L’appartamento all’ultimo piano (mansarda) davvero carino, con zona lavanderia nella porta accanto (servizio in comune) e zona caldaia che permette di avere un bucato pronto in una notte! Panorama bellissimo, e un giardino grandissimo attrezzato con reti per pallavolo, volano e tavolo da pin-pong per giocare insieme. In paese ci sono negozi e servizi comodi. E se serve in pochi minuti si raggiunge il paese di Cles. L’appartamento è ben servito di tutti i confort, se manca qualcosa basta chiedere al Sig. Camillo ( ho chiesto un tostapane) e disponibilissimo procura ciò che serve. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene anche con i bambini per i quali non sono mancate zone attrezzate per il loro divertimento. L’appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e il Sig. È una persona squisita e premurosa nei confronti dei suoi ospiti! Arrivederci.

We had a great weekend in Riva del Garda. The apartment was nice and got everything you need for the start / a couple of days. For example dishwasher tabs, detergents, spices and oil. Only one note: the stairs to the upper floor are very steep, but well secured with a handle. Perhaps not so easy for people with walking difficulties. Our son (7) had no problems, yet. Communication with Paolo/Lisa was nice and friendly. We would book it again.

Posizione perfetta, luogo incantevole. Il Top per per soggiornare a Padova e per visitarla. Tranquillissimo e perfetto per riposare. Check in molto semplice e gentilezza assoluta della proprietaria nonostante la mia imbrataggine! Alloggio super raccomandato!

Great place, clean. Host is very helpful and responsive to messages. We had a sky vacation and it was a little far (to walk with ski boots) from the ski area towards Selva and the bus station. It is close for the slopes across the valley, we didn't go there.

It was just great. If you fancy spending your holidays with a great view in a cozy and spotless apartment - this is it. We were 4 and all of us really enjoyed it. There is a bus stop close by that regularly runs to the city (perfect for skiers and those who just want to wander). The communication was great, check in and check out worry free. Even the ski shop delivers and picks up skis from this place free of charge. We will be coming back.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll und hat alles was man braucht. Alles noch quasi neu, super viel Stauraum in jedem Zimmer und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Anita gibt jederzeit super Tipps und reagiert super schnell. Es ist wirklich alles super und wir können die Wohnung wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Lovely, beautiful accommodation , clean and cozy. Everything you need and even more 👍 The views from the windows are incredible . Beautiful and tastefully furnished accommodation . The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. The hosts responded to messages very quickly , provided a lot of useful information , were responsive and interested in solving problems. Above all praise ❤️ I didn't want to leave) I want to come back when the gardens are in bloom)

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Lovely modern, clean and spacious apartment. Beautiful location. Had everything we needed except easy access to laundry facilities. As a family this was important and you need to make an appointment to use the locked laundry. It is €10 per load of washing or you can have a pick up/drop off option, however the laundry bags provided are tiny and cost €10 per bag. We would of booked elsewhere if we had known prior. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren für 10 Tage bei Elena und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr groß, für uns fast zu groß. Der große Balkon bot Möglichkeiten zum dort frühstücken und abends im Liegestuhl zu entspannen. Das im Garten wachsende Gemüse konnte geerntet werden und war super lecker. Bei Bedarf war der Kontakt sehr einfach, auch der Kontakt mit Ihren Eltern war ganz einfach und super. Alles in allem war es dort super gut. Danke an Elena, das wir dort wohnen durften.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Michaela begrüßt und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Michaela und ihr Mann haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben diesen ehemaligen Stall zu renovieren. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an den Gardasee oder nach Verona

Amazing Appartement with the cleaning and gardening services of a hotel but the privacy of an own apartment. Stunning view outside and great pool to refresh after sportive exercises and activities. The game changer in Bardolino is the reserved parking lot in the centre. Our host was very responsive. Thanks a lot for your hospitality!

La casa di Ornella ad Avelengo è fantastica, un condominio di nuovissima costruzione e attrezzato con qualsiasi cosa un ospite abbia bisogno dal parcheggio coperto, alle stoviglie e qualsiasi oggetto che rende più piacevole la permanenza. Abbiamo trovato una piccola gemma in montagna insieme ad Ornella un host migliore non si può desiderare visto che ci ha fornito informazioni e indicazioni utili sia su Merano che su avelengo e le attività che sono possibili eseguire in zona e come arrivarci. L’unico dispiacere è essere rimasti troppo poco un ambiante così tranquillo e rilassante. P.s. mi manca già

Tolle neue Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber! Die 3 Wohnungen sind noch sehr neu, die Anlage und Pool sind toll. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter und die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, aber man kann zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen. Lucia und Familie waren außergewöhnlich nett, aber dennoch sehr diskret. Wir waren mit unserer 1,5 Jahre alten Tochter dort, Babybett etc. wurde perfekt bereitgestellt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Zeer fraai appartement in een zeer fraai en modern complex. Dichtbij pretparken, maar ook bij de leuke stadjes van het meer en steden als Verona. Zwembad heerlijk, alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Federico is bovendien een ontzettend vriendelijke en goede host! Genoten van ons verblijf hier!

ottima accoglienza, puntualità, comunicazioni chiare e veloci, l'appartamento è molto grande e pulitissimo. il riscaldamento a pellet risulta un po rumoroso e la notte potrebbe essere necessario spegnerlo se si ha il sonno leggero. Giorgio è stato davvero gentile e accogliente, fornendo un sacchetto di pellet e permettendomi il late check-out. consigliatissimo.

The home is fully renovated and very well presented. The views of the mountains ranges from all the windows are spectacular. There is a lake and a river within walking distance. Food shops are within around 5 mins drive. There was a power failure due to use of multiple electrical appliances. This was fixed quickly. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you
