Spiros personally greeted us upon arrival, even though it was very late at night. He offered us a welcome drink and arranged a takeaway to be delivered. Spiros took timeout to send through loads of links of places to visit during our stay. Him and his staff were so attentive and would bend over backwards to help you. The apartment was more than what we expected. A very well equipped kitchen. Bonus having a washing machine in the bathroom. Car parking was onsite. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and with a great view. If you are an early bird, the sunrise is spectacular. Loved our time in Lefkada. Highly recommend staying at this apartment

Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit in Konstantinos Villa. Die Villa ist luxuriös und entspricht genau dem , was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr sauber , tolle und ruhige Lage direkt am privaten Strand. Am Strand stehen kostenfreie Kayaks und Stand-ups zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft kann auf Wunsch gereinigt werden , frische Handtücher liegen jeden Morgen bereit. Penny macht einen super Job mit der Reinigung , sehr aufmerksam und proaktiv. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Konstantinos ist jederzeit über Handy erreichbar. Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

The villa really is perfect. Stunning views, great location - very private but less than a 10 minute walk to the sea. The villa has everything you need and more, is immaculate, with fantastic air con and amenities. Rania is an amazing host and so thoughtful. She was there to greet us and had stocked the fridge with everything we needed for the first couple of days. She also surprised us with delicious pastries and a birthday surprise for my daughter. Rania and Elena also helped us with boat hire and made everything so much easier to navigate. We absolutely loved everything about this stay and will definitely be back!

An exceptional place to stay. The whole family who run this wonderful place made us feel truly welcome. It was a great place to eat and very intimate. The main pool and terrace were very peaceful and the views breathtaking. There was live jazz one evening and it was a beautiful setting for it. I cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely return. Thank you to you all.

Excellent, comfy villa with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our week; the villa is spacious and comfortable, with a large comfy bed, good sized bathroom with a powerful shower, and comfy sitting room/kitchen area. The terrace (with pool) is exceptional, with an amazing expansive view across the bay in front of Vasiliki. Plenty of room for lounging in the sun, and sundowner workouts. The villa was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was equipped to do us a couple of evening meals when we didn’t fancy going out. Great location for exploring Lefkada island; plenty of the best beaches on the island within an easy 15-30 minute drive. Also an easy 5 minute drive into Vasiliki itself, which has plenty of restaurants and two supermarkets. The host Therodorus and George were very helpful and courteous. Note a car is essential, as it’s a fairly steep 10-15 minute walk into town. Tip for drivers: steep drive in first gear up to the house. Overall: highly recommended!

Väldigt fint hus med fantastisk utsikt. Skönt med en svalkande pool då det inte fanns någon strand nära utan den ligger ca 2km bort och nås via bil/taxi/gång. Väldigt bra städat och bra kommunikation. 3 sovrum med separata duschar och aircondition i alla rum vilket är perfekt.

Dimitros' house is located at a beautiful spot with a view of Agios Nikitas and the hills behind Milos beach. The village is easily accessible both by car and by foot (ca. 10min walk). The house is very clean (there's also house and pool cleaning included) and has everything you need on your holiday and even if you want to cook on your own, including a grill which we used to barbecue by the pool. Lefkada is absolutely gorgeous. After a few days of exploration we concluded that out of many beautiful beaches, the one closest by - Milos is the best one - access to the beach is either via a short hike or a boat from Agios Nikitas. I would also recommend visiting the village of Exanthia. It's a 20min drive up the mountain from Dimitros' villa. The village has a bakery with amazing bread, and there are also a restaurant and a bar with a bird's eye view up there - you will need a booking for the restaurant as it's quite busy in high season. When in Lefkada, a day on a boat is a must - the best way to do this is by renting from the East coast town of Nidri, as the islands are over there - 40mins drive from Dimitros' house. Finally, for kite surfing on a day with good wind you can go to Agios Nikolaos - 40mins (more if the opening bridge catches you) drive from Dimitros house just off the island. Dimitros is a great host - very accommodating, communication was quick and easy, he checked on us once to make sure we've settled in well and then let us enjoy our holiday, thank you Dimitros! I strongly recommend staying at Dimitros' place when visiting Lefkada!

We have just come back from a fabulous week at this villa. The kids loved the pool, the location is an easy walk to the harbour and all the bars and restaurants and the accommodation and cleanliness is of a good standard. We are a family of five so our eldest daughter (15) was on a pull out bed in the front room, which we were aware of before booking, but that may not be the best option for anyone much bigger than her. The highlight of our trip was a boat trip on MS Christina - a must do. We would definitely return to this villa and Nidri.
