Venise : locations de vacances avec lit PMR

La casa è stata accogliente, bellissima, confortevole e molto vintage, abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno. L’appartamento pulito e ordinato, consiglio vivamente l’alloggio. Patrizia è stata molto gentile e super disponibile, amichevole ❤️

Arrigo ist ein Super Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung begrüßt und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem reinen Wohngebiet und trotzdem ist das Zentrum zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (Bahnhof 15 Min, Rialto Brücke 15-20 Min. Die Kirchenglocken waren nur morgens um 8.30 kurz zu hören, sonst absolute Stille den ganzen Tag und in der Nacht. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Super Wohnung, die ihren Preis wert ist.

We had a great stay at Paola’s. Everything in the apartment was just as expected, like the photos and very clean. Location was also perfect. Our only slight negative was that Paola was unavailable during our stay, so had someone else meet us and he was great. However, he did offer to book us a private water taxi back to the airport which we kindly requested he got a quote for us to book. He said he would come back with a response and never did (we did further message and call). If we had relied on this response, I’m not sure we’d have made it to the airport in time. Not a reflection on Paola or the apartment as everything was perfect, but just that other guests may wish to be aware of. Paola however was great at communicating prior to our stay.

Nadja è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. La host ha dovuto affrontare un'emergenza causa malfunzionamento del boiler di Sabato mattina e nel pomeriggio è riuscita a risolvere tutto! Appartamento meraviglioso e molto accogliente, cura in ogni dettaglio e pulizia impeccabile. Consigliatissima su ogni fronte, grazie Nadja di tutto ❤️

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

It’s very easy to reach Ursula. She is very responsive and prompt in answering any question. She even recommended useful tips and suggestions that made our stay worthwhile. The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. The description of the property on the website is close to our expectation. We are satisfied customers.

My stay at this Venice apartment was truly unforgettable! The location, directly on the canal, was absolutely enchanting and made for a magical experience. Situated in the heart of the city, it offered the perfect balance of convenience and charm. The host was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was seamless throughout my stay. This was undoubtedly one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Venice!

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We loved our stay with Isabella. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes. its alsona great location to take a bus or train in to venice. Isabella made us feel comfortable and welcomed. would totally come back or recommend to a friend

Daniel è un host fantastico! È stato molto disponibile sulle nostre esigenze di orario per il check-in e ci ha consigliato location e soluzioni comode per gli spostamenti a Venezia. La sua accoglienza è stata impeccabile. La stanza e il bagno erano super puliti e spaziosi. Consiglio assolutamente quest'alloggio e se dovessi tornare a Venezia, tornerò sicuramente da Daniel.

Staying at Paola’s place is something that I highly recommend. She is very communicative and nice ☺️, gave us many recommendations and tips for the public transport. The room was exactly like the pictures, as well as the bathroom. We had an amazing time in Lido and we are planing to come back to her place again!

A nossa experiência não poderia ter sido melhor. Desde os detalhes até as questões maiores tudo foi excelente, o nosso host teve o capricho de deixar até mesmo mimos na geladeira!, tinha sucos ,leite 4 garrafinhas de águas ,integral e desnatado , manteiga, geleias , 4 cápsulas de café , além disso tinha pães de brioche , 2 pacotes de macarrões para uma refeição rápida , isso foi tão , pois chegamos cansados e tarde já . As camas confortáveis e espaçosas, ambiente bom e limpo. Boa localização, pois logo do lado tem um ponto de ônibus e vários cafezinhos, também as terças feiras tem uma feira local muito bacana! Além disso, o host muito querido e simpático nos recebeu muito bem e explicou tudo para nós! Recomendo muito.

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar. Das Apartment ist direkt neben den Giardini gelegen, eine Vaporetto Station ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist außerdem die Via Garibaldi, wo man viele Bars, Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch Supermärkte finden kann. Cristina war besonders freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell und hilfreich auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Sehr zu empfehlen! 👍👍👍👍

Daniels place in Mestre was very good for our visit to Venice. It was easy to find and in a good area to get around. The room was spacious and clean and there was a kitchen for the guests. We also had the use of a washer/dryer that was very fast and much appreciated. Daniel had lots of information and tips about Venice and was most helpful with our bus and train questions. I would recommend and go back again.

L’appartamento è nel cuore del sestiere di San Marco. Tutte le maggiori attrazioni sono a 5 minuti a piedi. Il supermercato è dietro l’angolo. La casa ha tutto quello che serve ed è comoda al primo piano. Affacciandoti al balconcino vivi il passeggio di una strada piena di negozi autentici. Alessandro è un buon host!

The house had everything what we need. So clean, well decorated , comfortable.. Enzo is so nice,helpful and kind, everytime we need helps us. We spend a wonderful time in Venezia . I hope we’ll come again , thanks for everything

Alex is a truly wonderful host. I stayed in her apartment in Mestre for three months while working at the university in Venice and she was friendly, welcoming, and kind. The apartment is lovely and cozy; perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a super market. To get into Venice, you only need to take the tram 1 which comes every 20 minutes or so and after having stayed in Venice proper multiple times, I found I preferred the quiet and getting away from the crowds. I cannot recommend Alex's place enough and I will be staying with her again when I return for work.

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equiped, clean, the beds were super comfy. We were a couple minutes from the vaporetto, and close to many options for restaurants and market.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

absolutely perfect for a stay in Venice. Easy to get to from airport. bus costs 10 euros but a taxi is 40euros and so, with 4 of us, a taxi made sense. Brilliant communication especially as our flight time changed and so we were arriving after check in time. Gaspare met us at the apartment. Lovely spacious accomodation. 2mins to bus into Venice and a large supermarket opposite. Gaspare could not be friendlier and was also able to sort an issue where my son had left a headphone in the apartment after checkout. Highly recommended.

Maria was the most gracious and helpful host we've ever had at an ABnB. Water's Door was beyond expectations. It's a short walk to everything. The apartment is beautiful and had all the accommodations you could need. The location is amazing, it's right on a canal so you experience the heartbeat of what makes this city so special. Absolutely loved this home! It was so special and thoughtfully decorated. Cristina and Frederico were also incredibly kind and welcoming - truly the best hosts that I have ever experienced using Airbnb. Cristina personally met us up on our arrival, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and even had a map to show us were to go on the island. There were also so many personal touches throughout the home. It is clearly loved and they are so happy to share it with guests. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our time in Venice but I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. It was very conveniently located near the Pizzale Roma train station and was within walking to so many wonderful things! Cristina was also very responsive with any questions and provided us with so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful home! The pictures don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed!
