Veliki Pijesak Beach : locations de vacances en bord de mer

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

Sanja şu ana kadar konakladığımız yerler arasında iletişimi en iyi olan ve en hızlı yanıt alabildiğimiz ev sahibi oldu. Ev görsellerdekiyle bire bir. Güzel ve rahat bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev konum itibariyle birçok yere gidebildiğimiz orta bir noktadaydı. Biz çok memnun kaldık, Sanja’ya teşekkür ederiz.

We had a great vacation! The apartments are perfectly located—far enough from the center of Budva and the beautiful island of Sveti Stefan. You can take long walks along the coastline. Everything you need is nearby, yet there’s no noisy city or dense buildings, making it an ideal spot. The apartments are bright and spacious, with everything we could possibly need. Nikolay was very kind and attentive to us. I highly recommend these apartments. The only downside is that there are many steps, which makes access with a stroller a bit difficult.

Все соответствует описанию, отличное расположение. Соотношение цена качество лучше не найти.Очень близко до пляжа.Идеальное место где провели отличный семейный отдых. Вернёмся обязательно.

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Mükemmel bir evdi ev fotoğraflardan daha iyiydi başta evi bulmakta zorlandım ve korktum ama Avni hemen bize yardımcı oldu. Evin olanakları mükemmeldi göle girdik , yürüyüş yaptık, evdeki kano ile turladık güneşlendik ve barbekü yaptık. Avni çok yardımsever ve ilgili bir ev sahibi Herşey için teşekkürler Avni bize evini açtığın için minnettarız. Herşeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüşsün ev görünenin daha fazlasıydı

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely charming—clean, cozy, and full of character. The village is stunning, peaceful, and felt like a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes au sein de cet appartement. L’appartement est beau et propre. Il est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds. Il est aisé de garer la voiture dans la rue car de nombreuses places sont disponibles. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement 👍💯

Все було чудово. Чудова квартира, доволі зручна, чиста і приємна постіль, достатньо рушників, посуду. На наше здивування був пляжний зонт, два стільця та маска для плавання. Чудовий господар який завжди на зв’язку.

Top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis (Off-Season). Tolles Apartment. Top gepflegt mit allem was man braucht. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Unterkunft. 5min Fußweg zum Strand. Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Nach Bar sind es 15 Autominuten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir empfehlen das anstandslos weiter!

De locatie van dit appartement was geweldig, recht aan de zee en op wandel afstand van het strand, de restaurants en winkels. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de omgeving en hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het appartement!

Amazing view from the terrace where we enjoyed breakfast to the sound of the sea. Just a 2-minute walk to a wide beach, with restaurants, gelaterias, and cafes right on the front line. We stayed with a child, and I’d say the queen-size bed felt a bit tight for three people. It’s a great option for a week-long stay, though for longer, there might not be enough storage space for clothes. The kitchen was well-equipped, except for the knives—there were only two. Overall, stylish apartments in a fantastic location.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Auf unsere Anfragen wurde sofort reagiert. Es gab regelmäßig frische Handtücher und die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Haben uns bei Sabina wie zuhause gefühlt . Sie war immer für einen da und hat hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison was wir sehr als Vorteil gesehen haben, keine Partymeile mehr , sehr zum Vorteil für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen , die Strände sind schön leer . I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Wonderful spacious and clean apartments, there is everything you need for a family of four. The territory is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery and so quiet that when you are grilling dinner on the grill you can hear the waves from the sea, which is a 10-minute walk away. Large grocery stores are a 10-minute drive away, restaurants are within walking distance. The owners live nearby and are very friendly and hospitable. Their unexpected gifts - delicious homemade rakia and fruits were very pleasant surprises. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to relax with family and friends.

Wygodny duży dom, piękne widoki, super taras na dachu, ogródek. Wszystkie udogodnienia, leżaki, parasole, grill, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia i łazienki. Bardzo blisko do plaży, plaża dość zatłoczona, część prywatna i ogólnodostępna. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazny i pomocny, w razie potrzeby od razu reaguje. Jedna uwaga - wodę pitną(2,5E za 6l) należy kupować w sklepie, ta w domu nie jest zdatna do picia. Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt. Polecam

Ubytování jsme neměli problém najít, příjezdová cesta vede do velmi strmého kopce, kde zaparkujete a pak je potřeba sejít další strmý kopec dolů (s autem z půjčovny, které nebylo v úplně OK technickém stavu, jsme si netroufli zajet dolů, myslím, že bychom zpět už nevyjeli 😀). Útulné čisté pokoje s balkóny s přístupem na terasu, kde máte vyhrazená lehátka s naprosto úžasným výhledem na moře 😍 Je zde i možnost zapůjčení slunečníků, které si můžete vzít na pláž. Přístup do moře není úplně nejsnazší, ale v těsné blízkosti se nachází další pláže. V blízkosti ubytování je i obchod, turistické info centrum, pekárna a stánek s ovocem a zeleninou. Není zde pitná voda, je potřeba si v blízkém obchodě zakoupit barely s vodou na pití a vaření. Nádobí jsme v kohoutkové vodě myli. Emil je velmi milý a nápomocný hostitel, děkujeme za skvělé strávený čas a nezapomenutelné výhledy 😊

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.
