Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

It was wonderful place to stay for our family for 3 nights. Some privacy for the teenagers with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and also the balcony with a fireplace and view. Too Bad the mornings where foggy We couldn’t enjoy the view perfectly. Also Parking was great and Jackie wonderful and responsive host. And our recommendation is to try Beach Pizza and Uncle Bill’s for Breakfast nearby

We had a very nice stay at Josie's condo. The location is walkable to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The condo was as described and very comfortable and clean. Josie is very responsive to questions and local recommendations were provided.

Nicks place was very clean, walking distance to all the shops, mall, and restaurants. There was a very nice grocery store cross from home which I was purchasing g all the daily necessary goods, bread, egg, fruits and more

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Best location in Manhattan beach on the strand directly in front of the ocean. Our stay was perfect. Would love to stay at Tony’s again.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with Airbnb. The view was amazing! This was a very peaceful stay. I was able to walk to restaurants in the area if I did not feel like driving. The home was clean & instructions getting in were very easy. I will be staying again!! Definitely recommend!

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

What a great stay! Lovely garden and in the perfect neighborhood. Camille and Mark were excellent communicators and gave some good local tips. Even though our flight was delayed they stayed up to meet us and show us the room. Would not even think about staying somewhere else when we come back to LA.

Jack and his team were incredibly responsive. We had a huge issue with another rental and after a seven hour drive down to LA we were essentially stuck without a place to stay. I found Jack’s listing at 5pm or so, booked, and we were checked in within the hour. They responded immediately and it was perfect for our needs! Literally as close as you can get to Universal City Walk. Clean. Had all of the essentials. And the responsiveness of his team was top notch.

Modern and clean apartment in great condition. Furniture in great shape, beds were comfortable. Very nice unit. We did have a couple people in their 80s and getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge as the tub walls are very high.

Ive been to MANY bnbs throughout the world but I must say this was by far the best. The beds and foundations were oh so good. Usually a bed feels flimsy weak and no support BUT Chateau TNT has changed the game. Good sturdy foundations and firm mattresses and PLENTY of pillows and blankets. The massage chair, the cold fridge, pool table, washer and dryer etc etc. i was so satisfied and at home. Definitely will be using this bnb again. Just perfect!!!! Oh and the shower OMG perfect pressure and different angles. Just a perfect spot!!!!!

This place was immaculate, very very clean and pretty, awesome TV's in every room, all the amenities you need, cleaning products to clean up behind yourself (lots of hosts miss that detail). The communication was awesome! The neighbors in building were a lil interesting but nothing that would deter me from booking with this location over n over again

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Great downtown LA apartment! For starters, the main living space has pleasant modern decor and is spacious with high ceilings, and lots of natural light due to large windows. Appreciated the convenience of washer/dryer and the free parking garage across the street. The rooftop pool area is also very nice with great skyline views.

This space is really special. Everything was as described. The space was stocked with all of the necessary amenities and extra special treats like coffee every day and spices to cook a full meal. Dishes, stemware, utensils and special-occasion dinnerware provided an opportunity for an intimate dinner. I did find the home to be private. Staying in the heart of DTLA I thought I would feel exposed, but the window faces a wall which gave the space a city feel while providing privacy and a feeling of security from prying eyes. The parking availability was a perfect bonus. We used the deck and hot tub and truly maximized all of the offerings in this lovely home. Lastly I will say they do over communicate, but it was great directions and clear guidance on how to truly enjoy your stay. BTW my deposit was refunded the next evening, so no need to worry about that being held up. Thank you to this team for their support and availability during my stay.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.
