Venise : locations de vacances dans des lofts

A beautiful and very unique apartment in a fantastic spot! Just 10 minutes from the main section of Venice and 3 minutes from the water taxi drop-off, which was a huge bonus. The hosts were very responsive, and everything was seamless. Highly recommend!

Appartement conforme à la description, bien placé, calme et très bien isolé. Plus vaste que sur les photos. Veronica était très professionnelle et très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Super appartement agréable et idéalement placé dans un quartier calme et proche de la gare. Cuisine très bien équipée. L'hôte est très disponible, arrangeante et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement !

Une hôte très chaleureuse et accueillante. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en couple, avec une petite supérette et un arrêt de bus à quelques pas. À 10 minute en bus du débarcadère, aller à Venise est très simple.

Das Flat hat eine eine großartige Lage in ruhiger Umgebung direkt neben der Biennale (2 Minuten). Es ist ein schönes kleines italienisches Appartment. Die Kücheneinrichtung wie Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Spüle sind nagelneu. Es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Was wir bemängelt haben wurde schnell behoben. Es gibt ein paar Mücken. Wir sind allergisch auf die künstlichen Mosquitopades und waren froh ein Moskitonetz für übers Bett dabei zu haben. Es war grösser als all meine früheren Hotelzimmer in Venedig. Zu unserer Jahreszeit war es schwierig Wäsche im Flat zu trocknen, da die Luft insgesamt feucht war.

El apartamento es perfecto, por ubicación, comunicación, habitaciones y menaje. La zona es tranquila, segura y a 10 minutos de los principales puntos turísticos de Venecia. El apartamento cuenta es perfecto para quienes quieren moverse con tranquilidad por la ciudad, ahorrarse en comidas, pues hay una cocina con todo lo necesario, pero también con 2 supermercados cerquísima. Pero si quieres comer fuera, tienes cerca cafeterías y restaurantes asequibles. Giorgio y Gabriella están pendientes de todo y han cuidado al detalle el alojamiento, pensando en todo lo que un turista puede necesitar. Desde el aeropuerto es perfecto para llegar, pues el apeadero está a 7 minutos andando. Giorgio nos vino a buscar y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias. Todo muy fácil y confiable. Lo recomendamos al 100%. Ojalá podamos volver a Venecia y repetir con ellos.

Il loft è una posizione davvero strategica, in pochi minuti si raggiunge piazza San Marco. l'appartamentino è delizioso, dotato di un terrazzino con vista fantastica sui tetti di Venezia. La notte si riposa in tranquillità poiché, nonostante la posizione sia centralissima, lo spazio è ben isolato dai rumori cittadini. Esperienza davvero più che positiva!

Eine schöne, stilvolle grosszügige. und ruhige Wohnung mittendrin und zentral in San Marco. So konnten wir tagsüber auch mal zum Ausruhen nach Hause gehen. es war hilfreich, dass wir zwei Schlüssel hatten. Die Kommunikation verlief einfach und direkt, persönlich gesehen haben wir uns jedoch nicht. Wir durften nach Absprache etwas dpäter auschecken was uns sehr geholfen hat. Vielen Dank! Sehr zu empfehlen. Und: Venedi ist surreal schön!

Brunilda’s was located perfectly between a private area, a convenient bus stop, and the city center. Her home was filled with amenities, spacious, and very clean. She was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the decor and small touches in the home. I would highly recommend this home.

An excellent stay at Piero’s lovely waterfront apartment. Great location in a quiet and peaceful part of dorsoduoro but in easy walking distance of all parts of Venice if like us you are keen walkers. If not you are minutes from the lovely Zattere and the Vaporettos. Piero’s instructions and hints and tips on local amenities and restaurants/cafes were very useful as were the comments in the house book from other guests. Would highly recommend this lovely apartment. Very sorry to leave after a wonderful week in glorious Venice.

Very nice Apartment, situated at the end of an alley so very quiet. Still very well connected as the next Vaporetto Station is five minutes away. Very uncomplicated check-in an communication!

È la seconda volta che alloggio in questa struttura ed ancora una volta so che la potrò scegliere di nuovo! Ottima la posizione, molto pulita e ordinata e l'host sempre molto disponibile e attento a qualsiasi possibile richiesta. Spero che ogni volta che tornerò, la troverò disponibile perché credo sia la struttura qualità prezzo migliore nel centro di Treviso!

It was a pleasure living in David and Lilia's space. There was a completely equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, everything that could be needed for cleaning and laundry. Kitchen and bathroom equipment, lighting, beds — everything was high class, and the overall design of the aparment is very carefully thought. Also there was gas heating on both floors and gas heated hot water so this place was great for a winter vacation (we arrived in the beginning of January). The district itself was quiet and not so filled with tourists, so we preferred it to more central locations, still there were some nice restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes of walk. David and Lilia are friendly hosts and it was a pleasure communicating with them, they were ready to answer all our questions.

Perfect apartment for the three of us. Ideal location. Close to the main attractions but set in a quiet area just off of the beaten track. Very close to the water bus for the airport. Lovely apartment with a quiet secluded courtyard. Antonella & Andrea are the perfect host. Thank you.

Charming attic flat, even better than it looks in the photos; all the kitcheware and other oddments we could have wanted, including a vast supply of coffee pods.

Hem estat com a casa. L’apartament té tot el necessari i més per sentir-se còmode. El barri és molt tranquil, fora del tràfec de Venècia, però a només 15 minuts del Ponte dell’Accademia. Té un supermercat just al costat. Jyoti ha estat una amfitriona fantàstica, molt atenta i amable amb nosaltres.
