Vasilikos : locations de vacances adaptées aux animaux

Un endroit où on se sent tout simplement bien ! Vous vous sentirez chez Ioannis comme à la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Il ne manquerait plus que des transats sur la terrasse pour profiter du chant des cigales parmi les oliviers pour que tout soit parfait. Pas de piscine mais une douche à l'extérieur permet de se rafraichir quand il fait très chaud et de se rincer les pieds en revenant de la plage. Il y a la climatisation dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon. Idéalement située dans le centre de l'île, environ à 30mn des points essentiels, 45mn pour les extrémités de l'île. Voiture indispensable. Petit point négatif, le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée (sol, évier, frigo), il ne faut pas être exigeant sur ce point. Mais nous avons prévenu Ioannis (qui n'est pas présent sur place) qui, nous sommes sûrs, ne manquera pas d'être vigilant sur ce point pour les prochains. Enfin, il y a un quiproquo dans l'annonce. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris. Il y a de l'eau, du café soluble, des petites portions individuelles de confiture à la fraise, et c'est tout (et hors pdj : une bouteille de vin pour le séjour). Pas de quoi manger un petit-déjeuner ou personne pour vous l'apporter donc comme nous nous y attendions (ce qui est normalement le cas dans les autres Airbnb du monde lorsque la mention "petit-déjeuner inclus" est indiquée). C'est ce qui avait orienté notre choix vis-à-vis du budget et nous avons eu la "surprise" en arrivant. Malgré ces 2 petits points, nous savons déjà que si nous revenons à Zakynthos, nous retournerons dans cette paisible maison avec une très belle vue sur la montagne.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

I highly recommend this house. We had so much fun staying at zakynthos. Very convinient because the house is very private with gate and has its own parking garage which is amazing. Can fit two small cars you just have to be very careful pulling out bacause of incoming one way traffic and cars/bike park on the street very tight. The house itself if very nice, clean, furnished with kitchen amenities and the bed rooms and bathroom is clean. Living room and all the bedrooms has its own working AC and can get really cold i recommend bring your own warm blankys. The house is just few minutes walk away from the town, markets, shops, a lot of good restaurant, church, museum and the most beautiful view of the port and sea. Dont recommend driving because no parking space on most of the street. The host of the house is very accomodating, you can contact easily, friendly and she is very very nice im telling you. We will definitely book here again. Have fun in zakynthos.

Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα τη κα Βασιλική που όχι μόνο μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο, ευγένεια και αμεσότητα εμας και το σκυλάκι μας, αλλά το pet friendly ίσχυε και με το παραπάνω, αφού η κα Βασιλική κρατούσε μαζί της το σκυλάκι μας λόγω κάποιων υποχρεώσεων που δεν μπορούσαμε τελικά να την έχουμε μαζί και μας έβγαλε από τη δύσκολη θέση! Με μεγάλη χαρά θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε! Αξίζει για οικογένειακές διακοπές!!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

Malgré la barrière de la langue (Nous ne sommes pas très bons en Anglais), nous avons toujours réussi à communiquer avec Pavlos, toujours prêt à nous renseigner. Concernant le logement, il est conforme aux photos, le ménage et les lits sont fais tous les jours. Logement est situé dans un environnement paisible, jolie vue de loin sur la mer à partir de la terrasse, belle piscine et largement de la place pour garer son véhicule. Le logement est à environ 1.5 kms de 2 stations balnéaires assez sympas qui abritent quasiment les seules vraies plages de sable de l'île, pour le reste ce sont pratiquement à chaque fois des criques ou des minuscules plages. Situation également idéale pour aller visiter l'ensemble de l'île (40 Kms x 20 Kms) dont les 2 plus beaux sites que sont Myzithres et Navagio Beach. Si je devais retourner sur cette île, je réserverais de nouveau les yeux fermés, nous avons adoré ce calme.

Wir haben das hübsche Appartement sehr genossen und waren froh nicht im Zentrum von Tsilivi zu sein, aber zu Fuss in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Im Zentrum hat es viele Restaurants, Bars, Caffees, Läden etc. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und modern, dass hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten sogar, Milch, Saft, Toast, Schinken und Käse bekommen, das war super nett. Es war alles tip top sauber und es wurde alle 3 bis 4 Tage gereinigt und die Frottee- und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Top Service, wir können das Appartement weiterempfehlen!

