This place was amazing, has everything you need right in the house, exceptionally clean and safe neighborhood, response time was quick and helpful, definitely would love to return. Pictures don’t do it any justice, much better in person and close to everything

Had a great stay Calix was very responsive and helpful when needed. Location was great 15 to 20 mins from everything. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Talia and Pablo’s place in San Juan!! Girls trip of 12 for our spring break and it was a perfect spot for us. Clean, just like the photos, spacious, and beautiful. Felt very safe in the punta las marias neighborhood. Pablo is very responsive and was a phenomenal host!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!

We had an incredible stay at the house. The view is spectacular! Especially in the morning when the fog rolls into the valley down below. We lived on the patio, played billiards and swam in the pool. Morovis is a great jumping off point to see everything on the island is it is centrally located.

Urban Paradise does not due the location justice. The home itself is beautiful and very spacious for a large group. The location is near many attractions as well as the airport. The host is extremely responsive and provides recommendations to ensure the attendees are taken cared of. This location exceeded our expectations and will definitely be returning in the near future.

This home was perfect for My Family. My kids loved every inch of it from the number of beds and bathrooms to the clean pool and perfect size. We had a great time playing with the pool table and enjoying all of the game options they have for you. The home was equipped perfectly for someone traveling away from home but still having everything they would need. Extra bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach necessities such as chairs, floaters, sand toys you name it. Lots of choices of food within 2 minutes away with Beautiful beaches all in the area. The host was very detailed with instructions and responded to my messages very quickly. We will absolutely be rebooking on one of our frequent visits to my beautiful island!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Apartment was clean and easy to access. Building itself needed some work and had construction going on during the day. Pool and beach area clean. Construction around hot tub closed but was warm outside so didn’t need it. Shared community grill by pool worked with charcoal which there was some in the apartment for us to use. Washer and dryer in apartment which was very nice. Beach chairs, cooler and sand toys available to use and was convenient for day trips or sitting by the ocean. We are early risers so construction noise starting at 9am didn’t bother us as we were already leaving for outings during the day.

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Had a great time here on our first visit to Puerto Rico - pleasantly quiet, great location right on the beach with a nice pool and also easy walk to both Condado and the Calle Loíza strip!

Great property. Good location. Easy to get to several restaurants on foot. Shower had good water pressure. View was immaculate. Host was very responsive. Apartment was very clean. I have no complaints. For some reason I thought it was a 2 bedroom but it is a 1 bedroom apartment. One bed is in the only bedroom and there is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The 2 beach chairs that were available also came in handy. Nice place overall.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

Beautiful place right on the beach! Quiet neighborhood with a great sense of community and authentic Puerto Rican culture. Margarita was a responsive and accommodating host with great recommendations. The place was spotless, secure, with an inviting aesthetic, well worth it! This was a trip that me and my sister will not forget, thank you for hosting us Margarita ♥️
