Nice host, very friendly and helpful. House and facilities in mint condition, everything as promised, clean and in place. What a relaxing place! Superb!

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Super expérience, le cadre de cette maison est magnifique et le calme est au rendez-vous ! Les propriétaires étaient disponibles et attentionné tout au long de nos vacances ! Un grand bravo pour à eux pour avoir construit ce joli nid de tranquillité au milieu de la nature et des animaux !

Vi havde et rigtigt dejligt ophold hos Barize. Hun er et hjertevarmt menneske og en dejlig vært. Udsigten fra terrassen var fortryllende. Dejlig morgenmad. Vi spiste skøn aftensmad på et par lokale restauranter, som vi gik til. (Sunset & Lembus) Vi badede ved ‘fuglekiggerhuset’ 2 min fra huset. De lokale er meget imødekommende. Husk at handle i den lille lokale butik, lige ved Barizes indkørsel. Tak for nogle gode dage.

Room with great river view. Definitely a 5star rating for host, very welcoming. We really liked their breakfast. We made a new cat friend as added bonus. Definitely recommended for a good summer stay.

Book your holiday with UNION! We have had a 10-day holiday at UNION and it has been absolutely fantastic. Ledi is the host on site and is outstanding with recommendations and very helpful. The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the basement that serves fresh salad from their own vegetable garden. The pool is perfect for both adults and children. We will definitely book our holiday in the same place next time we come to Albania.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort. Lage und Aussicht über die Umgebung waren wunderschön. Dank Klimaanlage und grandiosem Pool konnte man auch bei über 40 Grad Sommertage angenehm überstehen. Eindeutige Empfehlung!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, w domu bardzo czysto, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, wszystkie sprawy załatwiane od ręki, 10 minutowy spacer do plaży lub klifu, gdzie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Gospodarze przywitali nas lokalnymi owocami, przyjechali samochodem na lotnisko za dodatkową opłatą. Polecamy spróbować grillowanych ryb w wykonaniu przyjaciela Jamiego Olivera! Gorąco Polecamy!

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Posto je nama ovo vec drugi put da boravimo u ovm smjestaju to znaci da smo zadovoljni. Sve super kao i prosle godine. Tople preporuke za svakog ko zeli da se osjeca 'kao kod kuce' :)

Un loc foarte linistit, foarte curat. Camera are o terasa generoasa care include si o chicineta. Loc de parcare privat. Multe magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Cea mai apropiata plaja este la 5 minute de mers cu masina. Gazdele foarte amabile si dragute. Am primit cadou si un borcan cu dulceata de smochine pentru care le multumim inca o data foarte frumos. Raportul calitate pret este excelent.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour tout était top l’emplacement comme le logement. Ainsi que la communication avec l’Hote. Je recommande si vous êtes de passage à shkoder

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. (Grill, Weingläser etc.) Alles, was man braucht, um sich einen gemütlichen Abend zu machen. Die nächsten Häusern sind einige Meter entfernt, sodass man auch bis spät draußen sitzen und Kartenspielen oder sich unterhalten kann. ́Man hat von der Terasse aus auch Blick auf die Berge und man sieht den Sonnenaufgang. Auch gibt es nette Besucher, morgens kam der Esel des Dörfchen zu Besuch und abends haben sich die Nachbarskatzen zu uns gekuschelt. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr gastfreundlich MitarbeiterInnen (Achtung am besten Bargeld dabei haben) in Fußnähe. Aber für andere Aktivitäten (außer Wandern natürlich) sollte man ein Auto einplanen. Anett war immer gut erreichbar und dank ihrer Tipps und Wegbeschreibung, hatten wir keine Probleme bei An-oder Abreise. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüße P&L

Super accueil de Vera ainsi que de son mari. Adorables du début à la fin du séjour. Logement reculé de la route nationale ce qui est très appréciable. Si nous avons l’occasion de repasser dans le coin, nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation.

Die Unterkunft liegt neben einem anderen Ferienhaus wunderschön in einem Olivenhain mit Blick aufs Meer. Obwohl das Haus an einer Straße liegt ist es sehr ruhig und wir fühlten uns ungestört. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaubsalltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Arben war reibungslos, er war sofort erreichbar, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und absolut bemüht uns eine schöne Zeit zu ermöglichen und auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen.

Ogromnie polecam! Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży oraz centrum miasta. Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było dostępne w apartamencie. Bardzo piękny ogród z mnóstwem miejsca do zabawy, grilla. Na pewno wrócimy :)

We stayed a couple of nights at Dori's place and it was great ! Very nice house with garden, walking distance from the lovely city center of Shkoder. Our host and his parents were really nice and we felt very comfortable. We arrived with our motorcycle and it was possible to park it inside their garage, which is a big plus for us. Dori is a very nice and positive guy who can suggest the best places to see and visit. It's a very good value for money and we can only recommend it for any travelers !
