Vasto : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Antonio was a lovely host, meeting me at the house, explaining everything in detail and making me feel at home and relaxed (after a slightly stressful journey). He even came out in a thunderstorm to fix the TV! The local oil, the coffee and bottle of water at the house were hugely appreciated. A good supermarket within 2 minutes, the old town and sea were a 2 minute walk, the rail station was 5 mins away and bus station a 20 minute walk. All perfect for a relaxed and pleasant weekend.

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !

Wir können Angelo und seine Unterkunft bedingungslos empfehlen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht genossen. Angelo war immer für uns da und ist ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Die Ruhe ist wundervoll und sollte auch gegenüber den Nachbarn v.a. nachts respektiert werden.

La casa è in un posto molto tranquillo. Ha tutto quello che serve, ho trovato il materasso molto comodo. Ottimo il bagno. La strada dietro la casa porta alla piana del voltiglio, in 15 minuti si arriva molto comodo. Strade ottime asfaltate e grandi, che non è scontato in montagna. Nadia molto presente nel consigliarci zone da visitare, feste e quant’altro. Ci siamo riposati alla grande. Non posso fare altro che consigliare l’alloggio. Nessun problema anche con il nostro cagnone. All’esterno c’è una piccola griglia che fa il suo dovere. Da dove abito io la strada è tanta, ma se vorrò tornarci di sicuro alloggerò qui. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di alloggiare per 10 giorni io, il mio fidanzato, una coppia di nostri amici e i nostri due cani, nel casale di Daniele e suo papà Gino, due persone splendide e cordiali che sono riusciti a farci sentire come a casa, la struttura è stupenda e regala dei tramonti mozzafiato e la casa è tenuta benissimo, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Pure se il meteo non è stato del tutto dalla nostra parte è stato un vero e proprio soggiorno all’insegna del relax! Gino e Daniele sono sempre stati repentini nell’esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente e Gino e il suo casale ci sono rimasti nel cuore!

A terrace that is one of a kind, fully equipped with a great view over the beach and the ocean, modern kitchen with everything you need (including coffee that was provided :)), comfortable beds and restaurants, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance - I really enjoyed my stay and was sad to leave. The whole house is clean and friendly and communication with Pierino is easy and very friendly as well.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die sehr grosse Terrasse bietet eine atemberaubende Aus- und Weitsicht. Das Haus steht direkt am sehr schönen und sauberen Sandstrand. Die Stadt Termoli ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Tolle Lage der Wohnung mitten in der Stadt. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Einfache Kommunikation und wertvolle Tipps jeglicher Art. Auch dass die Kommunikation so entspannt möglich ist, fanden wir super! Tolle Appartements und super Service! Danke dafür!

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

Livia e Roberto sono stati ottimi host, gentili e disponibili ad aiutarci, dai consigli sui ristoranti ai medicinali quando non siamo stati bene. L’alloggio è pulito e confortevole come da foto, e soprattutto dispone di un grazioso giardino con vista sul mare e con il giusto spazio dedicato agli ospiti. Per soggiornare nell’appartamento è bene avere a disposizione un’auto, che può essere comodamente parcheggiata nella via senza costi aggiuntivi. Non lontani si trovano facilmente negozi e supermercati. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e lo consiglio a chi visita Montesilvano e l’Abruzzo.

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, a kontakty na winnice i atrakcje wspaniałe. Dobry apartamet na jesień, ze świetnym ogrzewaniem i można się poczuć jak w domu z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Mam prośbę na następną wizytę - brakuje kieliszków do grappy, która jak wiadomo jesienią smakuje lepiej :)

Appartamento grazioso e dotato di ogni confort, a due passi dallo splendido centro storico di Vasto. Annalisa è stata molto gentile, disponibile e premurosa, anche durante la festività di Ognissanti. Vivamente consigliato.

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Antonio E Raffaella's place was very neat and tidy. Our family felt very safe and we were grateful that our rental car could also be inside the gate. Great communication and very helpful.

“Tre giorni da favola” Appartamento caldo e accogliente, il legno crea molta atmosfera. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. La proprietaria Lucilla è stata disponibile a venirci incontro rispetto ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il tutto amplificato dal fatto che si trova a pochi minuti dai campi da sci. Consigliatissimo!!!

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het appartement van Adriano, een warme ontvangst bij het hek. Een map met allerlei informatie lag al klaar. Iedere vraag werd altijd snel beantwoord en ik voelde mij echt op mijn plek. Dankzij Adriano en zijn vrouw hebben wij de processie van Goede Vrijdag kunnen meemaken in Chieti, een echte aanrader. De tip om vis te gaan eten bij restaurant Franco was ook zeer welkom, we hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het zitje voor de deur is een zalige plek om te ontbijten of gewoon even bij te komen van een lange wandeling.

Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!

E' stato tutto meraviglioso, dall'accoglienza di Ada, persona fantastica, fino all'alloggio MERAVIGLIOSAMENTE BELLO E PULITISSIMO... pieno di confort... non manca nulla..l Lo consiglio vivamente
