This is a wonderful apartment- with a lovely canal view. Communication with Valeria was very smooth and her husband very kindly met us at the taxi point and showed us to the flat. He also gave us lots of useful tips for places to go. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the had everything we needed and more. The location is AMAZING. It’s in a very quiet area but only seconds away from several restaurants, cafes, supermarket, and a bakery. Then just 3 minutes away is the waterfront area, with all the water buses, taxis tour boats etc.. and it’s also just 5 minutes from St Marks Square. It’s also on the ground floor with only two small steps to get in. There is also a level walk-in shower, which makes this a very accessible apartment for those with mobility issues. All in all, this is a great apartment, with lovely hosts in the most fantastic location. Highly recommended!

The canal view was stunning, making our experience in Venice even more special. The location was great, allowing us to explore the city easily. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. Foi ótima a estadia. Apartamento bem novo, móveis ótimos. Patrizia foi ótima no checkin, nos dando também dicas. Comunicação bem rápida e clara com anfitrião. Apartamento bem equipado, conseguimos cozinhar usando os utensílios. Foi excelente e voltaria com certeza.

We stayed in Olivier's beautiful flat for the best part of a week. It's even more stylish in the flesh than it appears in the photos. I'm an architect and I spent the first hour or so admiring the design and the classic furniture selection. Olivier organised for it to be made up as a three bed unit utilising the clever sliding partition to create the third bedroom. This worked really well and didn't really detract from the feeling of space in the main living room. The location is superb, overlooking the canal on one side and the main entrance to the Arsenale on the other. It's very close to cafes and restaurants on the lively Via Garibaldi. It's also pleasantly quiet in this area. Walk north along the outer wall of the Arsenale and you can be on your own amongst the narrow streets and canals. Oliver is an attentive host and offered plenty of advice about where to eat etc. All in all it was probably my best ever air bnb experience and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Olivier!

We enjoyed our stay at Elena’s apartment! There are lots of reviews describing how good the apartment is so my review will focus on how family friendly it was. Traveling at the end of February with a toddler can be really challenging so it wasn’t that much thanks to the comfort the apartment offers. There was heating system so the temperature was perfect as well as the hot water. We were provided with baby crib, blankets and pillows as well as a comfortable baby chair. The apartment was very clean so we felt comfortable to use the provided baby accessories. The apartment is technically on the 2nd floor but there was enough space and privacy to leave the stroller at the first floor. The location is central but very silent, you’ll be surprised by how dark the nights are here. In conclusion I definitely recommend this property for family stays.

An oasis in the heart of a busy Venice. We stayed here for a week for Carnival. Check in was smooth & friendly. The home is exactly as lovely as the photos look. It felt like walking into a designer space yet holds the charm of old Venice. The bed was comfortable & the space was relaxing. My wife and I traveled with our baby and found the back room was quiet & peaceful for him to sleep. I would quickly recommend this location to a couple looking for a romantic apartment on holiday, a family, or friends that need two rooms. The host & the local rep were both kind and easy to communicate with.

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

We were greeted right away and checked in personally. We felt right at home and the process was very easy and effortless. The place was bigger than expected and can easily accommodate a whole family. It felt very cozy and the location was perfect. The view is truly amazing, seeing the canal from your bedroom window was very nice. Highly recommend going to the pizzeria/restaurant that’s just a 3 min walk from the apartment. Overall highly recommend this very romantic and cozy stay in Murano.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 2 days in Vania's apartment. It has everything we needed, and our 3-year-old loved the garden. Easy to get in using key locker. The canal was right outside the door, and seeing Murano empty in the morning was amazing. Highly recommended! As others mentioned, entrance to the apartment is through the bedroom, but for us it wasn't a problem.

A gorgeous apartment with very proactive hosts. Caterina & Niccolò assisted our water taxi transfer to make it easier for our departure. Very peaceful location, however not many restaurants/bars in the imitate vaccinity however all main tourist attractions and many restaurants/bars were around a 15 min walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment, thank you!

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Cozy place with a nice view of the canal, and in a prime spot close to everything. Chaira was an excellent and responsive host.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit superschöner Aussicht. Sauber und alles drin, was man braucht (wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht) Cannaregio ist ein tolles Viertel, von der Wohnung aus erreicht man alles gut zu Fuß, sehr nah am Bootsanleger zum Flughafen. Wir werden den Sound der Boote unter dem Fenster vermissen :) Giacomo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, hat immer sofort reagiert und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Danke dafür!

Mirko’s place was really nice; everything was exactly as described. We didn’t spend much time at the apartment, but it was in a quiet location, just a 2-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. Thank you, Mirko! we really enjoyed our time in Venice!

Elena's home is lovely, large - beautiful large kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook or just make coffee, fast internet, a large comfortable bed, great water pressure, quiet building and so close to everything - rialto bridge, so many amazing restaurants and caffes, the vaporetto (water bus system) and great bakeries, gelaterias and a supermarket (Coop). It was incredibly easy to get to the apartment and Elena provide great, clear instructions . Venezia is such a beautiful city and Elena was an incredible host, so sweet and nice, speaks Italian and English and provided a lot of great recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, local specialties and was incredibly responsive. We are truly grateful to Elena for an amazing time and highly recommend her beautiful home. We stayed 3 days and would recommend more time to really see and enjoy Venezia more and defintely would come back and book Elena's airbnb if it is available. Thank you again Elena for everything!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. The apartment was very clean, new, with all the equipment (as in the pictures and description). Markus was quick to respond and helpful with any questions. It's been a long time since we've been to such a beautiful place, an apartment where everything was really top . I highly recomende Markus place , we wil definitely come back. Monica’s apartment is beautiful and well located. It was spotless when my friend and I arrived. Monica and her husband were incredibly helpful in coordinating our transpiration from the airport and to the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Venice. Great location - could walk everywhere and near to restaurants, shops and major sights. The apartment was also very peaceful being on a quieter street. Easy short walk from nearby San Samuele vaporetto stop - we were met by our host who was responsive and helpful regarding any queries we had. We were also able to check in slightly early and leave our bags for a few hours after check out which was a big help. Thanks very much, I’d highly recommend Enrico’s place and would happily stay there again.
