We stayed at Irene's for a quick girls trip. She was such an amazing host. Plenty of space for the four of us and the outside area was very nice and relaxing after a day in the city. The beautiful semi private beach the next street over was breathtaking. Perfect place for a photo op which we took advantage of. There was plenty of extra towels and linen available. We had a small hiccup but Irene and her family were very quick to respond and rectify it. They went above and beyond and we had an amazing time. Thank you again Irene!!

One of the most responsive, helpful and accommodating hosts we’ve ever had and been using Airbnb for a long time! Shakira firstly had a hairdryer sent to us within half an hour after discovering another guest had taken the hairdryer! Shakira also very quickly agreed to a later check out which was so helpful to us. We ended up with a broken suitcase which Shakira also took care of getting rid of. The property did not disappoint and is just as in the photos, the pool was lovely. Supermarket 5 minutes in a car, Cats around the property and I’m not a fan, however as suggested by Shakira to ignore and they were no bother. Our first time in Puerto Rico and this property and host made our stay extra special! Thanks Shakira.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was just as described/spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is amazing, the gated community is so private and peaceful with an ocean view from the backyard. The private beach was gorgeous and we mostly had it to ourselves. It was the perfect stay for us, our 18 month old, and our parents. Definitely will be back!

Elisa's place was great, we had a wonderful time staying there. If you need a place with comfortable space for a big family consider this place. Peaceful and safe.

beautiful house , a little difficult to find at first but then easy. Host was very nice and helpful, responded quickly everytime at any time !!

Very clean, and nice. I was very pleased with the first aid kit lol (i was in need of band aids). Wilfredo was very nice with responding back to my questions. The house was very secure and equipped with cameras on the outside so i did feel safe. His house was very spacious!! My only con which is not in his control was the roosters and dogs being alarm clocks lol. If i was to revisit i would definitely rebook his home 10x!

We had 2 families stay at the villa, it offered enough space for everyone to sleep and hang out. We loved the outdoor patio area, the green space was great for kids to play and conveniently located close to the pool and beach access. The villa is in a gated community and we felt very safe. We enjoyed the villa, the beautiful views, exploring the beach and surrounding beaches, and San Juan! Lilly was a wonderful host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. The garage has lots of chairs, coolers, and toys for the beach. Very convenient when you can’t bring it all with you!

Great place to stay! Pros: Very clean, beds are comfy, pool is great! Plenty of bathrooms with nice pump bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Beach towels and a wagon with chairs and beach stuff available to use! They even gave a wonderful snack tray of treats for arrival! Cons: living room has only one small, 3 cushion couch. The entry pic couch is not there so for family of four limited seating. Location: Beach is short walk and was amazing! Sand bottom, clear water, safe waves. One day rougher ocean so more seaweed but that is expected with Mother Nature. The nature park right next to beach is also a short walk and has amazing views!!! Don’t miss it! The restaurant/bar across from the beach had yummy food and drinks. Nice to be able to walk to and from it all!

Our stay at Capri House was absolutely wonderful! David is an exceptional host—so friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. From the clean and comfortable furnishings to the well-kept amenities, every detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend Capri House to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

The house is fantastic, great pool and several comfortable porches around the house to relax in. The nearby beach/park is beautiful, easy to walk to , and family friendly. It is not a very tourist heavy area which is nice, but it also means you will have to drive further to get to San Juan and there aren’t as many restaurants to choose from. We had two families with 3 kids amongst us and we had a very nice time.

This was truly a “hidden gem” and the perfect place for our large group. The four separate “apartments” provided privacy and a place to retreat from the larger group when needed but the communal space provided a fun atmosphere for everyone to eat, hangout, play, etc. The short walk to the uncrowded beach was the icing on the cake and we very much appreciated the beach supplies — wagon, coolers, chairs and towels — to make the stay stress free. The location was perfect as well. It was close enough to San Juan / the airport but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to get to from anywhere on the Island for anyone wanting to explore and take day trips as well!

We traveled with friends and 8-year-old son. The house was clean and in a great location. The beach and hiking/mountain biking trail in Cerro Gordo is beautiful and a short drive away. Cuevas Arenales is only 20 minutes away and worth a visit (this was our second time going) and we visited several of the beaches in Manatí and Vega Baja in one day. Elaine, our host, was responsive. Would recommend this place.

This really was one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at for the cost! I was with 6 adults and two kids and there was plenty of space and we were super comfortable. The host was extra helpful and got us a pack n play and high chair for our infant so we didn’t need to fly with anything too bulky. The place was so peaceful, beautiful, clean, quiet and safe! The pool was perfect with an ocean view and we usually had it to ourselves. The beach was AMAZING and great for kids. All soft sand, no rocks or seaweed and crystal clear calm waters that we could all swim in all day every day! We also rarely saw anyone else on the beach. It was a true paradise and we will definitely be back! As other have mentioned, I would definitely rent a car to be able to get to grocery stores or restaurants since there is not really anything you can walk to but the drive to the grocery store and some restaurants was very quick.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Directions to the property were easy to find. Our stay was excellent. The house was equipped very well with everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool and the games that the property has.We really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely love to return to Dreamsville.

Janet was an awesome host from beginning to end! She was always quick to answer questions and give helpful recommendations. The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We loved the outdoor covered area under the house for watching movies, playing darts and signing in the hammock. We walked to the quieter, more private beach as well as the public beach at Cerro Gordo park. Both are easily walkable and very different from each other. The walking path up to the top of the mountain on the beach lived up to everything Janet said it was and more!!! The views are amazing! The house had everything we needed for the week and more. We are out most of the time, but if we’d wanted to cook more we easily could have with the fully stocked kitchen. Janet, thank you for a wonderful stay! Our family made so many memories in Puerto Rico!!

wow, what an amazing stay. thank you so much. Nestor was absolutely fantastic and always provided more help than we are used to. Basically, every time we had one expectation, Nestor exceeded it and everyone travelling with us was impressed and feeling great about the place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Loved everything about the location too, the private beach was more than we could have ever asked for and the swimming pool was the cherry on top
