Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

La ubicación es muy cercana a la playa, el piso es lo adecuado a ese precio, tiene todo el equipamiento de un piso normal.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Es como si estuvieras en un hotel pero con casa particular. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. La piscina es fantástica.

Un lugar precioso, en una ubicación céntrica, y María muy atenta en la gestión. Totalmente recomendable, y su vuelvo, sin duda repetiría.

Hemos podido disfrutar poco tiempo del alojamiento, pero está súper bien ubicado y es totalmente fiel a su anuncio. Además, Marga como anfitriona nos ha puesto las cosas muy fáciles y todo ha estado genial. Un alojamiento 100% recomendable

Zeer schoon en mooi appartement dat gunstig gelegen is. Wij hebben er een heerlijk verblijf gehad waarbij alles op loopafstand is. De host is vriendelijk en reageert snel op berichten. Aanrader!

We had a lovely stay, the location is great and the commutation with the host was super clear and polite!

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Делюсь впечатлениями, Мы провели замечательный отпуск в городе Торревьеха с 5 по 10 октября семьей из четырёх человек. Арендовали квартиру у Романа, и всё прошло просто отлично! Роман постоянно был на связи, быстро отвечал на все наши вопросы, был вежлив и корректен, что нам очень понравилось. По прибытию в Торревьеху нас ждал удобный и чистый апартамент с полным набором всего необходимого для проживания, включая стиральную машину, посуду и другие мелочи. Особенно приятно было, что в квартире были игрушки для наших детей, что сделало пребывание еще комфортнее. Мои дети даже использовали матрас для плавания в море, который был в квартире. Погода порадовала — солнечно и тепло, в отличие от прохладной Германии (Вольфсбург), откуда мы приехали. Дети и мы с женой провели чудесные каникулы на море, и мы наслаждались уютом квартиры, предоставленной Романом. Нам всё очень понравилось, и мы с удовольствием вернёмся снова! Всем рекомендуем арендовать жилье у Романа!

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!

Très bien, le quartier est très sympa avec beaucoup de restaurants, bars et supermarchés. Pas très loin du centre. J'étais tranquille dans la chambre n°1, pas de bruit et lit très confortable. C'est une bonne option pour prix raisonnable.

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans ce logement, habité par un gentil couple bolivien, et avec 3 chambres pouvant accueillir des personnes de passage. Je suis très satisfait de mon expérience, tout est bien organisé et balisé au niveau des espaces. Le lit est très confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Le seul point noir est l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble, peu insonorisé, et qui peut être dérangeante pour des personnes qui n'ont pas un sommeil lourd :). Je recommande!