We went as a family and we had an amazing time, the villa was excellent, surrounded by local shops and bakery’s all of which were run by very friendly and helpful people, we would definitely recommend if your looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful surroundings. The host and the people looking after the villa on a daily basis were amazing when anything was needed or just for general questions. We will definitely be returning one day many thanks

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

Host was amazing and incredibly responsive ! Location is great as well. From what we could see of the island, location is just right - walkable distance to beach, restaurants and great spots ! Internet is slow so ensure you have empty data. I’ll say it again though, host made all the difference with his friendliness, recommendations and support !

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Wij zijn een week in de air bnb verbleven en hebben een top tijd gehad. Plekje ligt rustig met een mooi uitzicht. Het huis is ook prachtig! Alles word goed schoon gehouden en bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitmand en Griekse lekkernijen klaar. We hebben genoeg tips gekregen om in de omgeving te doen. Ze heeft ook een huur auto voor ons geregeld wat helemaal top was. Alles is soepel verlopen en zijn zeker van plan nog een keer terug te komen.

Mirela was a very kind and helpful host. When we told her on our first day that we didn’t have a car, she and her husband were kind enough to arrange one for us and even drove us across the whole island for the car rental. Thanks to them we were able to comfortably drive to all the beautiful nearby beaches. Without it, it would’ve taken us hours to get around. The location was great! There were taverns (we highly recommend the galaxy and the athina taverna), souvenir shops and a mini market about 5min away. The Airbnb itself had everything we needed with all the amenities listed. The only small thing is that in one of the showers there wasn’t a glass wall to separate it from the toilet in front. But it didn’t bother much and we were still very satisfied with the place. We especially enjoyed the swings in the big garden, and the sounds of nature. Anafonitria is a beautiful city, with picturesque landscapes and kind locals, but also steep/curvy roads and mosquitoes, so be aware! :)

Christina macht alles für euch! Sie hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns wieder dorthin gebracht - ohne Bezahlung. Wir waren den ganzen Aufenthalt über Handy verbunden und Christina hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ornung sei. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Insider- Tipps gegeben. Unterkunft hat einen schönen Garten und super ruhiger Lage. Kann sie wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Zakynthos war wunderbar. Organisatorisch mit der Unterkunft hat hervorragend geklappt. Obwohl wir vom Flug her etwas Verspätung hatten, hat der Gastgeber auf uns gewartet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Gegenüber gibt es eine Taverne und daneben eine Bar. In der gleichen Straße gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, der aber leider während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Etwa 1 Kilometer entfernt liegt der Hausstrand, den wir aber nur bei der Ankunft besucht haben. Unsere Empfehlung ist mit einem Mietwagen die Insel und die schönen verschiedenen Strände/Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

we had a lovely warm welcome from kate, who also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and shops. the villa was beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing peaceful stay. the view was breathtaking. we will definitely be back but for longer next time.

We have just returned home from an absolutely wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Theo. Alex was such an attentive and caring host, always readily available if we needed anything. The accommodation was absolutely amazing, having everything we could have wished for and more. The most stunning views could be admired from every corner of this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and watching the abundance of wildlife in the evenings. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

Hôte très réactif et accueillant. Logement contenant tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Paisible, calme, plage privée. Bar ouvert proposant une limonade maison excellente! Petites attentions de la part des propriétaires très appréciées. Recommande à 100%!

Un posto stupendo. Molto pulito, cambiano asciugamani e lenzuola, proprio come in un albergo. Dotata di tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno, con un fantastico terrazzo, dove potrete gustarvi la vostra colazione o cena, guardando il tramonto con il mare che luccica. Niko e la sua famiglia sono davvero persone speciali, compresa la cagnolina Trinity e una gattina adorabile (datele da mangiare se potete!!!) Un luogo dove potrete ritrovare voi stessi. Così è successo a me. Enjoy🌸

La casa è ampia e molto accogliente. La posizione ottima per l'arrivo. Come chiaramente scritto dal proprietario (precisissimo) è situata accanto alla caserma dei pompieri e subito al confine con il lotto dell'aeroporto. Questo può causare un po' di rumore ma per noi (due famiglie composte ciascuna da due adulti e due bambini) non è stato un problema. Dalla casa ci siamo spostati sempre in macchina quindi non so valutare l'effettiva possibiliydi spostamento con i mezzi pubblici (in zona ci sono alcuni servizi ma non nelle immediate vicinanze). Per le nostre esigenze è stata perfetta. Da notare che sembra una casa "vissuta" quindi dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici che si hanno a casa propria. Unico elettrodomestico mancante è la lavastoviglie ma non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. La consiglio vivamente per la posizione (vicinissima agli hub di arrivo sull'isola), per gli spazi vivibili (sia interni che esterni) e per la precisione, puntualità e gentilezza di chi la gestisce.
