Просторно и уютно място в сърцето на Девин. Разполага с всички необходими удобства, напълно оборудвана кухня, широка трапезария и хол, чисто, с камина на дърва, отзивчив домакин и в близост до добри ресторанти.

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Old-style big house, with magic atmosphere. Equipped with modern devices. The filling was like at warm home where you stay complete alone. The wonderful surplice was the piano! During the stay the stove stopped working, and the host brought the replacement stove on the next day. It was very special stay, thank you Stefan!

Probably the best place you can stay in Dobrinishte. Lovely house with good location and nice view. I would def recommend and return :)

Place is super nice, well stocked, and Nina is very responsive and helpful.

Literally the best host there is. Such a nice guy. The apartment was in perfect condition and cozy. Communication with the host was smooth. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. We will be back to stay in Stoycho's property for sure.

The place is in a nice hotel hotel. Really nice interior and has every amenity for a stay for 2. Looks like in the photos. It is walkable to the lifts and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some great days in the mountain!

This is an incredibly well organized small, quite and feel at home place. It has everything you need both for a short and longer stay. Everything in Borovets - skiing areas, horse riding places, restaurants, shops, bus stops etc, is nearby and on a short walking distance. You have an amazing place, Fani and Alex. An amazing apartment, with a spectacular view over the lake. We had a very peaceful stay. The apartment has everything you need, and is decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The host was friendly, communicative, and very helpful. We certainly hope to return again in the future.

Sehr nette Unterkunft. Sehr für Familien zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft liegt nah an einem sehr nettem Marktplatz mit feinen Gaststätten.

The villa is cosy and spacious. It has 2 fireplaces on the ground floor that make the evenings charming. The rooms are clean, the garden is fantastic for playing with the kids, or relaxing in the afternoon with a book on the grass. The area is quiet, you can hear the birds singing! Really, there is nothing that can make your stay unpleasant! We would definitely come back another time!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious, with enough large and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our group perfectly. The entire house was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay- from toiletries to a welcome basket with food. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A highlight was definitely the outdoor hot pool – even in December, we were able to enjoy it under all weather conditions, which was such a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed space to unwind with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back!

Very cosy interior with internal fireplace. The bedrooms are clean and well furnished. Well equipped kitchen and baby-friendly. Loved it, will definitely come again!

Приятна, уютна и голяма къща. Подходяща е за големи групи. Относно паркирането, без проблем може да паркирате 4 коли в двора на къщата. Ние бяхме 12 човека, разпределени в 6 стаи, всяка със санитарен възел. Трапезарията и холът са доста просторни. Без никакъв проблем се събирахме. Също така има 2 общи тоалетни в близост до трапезарията. Имаше бърз интернет в цялата къща.Относно другите удобства - билярд, камина,барбекю, уредба, голям двор - всичко е като в описанието. Препоръчвам и със сигурност ще дойда пак!
