. The communication with Violeta was very easy und uncomplicated. We liked the private feeling and enjoyed our stay in this area.

We had a great stay for the New Year’s Eve for a group of ten people. The place is very clean, looks exactly like the photos and is well equipped. The guest is very responsive and also very helpful. We would totally recommend it 10/10 ⭐️

Șederea în Bojuret a fost minunată, loc liniștit, priveliște frumoasă spre mare, plajă din Topola ,Heros beach este superbă, cu apă curată și priveliște superbă. Casa e dotată cu tot ce trebuie, curată, situată intr- o zonă liniștită, dar poziția de gps nu e cea corectă. În aceste zile toride, casa are nevoie să fie dotată cu aer condiționat pt ca ventilatoarele nu fac față. Mulțumim pt casa minunata pusa la dispoziție.

Nous cherchions une maison calme, dans la campagne, avec un grand jardin pour deux petits enfants. La maison de Nina s'est révélée à la hauteur de nos attentes, même au fort de l'hiver. Quand l'eau a gelé, un plombier a aussitôt été envoyé par la propriétaire pour résoudre le problème; et la cuisine au poêle à bois fut une merveilleuse expérience. L'endroit est parfait pour se reposer, lire, marcher dans un village modeste, certes, mais très accueillant, aux habitants chaleureux. Commerces accessibles à pied, dont un café-restaurant très agréable. Mention spéciale à la voisine, Stanka, toujours disponible, une belle âme. Nous sommes partis à regret. Une perle d'AirBnb.

Wir - als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Töchtern - haben uns in der Villa Sophia sehr wohl gefühlt ! Die Kommunikation mit Sophia und ihrer Mutter lief wunderbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Aussicht und die Lage waren super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders schön war die Laufnähe zum wunderschönen Pasha Dere Strand mit dem Forest Beach Lokal. Wir haben gut geschlafen und die Abgeschiedenheit und Privatsphäre haben uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir können es sehr empfehlen für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen und dennoch in Strand-und Stadtnähe sein wollen.

C'est la 2e fois que nous logeons chez Mladen. Il est très accueillant et réactif. L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux, très confortable et idéalement situé, permettant de se déplacer à pieds au centre de Varna et jusqu'à la plage !

I am in love with the place. Cosy, stylish, very well organised and clean apartment, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Antonina has taken care for the comfort of her guests, the atmosphere in the bedroom is very nice and relaxing and there are some interesting books for reading. The location is great, there is a public transport station right in front of the building and it is easy to get to the city centre and other points. A grocery, pharmacy, stadium, the Varna Grand mall are super close to the place. Antonina is welcoming, helpful and cheerful person with a great energy. My time there flew in an instant. I hope for my next visit to Varna to be able to stay longer and enjoy the place. I definitely recommend it!

Had a good stay, the accommodation was an ideal combination for my requirements. I needed something close to the centre (10 - 15 min walk), for an extended stay (half holiday, half work), at short notice, with good Internet. Also, as I stayed a few weeks Tatyana was kind enough to offer to arrange the washing of some clothes, thanks indeed.

We enjoyed staying there, everything was as in the description. Big plus for the kitchen and the open space, we enjoyed pur quite nights there. Big fridge and useful kitchen appliances like espresso machine, nice and big Couch & smart TV. The only recommendation is for the bed mattres, that is not so comfortable, maybe it would be useful to change it soon and pay more attention to cleaning the house. For sure we would like to come back again in case we travel to Varna. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay and the villa was just as on the pictures. The pool, the garden and the villa were very clean and the family friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend a stay there.

The hosts were very prompt to greet us and we were immediately impressed by how clean this house is. The yard is just as clean, and we fell in love with the swimming pool immaculate as well and perfect size. The place really gave us the feeling of peace and quiet that we needed. The kitchen has everything you could want and there is even an extra fridge outside at the barbecue area. The location is really nice too, lovely view and the steakhouse right across the street has to be one of the best restaurants in Balchik, you will not want to go anywhere else. We loved our stay here.

We loved our stay in this home so much, being here feels like being in a piece of paradise. We love everything about the house, the beautiful healty garden with amazing views, the nature, the location so close to the beaches. Also, the house itself has everything you would need for a vacation of a family group. It was designed and removated with so much attention to detail in a very beautiful and practical way. Everything is very clean and feels very confortable. Comunication with Magdalena and Simon was great, they gave us so many useful information about the area. They are really nice people. Thank you for the healty and also very tasty food/drinks and for having us in such a wonderful place.

Hostiteľ za nami dlho a trpezlivo čakal, aj keď sme sa zdržali na hraniciach a došli sme až okolo polnoci. Všetko nám podrobne vysvetlil, ukázal, previedol nás domom a usmernil nás v jednotlivých veciach okolo domu a domácnosti. To bolo nesmierne užitočné. Keď sme mali problém v dome a oznámili sme mu to, okamžite poslal svojho pracovníka, aby to opravil. Absolútna pohoda. Dom je prenádherný, útulne zariadený do najmenších detailov, takže keď sa človek vysťahuje, má pocit, akoby odchádzal z domova, pretože v dome ostane všetko zariadené, akoby tam niekto býval. Pripravená bola dokonca aj pleťová voda a podobne.

This was our second stay and another unforgettable vacation. We were 3 families with children and found the house to be clean and fully equipped with everything we need for our stay. The garden and outside terrace are great for the children to play and the adults to enjoy some fun summer evenings with ballgames and boardgames. Numerous beautiful beaches 10-30min drive from the house and a lovely family restaurant (‘Котвата при Жени’) just 5min walk with great selection of fish, grill and salads. Looking forward to our next stay!

My family and friends rented Casa del Grey for a lovely long weekend in Balchik. Christian and his wife, Denitsa, were easy to reach for check-in arrangements and very responsive to our questions. They left us delicious fresh veggies and fruit. The casa has three floors with two airy bedrooms on top (with an amazing view of the black sea) two bedrooms in the middle (one with air conditioning) and a living space with beds on the lower floor. We requested a fan for additional air flow on the lower level and they brought it to us as soon as possible. The kitchen is split between and indoor space and semi-patio like area. There are beautiful flowers and fruit trees in the yard. The road up to the casa is a bit steep and narrow, however our cars did not have trouble and some of our guests enjoyed the walk to and from the seaside. Overall, we were pleased and our only wish is that we would have had more time to get to know our hosts when we checked out. много благодаря!

Very nice vacation home with astonishing view from the cliff to seaside. Villa is very spacious with clean and well-kept swimming pool. It was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, with two separate fridges, which was very nice as we were traveling as two families. In the nearby there is a hotel with restaurant where You can buy breakfast or dinner if You are lazy and don't want to cook :) The host is very friendly and very responsive. She provided us with all needed directions to closest beaches and good restaurants. It is a really wonderful place.
