it was a wonderful experience! the surrounding landscape is divine, and the location is in the center but secluded from the crowds and noise, we felt very good and we will definitely come back. As for the apartment, it was exactly what we needed for a group of 4 people, thank you to the hosts!

Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay. Marco's apartment is beautiful. The location was perfect for us with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Also very easy to get to the airport. Marco is also a great host and helped me out a lot when I lost something on the way there. We would love to stay again when we next visit Venice.

We loved this place. The neighborhood was perfect, the house had everything we needed, and a quiet garden to sit in after all the excitement of Venice.

We were greeted at the water bus and walked to the home where everything was explained and any questions answered. We were so comfortable, beds were great and felt right at home. Peaceful neighborhood but within walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend!!!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, i padroni di casa simpatici e sempre a disposizione per eventuali problemi. La casa rispettava la descrizione, spaziosa, pulita e accogliente; perfetta per 4 persone . La posizione ottima, sul canale principale di Murano, e facilmente raggiungibile da Venezia.

Für uns als Familie mit drei (kleinen) Kinder war es perfekt. Es ist sehr sauber, gut gelegen, Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia und Carlos war prima und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind begeistert!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Tomasos Apartment in Jesolo. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool. Auch das Abendessen auf der Dachterasse war schön. Private Anlage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Einziges Manko, am Wochenende war die Hauptstraße nachts etwas laut. Aber Dank der Klimaanlage konnte man auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut schlafen. Ansonsten war alles super und Tomaso ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

Thomas bol ochotný, komunikoval na úrovni a akýkoľvek problém rýchlo vyriešil. Apartmán je súčasťou tichej rezidencie, ďalej od masového turizmu, napriek atraktivite Lido di Jesolo sme neboli pod nátlakom turistov. Užili sme si nádhernú rodinnú dovolenku, váľali sa pri pláži a navštívili Benátky, ktoré sú extrémne blízko. V dome sa dalo grilovať a kúpať v rezidenčnom bazéne, všade vládla nemecká čistota. Na terase sa dala cvičiť jóga a vybavenie bolo skvelé. Určite sa ešte vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelý zážitok.

Der Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren dort mit der Familie. Es sieht tatsächlich noch besser aus als auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr nett! Besonders gefallen hat uns der Garten mit dem Tischtennis und Schwimmbad. Ich kann den Unterkunft wärmst empfehlen!

The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette maison avec un beau jardin. Le séjour à été très agréable malgré la présence de nombreux moustiques. les hôtes nous ont mis le nécessaire à disposition pour limiter la gêne. Le logement est très bien situé pour se rendre notamment à Venise.

Wir haben eine Nacht in der schönen und großzügigen Wohnung verbracht. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und er ist leicht zu erreichen. Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber, gibt viel Platz und ausreichend Funktionen und Dinge zu kochen und übernachten etc. Es war echt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und wünsche euch einen schönen Aufenthalt in der schönen und riesigen Unterkunft.

We spent 2 nights in Venice. The host was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy outside and we asked him to raise the heating temperature and he helped immediately. The flat is very quiet and calm but just a few minutes walk from good restaurants. The Rialto and the Saint Mark Square is a 20-25 mins comfortable walk from the flat. It was absolutely good to stay there. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped such as the kitchen, too. It was easy to check in. The host came there to show what we could find there and give some instructions and suggestions. We just had to leave the keys on the kitchen table. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

Annina a été d'une très grande gentillesse depuis la réservation de notre séjour 6 mois en avance. Elle a toujours été extrêmement disponible, très gentille, conciliante... Son logement était très bien situé en plein Venise, dans un quartier très paisible, très charmant, à proximité de commerces et restaurants. Le logement était parfait pour nous 4. Je recommande vraiment à la fois le logement ainsi que passer par Annina qui nous a donné plein de recommandations pour notre séjour très détaillés. Je l'en remercie infiniment car nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel que j'attendais et que j'avais planifié depuis de nombreux mois. Ce séjour restera un des plus beaux souvenirs de ma vie .

Ofelia was amazing from the beginning on how to get there, gave us lots of recommendations and explained everything very well. The apt was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Wow! We could not have picked a better place to stay for our 2 night trip to Venice. This little house was perfect for a family of 5 including two teenagers. Michela has thought of absolutely everything you need, there are comfortable beds, lots of space and the house is spotless. There are even clear instructions left to find your way into Venice (which only took about 30 minutes by bus and was so easy to find). But above all Michela is just the kindest and loveliest lady who went out of her way to make our stay extra special by putting up a birthday banner and balloons for my daughter. This was so thoughtful. Thank you SO much Michela! We absolutely loved our stay at your house and would highly recommend.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. With very nice, friendly and helpful host. Fully equipped new apartment. Beautiful garden with peacocks. We where given useful advices about restaurants, parking and entertainment. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
