Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. It is located 350m walk from a beautiful beach in the quiet, traditional village of Rijeka Rezevici. The beach is accessible on foot or by car, with a great restaurant and beach bar, Balun. In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. Excellent apartment for your vacation in Budva. Large terrace with views of the sea and the old town, free parking, free wireless Internet access, quiet neighborhood and friendly hosts will be the main reason to visit us again. This charming new studio is located in a peaceful and quiet area of Budva.15 minutes to the bus station and 20 minutes to the beach. Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
