Edison’ s place was very spacious and very conveniently located, very close to local amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, beach , coffee shops etc, within 5 minutes walking distance. Edison is a great guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and communicates with you whenever you need anything, he was just one phone call away. I would definitely recommend Edison’ s place .

Artan's place was really nice ! great location, peaceful and amazing views. This is the elrfecy place if you need to escape and have a break away from everything. there are lots of restaurants near by but also shkoder is not too far away to go to either.

We had a lovely stay at Ndoc's and Flora's. Both welcomed us warmly and we got a jar of homemade yoghurt (thanks again! :)). The house offers a lot of space and the surroundings are beautiful. There is an amazing view from the terrace and the hill behind the house. We felt home immediately and wished we had more time to stay at this beautiful place. We can only recommend staying there. 😊

I stayed here for one month with my family, including our two year old AND two dogs while waiting for our house to close. Drago and his family were the most accommodating hosts, and even arranged rides for us from the airport and to the store. A bottle of wine, flowers, and snacks awaited us at check in. Upon request, a baby high chair was provided. When it was time for us to leave, Drago assisted us with our bags… because we are relocating we had MANY! I was so impressed by the hospitality and the apartment was also luxurious and pristine. The view from the balcony was spectacular - a memory I will cherish forever. The apartment was bigger than I expected, had every amenity we needed, and the wifi was reliable and fast, a plus for me who works from home. The walk into town is quite hilly, but we were able to manage even with a stroller. If we have the great fortune to visit Ulcinj again I would happily stay at Drago’s.

Fantastische locatie, prettige communicatie met Gasper. Goed huisje, met kleine maar heerlijke douche. Kleine keuken, maaltijden maken waarschijnlijk een beetje lastig, maar met veel goede en goedkope restaurants in de buurt, hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Er is geen tuin, maar een gezamenlijke binnenplaats. Je kunt gebruik maken van een parkeerplaats bij het huis. Wij vonden deze echter zó krap en risicovol dat wij betaald ( €3,- per 24 uur) hebben geparkeerd bij de kerk op 200 meter. Tip: Fisi Restaurant om de hoek op Bulevardi Skënderbeu.

Arsen’s place was perfect for our family! It was very baby friendly with limited décor and we enjoyed the high chair and baby toys. The apartment was very clean on arrival. His place is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around town. We really enjoyed the lemon tree and Arsen let us have as many lemons as we wanted while there. It was winter during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard as much, but I’m sure it would have been great in nicer weather. He always responded quickly to our needs and re-supplied the essentials for us. The internet was perfect, allowing us to work remotely during our stay too. Thanks for a great stay, Arsen! We would recommend this place to anyone!

I definitely recommend the place, nice host, clean and nice room, and an incredible view from the terrace. The room is located in a quiet part, within the walls of the old town.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller großer Terasse , Lounge Ecke und schöner Aussicht aufs Meer und die Burg. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

nous avons passer une excellente semaine avec une vue très agréable dans une chambre impeccable avec piscine qui est dans le complexe au pied de l'appartement, je recommande vivement, l'hôte est super sympa et très communicatif ci jamais vous avez besoin d'aide il réponde présent et vous guide en cas de besoin. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

The property and surrounding area are beautiful; the host responsive, friendly and helpful. Great villa in a great are with much to do.

Our stay at Anja's home was absolutely wonderful. The house is perfectly positioned near the top of a hill with a dramatic sea view - it's a wonderful place to sit and relax, have drinks and eat. From the house, it is a 10 minute walk into the main part of the city and to the beach...and there are a variety of beaches you can visit without having to drive. The house is very comfortable, air-conditioned and well equipped. The pool is a huge bonus - it was great to be able to have a quick dip there or relax poolside. The neighbours are friendly and we felt we had a really authentic experience in Ulcinj. In addition, Anja was extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants, sights and beaches -- even to the point of making a couple of reservations for us. She made herself extremely available and was always in rapid contact if we had any questions. Anja's home was a real find and made our trip to Ulcinj perfect.

The house is very good, the hospitality of Gerta also. The only problem was with the water, but Gerta reacted very quickly, so everything was good.

The host Alza is amazing. Great communication and nice room close to supermarket. Unfortunately we could not find enough bed sheets for 4 persons, but the rest of the appartment was fine. Thank you very much for the time.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, which was prepared for us with plenty of firewood. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated that the property was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Super accueil de Vera ainsi que de son mari. Adorables du début à la fin du séjour. Logement reculé de la route nationale ce qui est très appréciable. Si nous avons l’occasion de repasser dans le coin, nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation.

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!
