Perfect location! The location of this unit is perfect! You can see the water when you are pulling in the driveway. I stopped at the beach every single day! Looks like pictures. Parking spot is small but you’ll make it if you’re a driver and book a small car. There was no dog smell- unit was clean. Host was always responsive. I highly recommend!

I was thrilled to find this place for our spur of the moment spring break trip to LA from Seattle! My husband and two teens found it very comfortable. We walked to dinner each night and enjoyed the sunset on the beach! My 13 year old even felt safe enough to head to the beach in the morning by herself for tanning! The beach towels provided were a big plus! There was even a wagon and beach chairs in the garage if needed! Oh! And awesome to have a dedicated parking spot right on site. The home was clean and comfortable with super soft linens and I always appreciate when shampoo/conditioner/bodywash is provided! Hosts were very responsive and friendly! It was a lovely stay. Thank you!

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Andrea's place is in a very desirable area, close to restaurants and waterways. Sadly when we went, it was rainy so we weren't able to see it's full beauty. I'm sure it's wonderful. The unit was very clean, modern and perfect for the two of us. Loved having a full washer/dryer in the unit, and the primary suite is lovely. The only thing I wish I knew was that there are different levels. When you enter, it's a step down. I tripped the first few times I entered. There's also a step down from the kitchen and from the primary ... again tripped a few times. So if you're one who needs one level floor plan, you may want to ask Andrea questions about the flooring. Otherwise, it's a beautifully clean and quiet place. And as other reviewers stated, you definitely will need a "thin" car to fit into the parking spot. It was fine for us, but if you have a full sized truck or SUV, it will be tight. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing place and view! Perfect for a duo or a single person. Parking is expensive but host offers local options in the immediate vicinity; I recommend them. I suggest parking on day one and the last day in the building to load your bags easy, otherwise park in another nearby garage. Good communication and location

This is a lovely getaway for a solo traveler! Literally steps to the beach and close to a bunch of restaurants. Thoroughly recommend!

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

We had a good stay in Tony's apartment. It's a nice peaceful space in a great neighborhood. Everything met our expectations - would recommend.

Great place to stay. Close to everything! Very clean and Peter is very kind and friendly. He is very fast and responsive. The place is exactly as shown and it’s a great place to enjoy the city but enjoy the sites and has the marina as a great view! Thanks Peter!

Melody's place at the Malibu Outrigger is a total gem - peaceful and private, with the sound of crashing waves. Access to the clean, private beach couldn't be easier (head down to the ground floor and it's steps from there), and the pool, jacuzzi and lounge area on the grounds are all well-maintained and comfortable. Great jumping-off point for exploring Malibu (a plaza about a mile down the road has a ton of great shops and restaurants, including Howdy's and Taverna Tony).

The apartment is in a nice community. Including a pool, barbecue places, parking slots, and a gym. We felt comfortable during the whole stay. We would take this apartment again the next time we visit Santa Monica. 🙃

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

This residence is truly magnificent. The vistas are awe-inspiring. I thoroughly enjoyed the soothing sound of the ocean from every room. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. I greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preheating the hot tub. I recommend you bring a flashlight when heading down do the jacuzzi!

This place was perfection for our recent spring break trip. It's about a block walk to the El Porto beach where there is a swingset, rental/food stand, surfing and of course - the beach! Loved that there were beach chairs, toys, balls and beach towels in the unit to use (we added a volleyball to the collection!) so that we didn't have to buy a bunch of new things we wouldn't be able to fly home with. The space was great for our family of 4. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a short drive to downtown MB. I would highly recommend this spot and we'll stay here again on our next trip out! I read other reviews and just want to add, with most beach town apartments in CA, A/C and heat aren't typical because of the great breeze you get off the ocean. We stayed plenty warm on the cool nights with the extra blankets and kept the windows open during the day!

Aaron and Chers Manhattan Beach house is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone. The beds were insanely comfortable, the house was spotless, having a garage is perfect! Loved the view from the upstairs room and the terrace. The house was equipped with everything we needed included beach toys for the kids and a coffee machine for us. Aaron and Cher were such lovely and accommodating hosts. One of our favourite stays to date! Thank you 🙏🏼

We were visiting for work and play. Raha's space is beautifully decorated and had all the kitchen amenities needed to eat some meals in. We were very comfortable and would come back again!

Really cute, peaceful place just a couple blocks from the beach. Very quiet and relaxing for being so close to the beach. Lovely little enclosed patio. We were always able to find parking within a few blocks. We would absolutely stay here again.

Jessica’s place was amazing! Awesome location walking distance to the Venice Pier, the beach and the Venice canals. Her house was clean and had everything we needed not to mention the most epic master bathroom. Jessica was super communicative and flexible with allowing us to extend our stay.
