Sehr schöne Wohnung mit spektakulärem Ausblick und besonders schöner Terrasse. Die Küchenausstattung ist für jmd., der gerne kocht und in der Ferienwohnung isst, minimalistisch, aber Anregungen für Ergänzungen sind willkommen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung bietet einen wundervollen Garten und Ausblick. Die Lage ist super. Man kommt direkt über einen Tunnel an den See und erreicht alles, was man braucht, fußläufig und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend eingerichtet, könnte nur vielleicht noch etwas Liebe mit Gardinen oder Bilden vertragen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Grundausstattung. Wer vorhat, viel selbst zu kochen, sollte alles nötihe selbst mitbringen. Marco und Giorgia waren tolle Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein. für 2 Personen mit Hund gab es alles was man so braucht. Es war sauber und toll gelegen. Für einen Kurztrip einfach nur zu empfehlen.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, fedele alle foto caricate sul sito. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, Dany mette a disposizione un lettino da campeggio e un seggiolone, entrambi in buono stato, per cui non è necessario portarli. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e anche il centro di Chioggia è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezzora. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata facile e puntuale.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nel campeggio, il bungalow è grazioso ed è immerso in un angolo di verde tranquillo e confortevole, la gentilezza e la cordialità offerta da Simone ha fatto la differenza. Se cercate un posto tranquillo, questo è l’ambiente giusto. Inoltre la struttura è a pochi passi dalla fermata da cui si può raggiungere comodamente l’imbarco per Venezia.

Dario host molto disponibile, ha sempre risposto velocemente alle mie richieste. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e vicinissima al centro di Bibione. Bagno appena rimodernato. Posto auto disponibile. Casa che mi sento di consigliare a tutti. Peccato per la città...Bibione d'inverno è desolata...vie piene di negozi e ristoranti...quasi tutti chiusi...meglio venirci d'estate!

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

ottimo alloggio, pulito e molto ben organizzato. La cucina è molto accessoriata, in bagno è presente il phon e in salotto ci sono alcuni giochi in scatola e una cucinetta per bimbi: apprezzati dai figli e dai genitori per passare una vacanza in serenità! Bello spazio esterno con tavolo e anche doccia per togliere la sabbia. La zona è tranquilla, c'è una spiaggia libera raggiungibile a piedi. Elisa è stata una host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino di benvenuto 💞 Alloggio super consigliato anche per famiglie!

Mauro was a friendly, professional and attentive host. While the building itself is older and is going through gradual repairs, it was very secure and well-located, and the apartment unit itself was modern and had everything we needed for our active yet relaxing weekend stay. We walked a LOT and loved being able to see so much of the natural scenery, historic landmarks and beautiful architecture of the market and residential areas. Of course, Mauro gave us several recommendations and we ate very well! We'd definitely return!

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Wir haben die Wohnung als 4-köpfige Familie bezogen, ein Kind 13, das andere 11. Beide Kinder haben auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen, welches für beide ein wenig klein war. Von der Beschreibung her sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung direkt am Strand mit Meerblick handelt. Die Wohnung, befand sich seitlich im EG im Objekt, so dass kein Meerblick möglich war. Die Wohnung hat eine den ganzen Tag im Schatten gelegene Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt trotzdem sehr zentral und geparkt werden kann in einer modernen und super sauberen Tiefgarage. Alles war vorhanden. Eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber viele gute Cafés waren in der Nähe. Wir konnten sogar noch in einem wirklich schönen und sauberen Pool springen, dieser befindet sich direkt am Strand und ist im Sommer sicherlich ein Highlight.

Mooi appartement met uitzicht over de stad en het strand. Makkelijk te bereiken met een auto en eigen parkeerplaats. Hoofdstraat en strand op korte loopafstand. Twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en heerlijk terras.

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Daniele jsme osobně nepotkali, nicméně velmi rychle reagoval na zprávy. Byt byl příjemný, hned u moře, bezproblémové parkování.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. Tolle Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und ist für alle Fälle immer gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at Giuseppe’s place. The condo is right on the lake and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Photos do not do it justice. There are several restaurants within walking distance and lots to see and do. Giuseppe was very accommodating and was great with communication. He even provided a list of recommendations in Venice as that’s where we were headed next. Would definitely stay here again - amazing time.

L’appartamento era come descritto, tutto molto pulito, terrazza enorme. L’attenzione per i bambini è tanta, offrono un sacco di comfort molto utili e l’idea di far trovare dei giochi puliti e disinfettati è bellissima, la nostra bimba è stata entusiasta. Il mare è davvero a due passi, non c’è nemmeno la strada da attraversare. Lettini e ombrellone in spiaggia e piscina molto bella. Davvero super consigliato, soprattutto se avete dei bambini!

Alloggio adeguato e host disponibile. Consiglio un telo di copertura per l’auto in quanto il parcheggio è situato in pineta e la presenza di numerosi volatili crea disagio. Consigliato
