I stayed with my family for 3 days. the place is beautiful and well maintained. Romi is a perfect host as she was always responsive, we did not require much help from her as she had made arrangements for everything, she even had kept toys for my daughter, she loved playing with them. best part of this property is close proximity with all the famous beaches in South Goa, Varca, Colva and Benelium beach was 10-15 min drive and easily accessible. loved this place and would definitely revisit in future.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Sejel's homestay. The place was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Make you feel like home. They are really great hosts. And location of property is very prominent. Cafes nearby. Beach is also very nearby. All in all an awesome experience.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Another great place run by Grant and Nigel. It's a smaller place than the last one I stayed at so perfect for 2 people. Really well equipped and quiet especially during March. Grant and Nigel made it so easy for me to check in and check out especially as Nabin is there to help with the suitcases and making sure all is clean before checking out. Hoping to come back again soon.

I stayed at Rangeen Villa for 2 nights at the first view terrace apartment with my little dog. Yashodra and Pavi are warm, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The stay is close to a host of swank restaurants and cafés. The forest view is real and a great place to walk your dog in peace. I also think this is a great place to work out of for a few days. The WiFi is powerful and we had electricity through the day. Our dog Lola loved every moment of hers here. The terrace is a good place for the dogs to rest or generally just hang around. I’d love to go back again and thank Yashodra for a fine stay.

I felt completely at home. That should tell future guests about how nice the place is. 5 stars. The property is neat and clean. All amenities are as specified. Good house rules. It is evident that Garvit takes great care of the property. This home is for someone who wants to escape the chaos of a metropolis. It’s peaceful and tranquil. It is spacious and well set up. I loved the living space and the furniture with decor. The fact that the beach is so close is an added advantage. You can just walk up to the beach in 3 to 5 minutes. Future guests, please follow the house rules. Please do not make it difficult for the house help by being irresponsible. This is a home and treat it with respect. Garvit is a proactive and detail oriented host. Always available. There is a lot to explore from here. Different experiences. But it’s mostly for the laid back folks. If you’re a party animal, then south Goa is not the place. Special mention to Chiku. I will miss the puppy. :)

We had a great stay at this villa. Ishaan and Prashant were outstanding, provided us with excellent service and went out of their ways. Villa’s location is also very good. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this place.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient for me to prepare my meals when I didn't feel like dining out. One of the highlights of this stay was the balcony, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a sunset. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.
