Lovely home with amazing views. Very spacious, with comfy furniture and lots of extra linens. The tub worked perfectly and was great for relaxing. The location is very nice, close to everything in Shkoder, right next to a super market and lots of cafes but still a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We loved standing on the balcony listening to the call to prayer and looking at the mountains. Endri was very helpful, friendly and responsive, he went out of his way to help out!

My family had a lovely stay in the perfect location - right by the beach, at the quieter end of the town. Shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was clean and organized. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rented daily and there are plenty to choose from. Finding street parking can be challenging during high season but it can be found a short walk away. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again someday 😊

We enjoyed Liburn's apartment. The apartment is new and well equipped. Perfectly working air conditioning. The sea view from the balcony is wonderful. The only inconvenience is the parking place on the street, which is hard to find and once you find it, I recommend not even think about leaving it. Better keep it and enjoy walking to the beach, shopping, restaurants and anywhere...most of walking distances are short and easy.

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Beautiful place with the most amazing sea view, really recommend it!! The apartment is even better in reality than on the photos. Very clean, modern and almost feel like home. Eduard was hospitable and helped us check in even though it was late at night. Best host! Will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to stay here. 5/5

L'appartamento di Iva e in posizione centralissima, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, in cucina e in bagno c'è tutto l'occorrente, tutto pulito e ristrutturato... Vicino casa c'è tutto quello che serve... Sono stato bene

Nikolas Airbnb bietet vom Balkon aus einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer (Mali plaza). Wir konnten ihn jederzeit gut erreichen und er hat uns sehr herzlich mit vielen Infos zur Stadt begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles notwendige für den Aufenthalt. Es gibt eine kleine Treppe die den Zugang zum Strand verkürzt.

We couldn't find street parking but Miranda was able to direct is to a parking lot. Very walkable to the restaurants. Miranda's Mother was wonderful with her help with the keys. Very large apartment was cozy. Great bed.

Rino's property was spacious and had everything we needed. It is located in the centre of Shkoder with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. Many of thr tour groups also have meeting points within 10 minutes walking distance of the property. Rino was also very communicative and helpful. We could not get the Euro finals on the TV and Rino came by to take us to a club where he arranged a table for us so we could watch it on a big screen. The property also has space to park 1 car, but you are not allowed to drive through the streets to get to the property between 9:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 24:00. If you do not make it back in time, there is a nearby parking lot which charged us 300 leke (~ €3) to park overnight. Overall, the property is a great place to stay in a great location. Rino is also an excellent host.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb in Ulcinj! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attending to our needs and making sure our experience was pleasant. But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed 2 nights, 2 travellers. Host allowed us to check in an hour early, which was helpful. Property looks rough from the outside but was very nice inside. Spacious, with lots of colour and personal touches, including lots of plants, which pleased us. Many windows and lots of fresh air, if desired. Stay was quiet, with no noise from neighbours and very little from the street. Location is excellent: near to bus drop-off, and very close to main pedestrian tourist area. Lots of neat shops and restaurants everywhere. Neighbour smoked in (open-air) stairwell, which was a pain when exiting. Layout of apartment is somewhat awkward, with kitchen divided into two parts separated by a wall and door; however, there is enough space to make it work. Suite was clean and well-stocked. Both the bed and the pull-out were comfortable (the bed more-so).

Teo was very helpful in arranging transportation to Theth and back. The place was large and very comfortable.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

Fantastyczne miejsce!! Komfortowo, wręcz luksusowo, chyba nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Nie mamy żadnych negatywnych uwag. Byliśmy poza sezonem - mieliśmy wrażenie dużego spokoju i idealnej ciszy. Przyjemny, nowy (jeszcze nawet niedokończony) apartamentowiec, w spacerowej odległości od Centrum Ulcinja. Bardzo czysto i świeżo w mieszkaniu. Nowe, wysokiej jakości sprzęty, świetne wyposażenie. Nawet klimatyzatory działają cicho. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżko, przyjemna pościel. Podróżowaliśmy z 3-letnią córeczką, która była również zachwycona (rozkładany fotel do spania przy dużym łóżku, 2 niskie stoliki, krzesełko, plastikowe kubeczki). Możliwość skorzystania z miejsca w zamykanym garażu. Telewizor ze wszelkimi netflixami ;-). Od początku do końca świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, który dawał jasne instrukcje i przydatne podpowiedzi. Z przyjemnością przyjechalibyśmy ponownie, polecamy każdemu!!

Wij verbleven met 4 personen in het appartement. Het contact met Bekim verliep goed. Het appartement is schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er een airco is die overdag wat verkoeling gaf. De slaapbank slaapt prima als je niet te groot ben. Het ligt aan het strand op het plek waar fijne strandbedden zijn die niet te dicht op elkaar staan. Ook het zwembad was voor onze kinderen erg leuk. Ondanks dat het aan de weg ligt is het in de avond niet onrustig. Door de rolluiken konden we goed slapen. Ik kan het appartement aanbevelen.
