Une magnifique maison sur une île incroyable et un temps de rêves durant nos deux semaines à Tynningö. Que dire de Johan à part que c’est l’hôte idéal. Une personne joyeuse, agréable et toujours disponible. Nous étions deux adultes avec deux enfants, la maison est immense, propre et très joliment décorée. On se sent comme dans un cocon à l’abri du bruit dans un écrin de verdure. La piscine belle et propre a été un vrai plus pour les enfants et les adultes. Des balades à pieds, des plages magnifiques à 5mn de marche, le ferry ⛴️ à 5mn en voiture pour rejoindre les autres îles ou visiter Stockholm… bref c’est de loin la plus belle surprise que nous ayons eu avec Airbnb et je ne peux que recommander les mêmes vacances que nous pour un séjour apaisant et plein de beaux paysages. Autentisk, rar og ideel bolig for en større familie der vil opleve skærgårdens fortræffeligheder. Vi følte os straks godt hjemme i boligen og på grunden. Masser af plads og et smukt autentisk område. Michelles instruktioner om vandreruter, badesteder mm gjorde at vi fik så mange skønne oplevelser. Bl.a. at sejle til Stockholm med afgang / ankomst blot 200 m fra boligen.

Es war unser Familiensommerurlaub, 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder (11 & 15). Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und hat viele verschiedene Räume, die jedem seinen eigenen Rückzugsort ermöglichten. Von der gesamten Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Resaröström, auf dem es immer etwas zu beobachten gab. Dennoch war es dort sehr ruhig; auch die direkten Nachbarn haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in Åkersberga (12 Autominuten) oder direkt in Svinninge (6 Autominuten). Stockholm ist in knapp 40 Minuten und Vaxholm in gut 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben uns in Åkersberga & Vaxholm Kajaks geliehen und konnten damit auch direkt zu Ulricas Haus fahren. Wir können das Haus allen empfehlen, die nach Ruhe und dem besonderen Charme der Stockholmer Schären suchen. Ulrica hat uns bei Ankunft schriftlich mit allen Informationen versorgt, so dass der Aufenthalt unkompliziert war. Im Haus waren alle genannten Ausstattungsmerkmale vorhanden.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Wir haben das Haus ganz bewusst danach ausgesucht, dass wir den Schiffsverkehr beobachten können und wurden in unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Ansonsten war auch alles prima. Ein echtes Traumhaus.

I brought my staff of art teachers on a retreat to Stockholm from California, and had the pleasure of renting Katarina's beautiful house. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. We were 7 women and had plenty of space to both come together to work and relax, but also to have our own space inside and outside. We happened to be there for a week when the weather was quite warm so we didn't get to utilize the sauna, which was a bummer, but can imagine how wonderful it would be. The house is about an hour from city center by ferry and quite easy to travel once you get the ferry schedule. Katarina was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions leading up to our rental period as well as during. We didn't get a chance to meet in person due to our schedules, but she was an absolute pleasure to work with for our experience. I would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat if the opportunity were to arise. Thank you Katarina!

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Elina. Het huis was gezellig en vooral schoon. Onze jongste dochter vond al het speelgoed geweldig. Je voelt je meteen thuis in het huis. Het is er heerlijk rustig en bij het boothuis contact met de buren gehad. Erg vriendelijk. Het was fijn dat we spullen mochten gebruiken. Dit was voor ons de 1e keer in een Airbnb en dit is ons goed bevallen. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug.

Spend your days exploring the enchanting forests, listening to the copious bird sounds, where children can unleash their imaginations building dens and playing amongst nature's wonders. The villa's floor-to-ceiling windows provide a stunning backdrop to every moment, offering partial views of the shimmering sea where you see the occasional ships go by. And when you're ready for some sea and lakeside side fun, the shore and many lakes are just a short stroll away, perfect for long walks and skimming stones. In the evenings, the villa's open-plan kitchen becomes a hub for creating delicious meals and sharing stories in cozy warmth. I can't wait to go back.

I spent (unfortunately only) 4 nights with my kids in this wonderful house. Less than half an hour outside of Stockholm and you are in a different world, totally calm, right by the sea. The sunrise over the sea - if you happen to be awake at 5 in the morning - is just marvellous. The house is beautiful, even nicer than on the pictures, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped. We had some relaxing days swimming (two neoprene suits available), stand-up paddling, chilling on the terrace and boating around the islands. Renting the yellow boat is a must - it's faster than it looks. Thomas is the perfect host - always available and super supportive when you need him. Thanks for this great vacation! Water-skiing (skies available) is on our list for next time :-)

As other guests have remarked, Rami is an exceptional host. We felt completely welcome and at home in his beautiful house in Nacka. Our kids enjoyed the toys, books, and plunge pool, while we basked in cozy vibes from a top notch sound system and comfortable furniture. Don’t miss a walk (or a winter dip + sauna) and lunch at nearby Hellasgården: we went twice while the kids sled and broke ice, everyone was thrilled.

I’m a frequent traveler, taking more than 5–6 trips a year, and I’ve experienced a wide range of accommodations, including Airbnb rentals. I can honestly say that this house was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The house and its amenities are on par with a 5-star hotel—everything was of excellent quality. The two jacuzzis were a fantastic touch, and the entire home was beautifully furnished, with more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 12 people. We were five families, and every one of us absolutely loved the place. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming us with treats and going above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. We were even able to extend our checkout time by three hours, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and memorable time with friends or family.

Wir haben zu viert eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einzigartig, gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Stockholm oder in die Schären und sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, charmant und schön eingerichtet - es hat alles, was man braucht und sehr viel Platz. Wir haben uns sofort darin wohl gefühlt. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfreiche Gastgeberin, die immer schnell unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Sie hat uns auch gute Restauranttipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung und wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Jonas is an amazing host who met us at the house, showed us everything, and allowed us to use his beautiful pool. What a gorgeous home with lovely design and every comfort. Jonas was available throughout our stay as we asked questions. We felt so at home in this lush, quiet, comfortable setting. If you are visiting Stockholm this is a wonderful accommodation. This house is amazing for families. Lots of space, big kitchen table with a high chair and two toddler chairs, resort like deck and outdoor living with charcoal grill and lots of different seating areas. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Trampoline, grass area with swings/soccer goals, kid’s playhouse and tons of toys and books inside. Lots of berry bushes too. Not to mention the pool! Kid safe fence around it for peace of mind and 29 degrees Celsius. It is all one depth but there were lots of tubes for kids to use. We loved this house and highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal stay at Jakob's house with pool in Stockholm. The location is great: quiet, but with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and with good public transport to the center of Stockholm. The spacious house is furnished with great taste and style and is fully equipped. Everything was available in the kitchen, and the sound system and projector are awesome. Jakob is a great host, and he answered questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back to Stockholm, and very happy to come back to Jakob's house - thank you for everything!

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

Das Haus und der Außenbereich waren toll. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Wir hatte auch regelmäßig Rehe zu Gast im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Meer und der Blick aus der oberen Etage sind traumhaft. Maria war eine super nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, dort Urlaub zu machen. Die Nähe zu Stockholm und trotzdem die Ruhe im Wald sind toll.

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

Amazing villa with a long and literally colorful past. It is beautifully renovated and very well equipped. Swimming in the sea is a bit of an adventure but there is always the heated pool for the not-so-daring. The location is perfect - just 15 Minutes by car to the heart of Stockholm but still in the middle of wild nature. Simon gave us a very warm welcome and was always available for questions.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Whirlpool mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Jonas war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war. Die Umgebung rund um Värmdö ist ein Traum und die Nähe zu Stockholm ist super.
