We loved the villa; like-new-type-clean and exactly the right size for a cozy vacation for two on Provo. A comfortable bed, waterfall shower that somehow turns on to exactly the right temperature, and the plunge pool was just wonderful. The location is good, super easy to get just about anywhere you've read about. Try Chinson's Jamaican BBQ which is right on the corner; their jerk chicken and pork are divine. You'll need to rent a car and note that, because it's a British territory, you'll be driving on the opposite side of the road from the U.S. and the steering wheel of your rental is on the right as well. The roundabouts may seem a bit chaotic at first, but you'll get used to it quickly. Visit Chalk Sound, it is a wonder of milky, glowing turquoise water. Snorkeling is a lot of fun, even for a beginner off the beach at The Bight or Smith's Reef. Jeffrey's place is so nice to come back to after a day the beach. We hope to rent the big Villa with friends on our next trip to TCI.

We had an amazing stay at BeachHaus! The villa was spotless upon arrival, with spacious rooms that were perfect for our family of five. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the quick walk down to the beautiful beach—just a few minutes, and we were on the soft sand, enjoying the stunning water. We also loved spending time on the deck, taking in the incredible ocean views. The gorgeous pool was another great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was great, close to everything we needed while still feeling like a private getaway. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

The pictures don’t do this place any justice this was the perfect for my 6 day stay I love that there 2 full bathrooms which was perfect for the 3 of us . Also this location legit was in the center of the island everything was less than 15 minutes to drive to. Made our Turks trip just that more superb. We had 2 families at Erin’s place for the week. 4 adults and 4 kids (11-13year olds). The place accommodated everyone super comfortably. The location was incredible! Walking distance to beach, shops, grocery, restaurants etc.. I feel the need to mention that we all felt safe the whole time, even walking at night. We rented a car and explored other beaches around the island with short day trips, but the Grace Bay beach (probably 5-10 min walk) was awesome. The kitchen amenities were perfect as we cooked a lot. Grill was clean and worked great too. The huge outdoor screen porch was a favorite for hanging in the morning and night time too. If you are thinking about Erin’s place, DO IT! Fantastic vacation all around!

Candice was an excellent host, quickly responding to any questions and keeping us updated with information. The house, Vista Blue Retal, was much larger than expected and easily accommodated four of us. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The location in Leeward Palms is a quiet residential area. Five-minute drive to the most beautiful beach on the island. Simple drive to Grace Bay area for food, fish fry, beach, casino, and shopping. Excursions to all other parts of the island were fun with this house as a base. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us Candice!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

We really enjoyed our stay! Having access to the golf cart was a huge plus given the property is not on the beach. We would take the golf cart to The Shore Club nearby for lunch and there is also a public beach access down the street we could get to via golf cart. Overall the place was nice and what we expected. Lots of beds for sleeping and they were quite comfy! Living room/kitchen was spacious and made for comfy movie nights. We would have loved to have more detailed instructions proactively on how to operate the golf cart (it was wonky at times) and how to enter the property with the gate clicker given there was an issue with the gate entry keypad during our stay. However, host was quick and responsive when we reached out with questions.
