We had a great experience in staying at Andrea and Alessia’s place, I truly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Rome. It’s a small but very cozy apartment, very close to thw center of Rome (walkable to every tourist attraction) and in great distance to a number of good restaurants. The instructions provided by Alessia were excellent and clear and we had the easiest check in you would want by arrival to the place! The apartment was spotless clean and on top of it, we were welcomed by wine and snacks in the kitchen, which was a very unexpected but pleasant surprise! Apartment offers anything you would need during the trip (coffee machine with a bowl of coffee pods available from the hosts, blow dryer, towels, etc.) Furthermore, Alessia has given us a list of suggestions for places to eat, which was extremely kind and helpful! Thank you for hosting and highly recommended!

Tout a été parfait, appartement plein de poésie et de sens de l'accueil. Esthétique, bon placement vis à vis du métro, des bus et des taxis, confort, astuce, facilité de vie... Que demandez d'autre ?

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this apartment, and we highly recommend it. We stayed for one month, and the apartment had everything we needed. The positive points we noticed are as follows: Central location, easily accessible by public transportation. Just two blocks away from the metro (with an elevator). Conveniences nearby: Supermarket, pizzeria, clothing stores, and more right downstairs. Heating: The apartment was always warm. Spacious apartment: Perfect for a family of four or even larger families. Elevator: Very important for us since we had a baby stroller. However, it was unfortunately out of order for 3 out of the 28 days we stayed. Very friendly host: Always quick to respond and assist us with anything we needed. Large balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you again for this amazing stay! If we return to Rome, this will definitely be our first choice.

Giovani communique par la plateforme avec facilité et courtoisie, les explications sont claires, le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il anticipe les questions que l'on peut se poser et est très discret malgré la proximité de son logement, celle-ci est rassurante au cas où un problème se présenterait.

The place is clean, small, but well designed. As everyone mentioned before - great metro location. Giannicola is a perfect host, very responsive and friendly. Everything was great.

Sylvia est très agréable et accueillante. Elle a été d’Une extrême patience car nous avions mal appréhender le temps de trajet depuis l’aéroport. L’appartement est très agréable, joliment rénové. Il ne manque rien, des gels douches , shampooing, cotons … sont à disposition. C’est parfait quand on voyage léger. Les couchage sont confortables. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Les bémols : la situation est loin du centre de Rome mais bien desservie (métro à 5 minutes à pied) L’insonorisation de l’immeuble

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

This apartment was quiet and in a great vibrant location. There was 24-hour supermarket nearby and walking distance from Roma Termini station. The restaurants nearby made us feel part of the local community. The neighborhood has a younger feel, but we never felt unsafe during the evenings. Public transport links (trams and buses) are close and you can access almost everywhere from Roma Termini. We would stay here again when we come back to Rome!

Alessandro è stato gentilissimo sempre disponibile per ogni cosa,ci ha suggerito un posto fantastico per le mie cagnoline e siamo stati benissimo 😊

Sono arrivato secondo la mia comodità e sebbene Alice non abbia immediatamente risposto al telefono (mi ha richiamato dopo 5 minuti), ho bussato al citofono ed è venuta ad aprirmi la sorella. Questa l'unica "pecca" del soggiorno. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione, c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti di auto, è tranquilla ed ha tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All'arrivo ho trovato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca in frigo (ne avevo proprio bisogno).

Estoy segura que volveré. La anfitriona nos ayudo con indicaciones para llegar a los sitios turísticos. Fue muy amable y atenta.

