Amazing place just as described! You cannot get any closer to the ocean and the patio is just beautiful. Fernando was responsive and gave us great recommendations and we already cannot wait to come back! Would love to stay here every time we visit puerto rico!

Excelente lugar !!!

We loved our stay. The balcony over looking the ocean with the hammock chairs was a favorite feature of our group. We also appreciated all of the thoughtful touches like snacks, stocked bathroom, tons of towels, and beach chairs for use. The place was super clean, communication was easy, and our group agreed it was better than the pictures! A car is a must for getting around, we would definitely return!

Oh my goodness. we so much enjoyed this place. We loved that Rafael was in the area and quick to help us anytime we needed. It was the perfect atmosphere for our family and the setup could not be better. We are so hoping that we will be able to stay again. We even told our family where we would be staying every time we come to Dorado. The beach was right across the street which was so convenient and fun. Plenty of night life but we could not hear it when we were inside. so close to eating establishments and shops. Our grand babies loved that both rentals were connected and I loved that it was enclosed but you still had an wonderful view of the beach that was just a stone's throw away.... Thank you Brenda and Rafael. WE LOVED YOUR PLACE.

Over the last twelve years, we have been fortunate to have stayed in many Airbnb's around the world. As a host, Carlos, his childhood friend Raphael and his employee Fernando were the absolute best hosts we have ever had. They were both proactive and responsive, but more than that, they wanted us to enjoy our stay so much that they would go out of their way to make our experience better. From sharing local knowledge about people and events (see Manuel at the fresh fish market two blocks away) to responding quickly when the power went out just as we were ready to leave for a day's adventure (there is a manual way to open the electric gate), they were incredibly thoughtful. The home and outdoor areas are beautiful, well stocked and well placed among a street full of restaurants and bars but moreover, access to beautiful beaches. San Juan airport is a 45 minute drive, with Old San Juan accessible by a nearby ferry. All in all a fantastic Airbnb experience.

The house is beautiful. The owner responded quickly to questions we had. The takeout restaurant next door has very good food from breakfast to dinner so no need to drive .

We had an amazing stay at Alma's place! The condo was spacious, with a large kitchen and dining area, plus three big bedrooms. Our group of eight had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect—just a two-minute walk to the beach. While it was a bit far from Old San Juan, having a car made it easy to explore. Alma and Alex were outstanding hosts, and their amazing team responded quickly and provided fantastic local recommendations. A washer and dryer update would be a great addition. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

What an amazing stay, the entire family loved it. Alex was so helpful and responded to each question very fast. The place was very clean and the beach was a hidden secret that was completely perfect. We usually never go back to a location or unit twice but we all agree we want to come back here. Thanks to Alma and the entire crew at Paradise Villas.

This condo has become a favorite of ours. It’s in a secure, gated community. The surroundings are beautiful with carefully groomed landscaping, lit fountains at night and a well maintained nice size pool. The condo is clean and comfortable. Grace is a very responsive host. This time we had an issue with the AC and she had someone come to fix it in a timely manner. The beach access is a bonus. It’s a nice place to stay!

Villa Iris was a terrific escape for our family of 5. The villa is very close to the picturesque beach, which was perfect for swimming and sunbathing, and offered the snorkeling we hoped for. The weekend was busier on the beach, but the weekdays were very quiet. The host and their team were incredibly responsive, and the property manager had the kitchen pre-stocked with a grocery order we sent ahead. The patio was comfortable, and the air conditioning was powerful and effective when needed. A great vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The property is spacious, clean, and has a well-appointed kitchen that made meal preparations a breeze. It’s located in a quiet residential area with quick access to the beach, which was perfect for our relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and provided support whenever needed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to others.

The home is exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was in perfect condition. Neat clean. I highly recommend Isabell’s place. We would 100% come back in the future.

We had an amazing time here. The beach truly was a few steps away, and a lot more private than any other beach we went to during our trip. The beds were comfortable, we had zero issues with the neighbors, and we were surrounded by beautiful Puerto Rican houses. The water was cold but I believe this is typical of the islands, and it didn’t feel bad since it’s so hot everywhere lol. Overall, we’ll be back with the family soon!! Perfect for two sets of couples

The check in was as easy as the instructions say , esto es puerto rico , the view was beautiful and the apartment was amazing , the A/C works amazing !! the water is solar as stated so taking a shower at appropriate times will help the temps and i had no problem with that , there was cars with music passing but that is our culture here and i love it ! it felt like home for me and it would for any puertorican , very close to the beach , i loved it !!! and i hope i can return soon , for those who left bad reviews you are simply forgetting this is an ISLAND , and you have to adjust to this life as much as you enjoy the nice parts of it ! 10/10 stay !!

We stayed for 8 nights and loved being able to come back to a "home". Anytime we had a question, our texts were answered immediately. Their home is beautiful with an amazing deck looking out at the ocean. We had some famiky over for a nice little family birthday party and Glenda and Yessica had no problem with it at all. Their home is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need to "live" there for as long as you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone visiting that area of the island to stay in their beautiful home!! Thank you Glenda and Yessica for hosting us in your beautiful home on your beautiful island! We will definitely be back!!!
