We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . A truly special experience made better by Deepu and his family whims on.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

Marigold Villa is the perfect place to stay in Kochi. The backyard is kept in great shape by the caretakers, and the pool is the perfect way to cool off after a long, hot day. The house itself is so, so unique. It has carvings all throughout with tons of open space. The two bedrooms have air conditioning, and it keeps them very cool. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The caretakers also will make you breakfast at no additional charge and are such nice people. They helped checked us in and with any questions we had.

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

Had a great stay while transiting through kochi at this bnb, the house is beautiful and has amazing vibe!! Must visit. just a little feedback since we were visiting from Canada and use airbnb.ca with no previous experience in India. One thing we noticed was direct messaging on number through host which didn’t sit well initially cz that’s private info, and when we asked for troubleshooting some issue during the stay it was great that the host came right away but didn’t leave once issue was fixed, felt weird being in the space with someone around. I think it was not malicious intent but just something to improve on privacy!

We took a private pool cottage with two bedrooms for our family of 5 including two kids. The cottage was neat, private and the pool was the right size for the kids. The pool was also maintained well. The food was homely and tasty and was reasonable price. There was a small water fall and a stream inside the property. They are still developing the property and it would have been nice to have. a small hike in the property with pathways through the cardamom plantations. They gave coupons for us to the nearby vagamon heights adventure park which was also great and did some activities there Vipin , the caretaker was always available on phone. He was very pleasant and always ready to help with all our needs. A great place for a family vacation

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

They are a loving family who go the extra mile with joy to make you feel at home. It was a pleasure meeting Sebastián and the family. We went there on a pilgrimage to Kreupasanam and want to go back to testify. Undoubtedly, their home will be our first choice! Thanks for your hospitality, delicious breakfasts, fellowship, patience and understanding.

The property was just the right place for our requirement, i had gone there with my friends for a wedding. The place was spacious,clean, in the center of the city and all facilities were provided and the best part was that we had full freedom

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

The experience right from booking the place till the time we left was great. While Johny himself lives out of country but is very responsive to all the msgs. Once we are at the house, we were very comfortable as everything was spic and span and felt like home. Nimmy is such a charming host and extremely soft spoken.The house is so beautiful from indised and outside. The place has easy access to auto, cabs etc. The house is in a very quite locality and very peaceful. I will definitely recommend it to others and would like to visit them again during my next trip. Thank you Johny and Nimmy 💓 You made our holiday memorable.

Le logement est de qualité, spacieux et très propre. Il est bien placé par rapport à l’embarcadère pour Fort Cochin, et pour la gare Ernakulam Junction aussi.

Large house perfect for families vacationing in Kerala. All matching spacious bedrooms with ensuite. Felt right at home. Would stay again

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

We had a great stay! The house was clean, and everything indoors was as expected. The host was always responsive, and shopping places were nearby. There is a short walk from the street parking to the house. One recommendation would be to add curtains to the windows, as the neighboring houses are quite close, which would help with privacy. Overall, we had a great experience!

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen in einer Gasse, aber mit Neil's Videobeschreibung super zu finden. Es ist groß und wir haben besonders die Waschmaschine genossen, da wir lange unterwegs sind. WLAN funktioniert super und die Küche hat die wichtigsten Dinge wie Wasserfilter, Wasserkochers und Toaster etc. Neil hat immer zügig geantwortet. Wir waren froh, in Fort Kochi gebucht zu haben. Es hat wirklich Flair.

The place was amazing. The location was quite peaceful as well. Unfortunately we didn’t had a chance to take the full advantage but totally recommendable.

It was a great experience staying in Jo &Sams villa it was very silent place and it is very ecofriendly place by nature it is great place to have a small family gathering and. Reunion we loved it and the rooms were very neat and clean. Thanks for the stay Danny John

Great place, walkable distance from beach. clean accomodation. the bed can comfortably accommodate 3 people. The food that aunty made was sooo yum both veg and non veg . It was affordable also. sherin was super helpful and was always available over a call. she is friendly and helps you out for all the local doubts we have.

Great Property in walkable distance to main road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Host and caretaker are very helpful and willing to accomodate your requirements.

Booked the property for my birthday and what a cool little home and even more cooler hosts Divya and her dad.Everywhere you look inside the house you see cute artworks and small sweet and quirky notes. Me and my partner enjoyed every moment out there.If you are planning to stay an hour drive around Kochi and want a clean and calm property just book it and you won’t regret it.Cherai beach is 20 min drive and there is a paddy field nearby where you can watch stunning sunrise and sunset.Hugs for Divya’s mom for cooking us breakfast.we are going back there soon😊
