El alojamiento nos ha parecido ideal para pasar unas noches. La estancia es pequeña pero tanto la habitación como el lavabo son muy amplios y espaciosos. Estaba muy limpio todo. Magdalena nos facilitó mucho la llegada con indicaciones y recomendaciones. Recomendaríamos la estancia sin duda.

Lidia is a very responsive and flexible host and always on hand if needed and checks in regularly to make sure everything is ok. The apartment is well cleaned and convenient for all that Puerto Rico has to offer. I enjoyed my stay and if I get chance I would stay again.

The apartment is small, but has everything you need. It is very clean and has an amazing view over the water and sunset. The apartment is centrally located in Patalavaca which has a small beach and boulevard. It is very easy to get on the highway or on the local roads to drive around the island. Would recommend for a couple or two close friends.

Vastaanotto kohteessa oli erittäin ystävällinen, viestintä ennen ja vierailun aikana sujui myös erittäin hyvin! Asunto oli puhdas ja meille juuri sopivan kokoinen. 2 aikuista ja 1 lapsi mahtui hyvin asuntoon ja kaappitilaa oli riittävästi. Aurinko paistaa heti aamusta myöhään iltapäivään suoraan parvekkeelle josta on upeat näkymät. Uima-allas alue on rauhallinen, vapaita aurinkotuoleja ja aurinkovarjoja aina saatavilla. Mielestäni asunnolla on myös erittäin hyvä sijainti jos on auto käytettävissä. Parkkipaikkoja oli asunnon lähellä riittävästi. Uloskirjaus oli myös joustava ja siitä myös iso plussa. Pieni miinus tyynyistä jotka olivat painuneet kasaan.

Mycket trevligt och rymligt boende. Modernt, rent och med smakfull möblering, både inomhus och utomhus. Lugnt område med någon minuts promenad till strandpromenaden. Trevliga grannar som gjorde att vi kände oss välkomna, var extra bra. Jesus fanns alltid till hands när vi hade någon fundering. Han mötte oss också när vi checkade in. Vi trivdes mycket bra i Blankas lägenhet. Fräscht och snyggt. Allt vi behövde fanns där. Mycket bra internet vilket var viktigt för oss eftersom vi kombinerade vistelsen med att även jobba remote. Den stora altanen och lilla poolen delas med andra hyresgäster men varje lägenhet har en stor ”privat” del av altanen. Den var perfekt för solbad efter kl 12. Lägenheten ligger ganska högt upp på östra berget så utsikten är fantastisk. Samtidigt så får man nyttiga promenader i uppförsbacke.. Ner till stranden tar det 10 minuters promenad där det finns ett stort utbud av restauranger. Shoppingcentra finns 10 minuter åt andra hållet. Vi har tidigare varit flera gånger i Puerto Rico på olika boenden och den här lägenheten är verkligen toppen! Vi har redan bokat för samma period 2026 😊

The apartment is located in a very nice, quiet residential complex. The apartment is modern and very well maintained,it has a spacious private balcony with great views of the sea, mountains and picturesque Puerto Rico. Check in was very easy, Janka welcomed us and showed us around the apartment which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, it has good sized modern bathroom with a great shower and nice decor throughout. we will be back in the future. It was wonderful to stay at this place. All we needed was available. And a nice and proactive host. We loved the bed and of course the jacuzzi on the terras. We enjoyed it. Especially in the dark of the evenings. Thank you so much for all the good things and the service. We would defenitely come back here.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

David is an extremely nice person. We came back to his house again as we really like it. Its a great spacious apartment with everything you might need for short or longer stays. Good location for biking as its always great weather on this side of the island

This is a classic Spanish bungalow. It is located close to the Yumbo and restaurants in the area. There is a grocery store very close by, which is very convenient. The airport bus stops right outside. The bungalow has a large, beautiful private garden. There is also a barbecue, which we used several times. There was no noise or problems. We stayed in the bungalow for 32 days, and had a very nice time there. Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles is a gem on Gran Canaria. So much fun to do. The bed was a bit hard though. Some people like it, others don't.

