Beautiful location and apartment. My wife and I look forward to returning.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s place, easy communication, she was so friendly and helpful, and we would return if we make a holiday in Rome again 🤩❤️

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht, mitten auf dem Hügel von Olevano Romano. Andrea war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Achtung: Der „inkludierte“ Parkplatz, der uns gesagt wurde, ist nicht kostenlos und wir mussten eine Strafe zahlen. Ein paar Minuten Fußweg weiter gibt es zum Glück auch kostenlose Parkplätze.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Nossa hospedagem foi excelente. Lugar lindo e muito limpo. O Andrea foi muito gentil e no check in nos deu um mapa de Roma com muitas dicas do que fazer e onde ir. Simplesmente ótimo!

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Apartamento con mucho encanto, ubicado en barrio tranquilo, con muchos restaurantes y a poca distancia de todos los principales puntos de interés (+-15€/trayecto en Uber) . Muy espacioso para una familia de 7 personas, con una terraza maravillosa, muy aprovechable en los meses de buen tiempo y pantalla de cine en el salón, ideal para los más pequeños.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

We had a great stay in Rome. The house is centrally located to the Forum and close to some cool neighborhoods that we explored. Simone and Nico were great to work with and were responsive whenever we reached out. They even helped with our bags during check-in, which was great because there are a lot of stairs in the house. The stairs are worth it though for the outdoor patio with a view of the Forum.

Appartamento in una zona strategica di roma, con fermata bus vicino e stazione Piramide a 15 Min a piedi zona testaccio molto bella! l'appartamento è come descritto e ha tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno, all'interno di un condominio molto molto tranquillo! Jochen e sue figlia sono stati molto disponibili e super carini, consigliatissimo 🌞

If you’re visiting Roma, this is where you want to stay! The hosts were responsive, thoughtful, so kind! My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday and arranged for flowers, chocolate and wine to be waiting for me when we arrived. They provided the absolute best restaurant recommendations. You are in the heart of everything! We walked everywhere. From the roof top terrace, you can see the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, and so much more! Beautiful sunsets! The space is perfection with everything you could possibly need, and then some. Very big space! The place is decorated so nicely, with thoughtful accents. We felt safe the entire time and I would recommend even to a solo traveler. If I could give 100 stars, I would! We will be back again and again, hopefully 🙏🏼

Our trip to Rome wouldn't have been as unforgettable as it was if it wasn't for Marina and her lovely apartment. Not only it is cozy and well equipped (as in the pictures), but it also has a charming deck where breakfast could last forever. The location is ideal: close to the San Pietro's train station, where buses run really often and connect the area to all the main attractions of the city, and a 15-minute walk away from the Vatican City. Despite there being several apartment buildings in the area, the neighborhood is surprisingly serene. Marina was extremely helpful from the beginning, and she was always available. Some days prior to our arrival, she provided us key information about the neighborhood (supermarkets, drugstores, etc.) and the public transport. The check-in process was simple (Marina walked us through it with pictures), and for people coming from Fiumicino airport, the apartment is really easy to get to (San Pietro's station is, as mentioned, close by).

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l’appartement de Nataliya. Il est très bien situé, au calme. Nous avons pu faire la majeure partie de nos visites à pieds. La décoration et les petites attentions dans l’appartement sont très agréables (tarte faite maison, limoncello…). Il ne manquait rien j’étais avec 3 jeunes adolescents et chacun avait sa place.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité des monuments à visiter et des commerces. Tout peut se faire à pied sans difficulté. Le quartier est très vivant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement typique de Rome, spacieux et décoré avec style.
