The photos do not do this place justice 🙌🏻 It is absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. The view from the balcony is 10/10. Pool clean and quiet. The location is perfect - only about a 15 min walk right to all the restaurants and the old town. Also felt very safe at all times. Host was amazing as she sent recommendations for food, sight seeing as well as helpful shortcuts. Would stay here again 😊

Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for chilling. And the host welcoming, and helpful and made our stay even better

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Жилье чистое, светлое, вид из окна на море, тихо, есть парковка, интернет, бассейн, небольшая кухня, удобный матрас на кровати, полотенца в ванной. Из нюансов: до пляжа пешком далеко и это в гору с крутым подъёмом, до магазина тоже идти минут 10 - 15 в гору, на машине нет проблем доехать до пляжей и магазинов. Заранее подготовтесь оплатить туристический сбор, мы этот момент упустили при заселении и нам о нем не напомнили, хорошо что при выезде не возникло проблем.

Haben uns bei Sabina wie zuhause gefühlt . Sie war immer für einen da und hat hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Wir waren in der Nebensaison was wir sehr als Vorteil gesehen haben, keine Partymeile mehr , sehr zum Vorteil für Leute die es etwas ruhiger mögen , die Strände sind schön leer . PS : Vielen Dank nochmal für das kleine Abschiedsgeschenk . Sehr zu empfehlen . Gruß Jens

Zoran er en veldig hyggelig vært med rask responstid! Stedet ligger veldig sentralt med flott utsikt over gamlebyen og gangavstand (3 min) til stranden.

S ubytovaním sme boli nadmieru spokojní, všetko bolo čisté, zodpovedalo fotkám. Ocenili sme najmä druhú novú kúpeľňu, ktorá bola krásna a v prípade viacerých ľudí naozaj užitočná😁 Hostiteľ spolu s rodinou boli veľmi priateľskí a ochotní riešiť hocičo sme potrebovali. Odporúčame všetkými 10😊

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

Um apartamento aconchegante, com tudo o que um casal precisa. Poucos minutos de distância a pé da praia, opções de caminhada, por e nascer do sol. Lugar super tranquilo, com opções de mercado e restaurantes. A piscina muito agradável e com uma ótima vista para o mar. Tivemos uma excelente estadia e super agradeço o Zoran, por estar sempre disposto a nos ajudar a qualquer hora. Com certeza recomendamos : ) Muito obrigada Zoran!

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

We had a wonderful couple of nights at this beautiful home. The location and views were incredible and the family went out of their way to make it special and were very attentive. We visited in April and the pool was freezing cold, and not possible to swim in with children, but we had expected this due to the time of year. The accommodation was simple but effective and it was a great base for exploring the coastline.

Leuke plek dichtbij de zee, fijn gedeeld zwembad en goede communicatie met de host. Toen wij het niet konden vinden kwam ze ons zelfs ophalen. Aanrader!