너무나 멋진 숙소 최고의 뷰.. 친절한 주인아저씨 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다 살면서 이렇게 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는집에서 잘수 있을까.. 그거 하나만으로도 충분히 멋진곳 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 났어요 단점을 굳이 찾자면 숙소 찾기가 살짝 복잡했어요 좁고 높은곳에 있음 그치만 너무 친절하게 설명해줘서 그리 어렵지 않게 도착했습니다 구글 지도보다는 거리에 있는 이정표를 잘보고 가면 어렵지 않습니다 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단때문에 조금 힘들수도 있습니다 조금 큰차로 갔고 주차 하기 위해서는 좁은 터널로 진입해야되는데 거기서 차를 긁을수 있어서 조심해야됩니다 주차 공간은 꽤 많았는데 주차되어있는 차가 많아서 조금 밑으로 내려가야될수 있음 그리고 온수의 수압이 약해서 개운하게 샤워하긴 힘들어요 여름에 갔다면 상관 없었을텐데 살짝 쌀쌀했던 날씨라 찬물로 씻기 힘들었어요 전 그 사실을 리뷰로 통해 이미 알고 갔기에 괜찮았어요 하지만 꾸미는거 좋아하는 여성분은 힘들 수도 있어요 전 멋진 집에서 자보는 경험이 더 중요했기에 상관 없었습니다 벽난로도 있어서 남편이 아주 좋아했어요 신나게 불떼고 놀았어요 특별한 경험을 하고싶다면 적극 추천 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

Our stay at Cristiana’s place in Rome was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to public transportation. The apartment itself was lovely—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was amazing and incredibly responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in over 100 Airbnbs and I think Massimiliano and his father are the best hosts we have ever met. They made us feel like family as soon as we met them. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a secure place to park our car. The bus stop and train station were easy to reach and it was about a 30 minute ride to get into Rome. The home was just as described and had all the room we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope we can come back some day.

Staying near Termini Station makes complete sense, no matter how long you intend to stay. All the main attractions are within a sensible walking distance. This apartment is owned and managed by a private Roman person and is stylish and thoughtfully designed. If you're loud and looking for a hotub, this isn't the place for you. We loved it.

What a wonderful place to stay in Rome! The accommodations were comfortable and perfectly matched the description. Carlo's son met us and helped us bring luggage up the stairs on our arrival. The welcome basket of food items was also very thoughtful. The restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The area is very walkable and we were able to easily get to all sites in Rome. We can't say enough good things... we'd love to stay at Carlo's place again the next time we are in Rome.

We cannot thank Carmen enough for her hospitality during our stay. Carmen was helpful, kind, caring, accomodating and made us feel right at home. We arrived in the evening with LOTS of luggage and a 9 month old baby and Carmen helped us take all our luggage up the room and settle in so quickly. She had put so much effort in for our little one and having amenities such as extra toys and a high chair made life so much easier. Carmen was so attentive and we cannot thank her enough for being our host! For anyone visiting with a pram- just an FYI that the lift to the room is quite tight so you just need to be prepared to collapse the pram/stroller each time. No issue for us just a heads up as the room is on the 4th floor. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much Carmen- you’re awesome! X

Super logement. Correspond tout à fait à la description. La proximité des transports en communs et de nombreux restaurants est appréciable après une journée à marcher en ville. Cristina est vraiment accueillante et très gentille.

Das Penthouse in Fiumicino war wirklich toll! Die Aussicht war wunderschön, die Heizung hat super funktioniert – perfekt für kühlere Tage. Besonders genossen haben wir den riesigen privaten Balkon. Naoki hat außerdem eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft gezeigt – wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt!

My stay at Roberto's place was wonderful! Apartment is exactly like it is in the pictures and even better. Apartment is created as a very beautiful, cozy, peaceful, convenient, inspired place. The mattress is absolutely comfortable and the place is extremely quiet, no noise at all, which is so important to get the ultimate rest. The place is walkable to many attractions, also very close to the metro station and the train station. Plus it is just in a block from the stop of the bus from and to the airport. Check-in and check-out are easy, with no issues. Roberto is a great host, he was always helpful with any questions. Highly recommend this graceful apartment for tourists who are staying in Rome!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Es gab alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wenn man in Krümeln sucht, könnte man bemängeln, dass ein Geschirrtuch gefehlt hat, aber dafür gibt es Küchenrolle. Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Eine Haltestelle ist quasi direkt um die Ecke, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen sind, teilweise direkt, teilweise mit Umsteigen. Zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Weg vom Flughafen zum Appartement ist auch sehr simpel. Wer eine Wohnung mitten im Geschehen sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer sich aber darüber freut, nach einem Tag umgeben von Trubel und Menschenmassen einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu haben, ist hier genau richtig. Alle unsere Fragen wurden stets schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen, um Rom zu erkunden. Danke für den netten Kontakt und die super Unterstützung bei Fragen.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.
