Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The view from the apartment was amazing. So much better than in the photos. We loved having breakfast at the big balcony admiring the view out to the sea and the opposite islands. The view is great even at nighttime and it was nice to sit / rest on the comfortable lounges. The apartment worked very well for a family of four with two bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious living area. The kitchen was well equipped. everything was clean & tidy but there were also decorative things that made the apartment feel like home. The area is quiet but 10-15 minutes walk away from the old town. Just mind that there are a lot of stairs to climb as the apartment is on hill. Andrea was most attentive and friendly a host and replied quickly to our questions. She organised a driver to pick us up from the airport, he was very friendly and made our arrival so nice and easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely accommodation near Split! The house was impeccably clean, and Davon (the host) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving a thoughtful welcome chocolate upon our arrival as well as welcoming in us in person. The location was ideal—just a 10-minute drive to the town center and a short 7-minute walk to the beach. The views were stunning, with the sea visible right from the apartment, adding to the charm of the stay. The apartment also had its own free parking space, which was incredibly convenient and a huge plus for those traveling by car. Everything was nicely maintained, and the property was very accessible. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay near Split.

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly beautiful, equipped with top-notch amenities, and everything worked perfectly. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Välkomnande och empatisk. Hon välkomnande med dryck och snittar. Det fanns allt ifrån tvättmedel och grillkol så som vi nyttjade under vistelsen. Värden uppmärksammade även en av oss som fyllde år med en bakad och mycket uppskattad tårta! Hon stödde även med kontakt så att vi blev hämtade vid flygplatsen med rymlig taxi tur och retur.

Beautiful house. We loved the pool and outdoor space. Tennis court and pool table were fantastic additions. Gorgeous views from the house and garden and we loved exploring Imotski. The blue Lake was a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for us.
