Venezia Spiaggia Blue Moon : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Ho trascorso in questo residence un fine settimana con la mia la famiglia da venerdì a Domenica ma merita un soggiorno più lungo. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare Marco per l'accoglienza, per sua massima disponibilità e gentilezza. Il luogo è fantastico e accogliente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e tranquillo con varie possibilità di svago. Ottima posizione per raggiungere Venezia e vicino autostrada per raggiungere altre località. Se devo racchiudere tutto in una parola direi eccellente e super consigliato.

Een hele mooie locatie met zeer veel voorzieningen voor een goed verblijf. Er is in deze locatie genoeg ruimte om spllen neer te zetten. De huiskamer en keuken zijn in één ruimte. Er is een aparte douche met toilet. Op de tweede verdieping is een ruime slaapkamer met en zitbank en TV. De omgeving vond ik geweldig. Een zeer rustige en leuke omgeving maakte deze korte uitstap tot een mooie herinnering.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 2 days in Vania's apartment. It has everything we needed, and our 3-year-old loved the garden. Easy to get in using key locker. The canal was right outside the door, and seeing Murano empty in the morning was amazing. Highly recommended! As others mentioned, entrance to the apartment is through the bedroom, but for us it wasn't a problem.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Nous sommes restés un week-end dans ce logement très agréable et bien situé . Idéal pour une famille , je recommande à 100%.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Rita was proactive in communication with us and always responsive in a timely fashion. The apartment has a very large terrace overlooking 2 canals. In good weather it is such an inviting spot to share a drink and watch the neighborhood action. We could not have selected a better place to stay in Venice during Carnivale. The apartment was 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, but it was just far enough away from the crush of revelers celebrating Carnivale. The apartment is steps away from Fondamenta de la Osmarin, Campo San Provolo, Campo San Zaccaria, and just minutes from Campo San Filippo e San Giacomo, all of which are loaded with cafes and restaurants.

Loved our stay!!! A little slice of heaven in venice. Very walkable to everything, about 5 minutes from the water bus drop off, and great neighborhood with lots of places to eat and drink. We hope to come back soon!!

Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay on a trip to Venice! Dimitri & Valentina were always quick with their responses during our booking, and also always on hand to provide any recommendations we asked for. Great location & super clean apartment, the balcony as an added bonus was amazing!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse, sehr gut gelegen, tolles Viertel und sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberinnen!

Wir wurden an der Bootsanlegestelle abgeholt und zur Ferienwohnung gebracht, wo ein Checkin und die Bezahlung der Kurtaxe erfolgte. Wir haben schon einmal in Costello übernachtet und mögen daher die Gegend, da sie etwas ruhiger ist und man auch schnell zum Bienale Gelände gelangt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, schön der Blick in den Garten und gemütlich die kleine Küche, in der wir auch Alles zum Kochen vorfanden. Wir würden wieder herkommen.

perfect couple of days tucked away at Francescas apartment. she is so responsive and helpful. great views from the terrace were especially special seeing the NYE fireworks. highly recommend.

This was a great stay, all thanks to Laura- we came to Venice to run the marathon, only to find that we absolutely had to pick up the race packs the day before our flight arrived. Laura went over to Mestre in her spare time and collected our packs and had them waiting for us at the property- without her excellent support, we would not have been able to run. This was indicative of the care and attention we recieved throughout our stay. Grazie mille, Laura!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Beautiful spot in the Rialto area of Venice. 10 mins walk to San Marco Square and most attractions. Plenty of restaurants right outside the apartment. Very centrally located. Apartment looked just as advertised and the view from the terrace was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The apartment is beautiful - full of antiques and stylishly furnished with a rainfall shower and brand new kitchen with everything you need. We had breakfast on the small terrace and sundowners on the huge roof terrace with stunning views of the city. We have been coming to Venice for 18 years and this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It’s our second time here and we will be back again later in the year!

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
