L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Nuovissimo, pulito, silenzioso….. insomma non mancava proprio niente. Lo consiglio vivamente

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

We had an amazing stay in the apartment. The area is perfect with a little child (ours turned one during our stay), directly at the beach, very nice and clean pool area and the apartment has everything needed. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. We would love to come back someday. Antonio was very friendly and the communication was fast and easy.

This was a great spot for visiting Venice. Easy to access the bus to get there. Nice place. Comfortable and quiet. Mattia was great and very responsive.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Paola è una host perfetta e super disponibile. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e la casa era confortevole e pulita. Avevamo paura di aver freddo e invece la casa, nonostante sia grande, è ben regolata e calda. Tutte le stanze erano pulite e avevamo tutto il necessario per una permanenza confortevole. Torneremo sicuramente se ci troveremo in queste zone di nuovo.

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Thank you Magdalena for the wonderful accommodation. The house was so peaceful and lovely with such nice neighbors. It was like being at home away from home. From the house you can easily walk to the nearby supermarket, multiple restaurants, bakeries, etc. Which Magdalena was nice enough to provide very detailed maps and information for. My dog also loved having the freedom to run around the in the garden and meet the neighbors dogs on both sides. Over all a very lovely experience.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

I stayed here for a couple of days during my short visit to Venice, and it was perfect! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and fully automated. Roberto and Mattia provided clear instructions, making everything effortless. The apartment has everything you need and is surrounded by plenty of pizzerias a pharmacy, and a supermarket within few metres apart, Getting to Venice piazzale roma, is incredibly easy, with a tram stop right in front of the building. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice, great location and fantastic, responsive hosts!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the apartment. Barbara and Lillo were very nice hosts who we felt we could turn to if we needed. The apartment was bright and very nice. All amenities are available. We really recommend Barbara and Lillo's apartment.
