We had a great experience at this place. Me and my mother first time visit to India. Weather was cold these day and we stayed in this Ravi place for 13days. As a ladies, we felt really safe and sound staying in this accommodation. Nearby famous shopping mall & Cyber city etc. Room comes with full sets of kitchen amenities (mommy’s favourite) ,TV,aircon,heater,iron, bathroom accessories, Wall fragrance plug, etc. Washing machine provided share usage.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Staff are really warming and kind to the guests. They were so easy to communicate with and left the place clean and tidy. You can upgrade bigger room by adding additional. (PS. Although you can get offer price for long stay, you still need to pay electricity bill additional separately per usage. The amount is not a lot . Do not worry) THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THE STAFF AND HOST FOR GIVING US GREAT SERVICE. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to our friends also🙏🏻

The place is great. The location is good and the amenities provided are really good. The staff is available 24/7 and are very helpful. Every required amenity was available. It is really recommended for long term stays.

I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment we booked, the host was communicative and made sure we had all the details we needed for a smooth check-in. The highlight of the stay, however, was the host. They went above and beyond, offering local recommendations, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had a little confusion while checkin, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Its walking distance from metro station + have lots of eating out options nearby. We stayed on new year’s and it was really nice for us. The room is spacious with lot of walking space plus study table to work on and big balcony that is connected to other room.

I had a wonderful stay at Allegance Homes. The hospitality was excellent, and the overall experience was very good. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect stay. Both aunty and uncle were really welcoming and polite. we were very tired when we checked in but because of them we felt right at home. they were extremely non intrusive and the stay was peaceful. definitely coming to stay again!

Great place to stay, much better and bigger than pictures will make you believe - very quiet in good safe neighborhood, but close to shops, markets and metro - very fast internet 200/200 for those who need to work on the road. Recommended, would stay again when in New Dehli.

The room was Insta worthy. Everything was to the point as seen on picture and room was spacious. I really like the dark theme of room and attention to detail.

Ashish was a great host! He answered all of our questions quickly and was very responsive to any concerns and requests. The caretaker and cleaner were very hospitable and accommodating. The place was nice and quiet in the hustle and bustle of Delhi.

It was a nice accommodation. Neat, clean and cosy. Deepak is a very hospitable owner ready to help you at every moment of time. Location of the property is a bit specific as it is a market street that's why sometimes it might be a little difficult to access it by car but i was riding by bike so it was easier for me. Take into account that it might take sometime to wait for a taxi as it is a busy and quite noisy street. In the description of the accommodation it is mentioned that kitchen facility is not provided so mind that. I was not very careful while reading if it is not important for you then Deepak's property is the best one. Comfortable and located in the center of an old part of the city. Have nice stays there.