I think the Agaete Valley is one of the most stunning areas on Gran Canaria, and Ruben's house is right in the middle of it. The views are wonderful. There are lovely hikes from right out the door. The house is spotless and super-well equipped, with a great kitchen and a washing machine - so nice not to have to find a laundromat. The upstairs patio is awesome and my husband spent most afternoons up there. The town and church next door can be lively, with bells from 8am to 8pm, but nights were peaceful. I never got to meet Ruben, but he was super-quick to respond when I had a question or small issue. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Check in war flexibel möglich. Die Lage ist ganz gut, praktisch ist der Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Jedoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einem Wohngebiet, daher hat man keine besondere Aussicht, dies war aber auch nicht anderst beschrieben :) Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen fast zu groß, man hat sich manchmal etwas „einsam“ gefühlt. Für 4 Personen optimal. Sonst eine schöne und großzügige Unterkunft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet: besonders die elektrisch verstellbaren Stühle sind der Wahnsinn! Ebenso ist alles sehr liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet! Am Abend kann man Sonnenuntergänge aus dem Wohnbereich genießen! Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar! Zen ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber! :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Jose war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber,er hat uns mit Kuchen, Orangen und Minze aus seinem Garten empfangen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer schönen Schlucht, du kannst dich hier wunderbar erholen, wir kommen wieder.

Sehr saubere, gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Freier Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen.Restaurant, Supermarkt, Strand alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Kimmunikation. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

We were warmly welcomed by Alex and Alexsandra to a spotlessly clean apartment that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower and more than enough hot water for two of us to get ready in the evening. There is a small kitchen with everything we needed to make light meals during our stay. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The main area has a nice sofa that I was able to take naps on during the day, there is stable high speed wifi and a large smart TV. The beds were very comfortable and we both had undisturbed sleep each night. The apartment is in a great location right accross the road from the Yumbo, but even though it is so close, we didn't hear any of the noise that we were expecting. Alex is so kind and really wants to make everything even more perfect than it already is, a great host who makes you feel like an old friend. Overall, a fantastic apartment in a great location with a super host. We will definitely return.

77 dgr i denna lägenhet som hade allt vi önskade oss stor mysig uteplats med sol från morgon till kväll dessutom trevligt möblerad. Lägenheten låg högt upp branta backar och många trappor med underbar utsikt har man tillgång till bil eller taxi ( bra priser) så är det lättare att ta sig ner till stränder och annat men funkar även bra att promenera. Lugn läge och fint poolområde. Inget saknades i lägenheten och den var ren och mysig och kändes väldigt trygg då den gick att larma, AC fungerade bra och egen tvättmaskin fanns oxå .. Antonia och Jorge var supertrevliga svarade snabbt på ev frågor och var väldigt hjälpsamma .. Vi är så glada att vi hyrde denna lägenhet och fick lära känna dessa människor.. kommer gärna tillbaka hit …

Ich war bereits öfter im Appartement von Eugenio. Das Bad wurde renoviert und im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei neue Tische. Nur knapp 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich gegenüber. Nur 5 Minuten bis zur Kasbah. Insgesamt eine ruhige und gepflegte Anlage.

Wir hatten wirklich fantastische 3 Wochen in Carmens Haus. Die Unterkunft war für uns ein Traum. Sie war größer, als es online aussah und ein wirklich besonderer Ort, direkt an der Felsenküste. Die Ferienhaus-Siedlung liegt abseits der Touristenzentren, was den Aufenthalt besonders ruhig und reizvoll macht. So ist aber auch ein Mietwagen Pflicht, um mobil zu sein. Zum Einkaufen: Entfernung zum Spar-Markt 4 km, zu den Discountern und Supermärkten 11 km. Das Meer aber ist so nah am Haus, dass man es vom großen Balkon aus riechen kann. Das Haus ist auf eine angenehme Weise schlicht, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die du benötigst. Die Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und auch durch das große Panorama-Fenster des Esszimmers ist einfach atemberaubend. Und die Sonnenuntergänge ein wahres Spektakel. Carmen und Jorge waren sehr zuvorkommend und einladend. Wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause und liebten jede Minute, die wir in der Unterkunft verbringen durften. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank!

Great place. The complex itself is awesome, a lot of apartment buildings on a hill, connected by elevators. Mangificient views. Table tennis courts, tennis court and outdoor gym. Two restaurants. Many pools. The heated pool was not heated on the day we tried it, so we missed it.. the pool bar restaurant is great, don't miss it. Minimarket and the lobby were closed on Sunday. There seems to be a hairdresser on site. The apartment is of high standard and it was super clean, we felt very comfortable. The terrace has a sun protection and comfortable furniture. We traveled with 7 months old baby, we just kept the stroller in the car (there are 2 floors of stairs to the apartment). There's maybe 300m of steep hill to the place, doable with a stroller, has a pavement. Parking on the street. The Amadores beach is protected from the wind and waves, had a truly summer feel in February, reachable in 5 mins by car. It was a great stay thank you!

Exactly as described, Cristina and Yolanda were both very responsive and helpful. It's in a good location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and easy walking to the beach areas. We would definitely recommend.
