Great place n location and spacious

We would recommend to anyone particularly those travelling from outside US. It can be a challenge getting to your accommodation but Isaac made the process great and have a low stress start to a break is the key!

Everything within the host control was great. Cleanliness, amenities, check in, communication. Just the location and parking was very sketchy.. nothing within the host control though. I would recommend!

Beautiful hotel, just as described! We were hoping we had more of a view but regardless wonderful spot. Hotel employees were all so kind. We had breakfast at their restaurant, reasonable prices, delicious food, and employees were all so sweet! Will definitely be back!

My sister and I had our Airbnb cancelled that I booked a month in advance for a concert less than a week before our stay. I found this place within minutes and thankfully there was availability. The whole process from booking to our stay and checkout, I have zero complaints. The staff is very friendly and more than willing to help you. Airbnb listing said towels weren’t provided nor shampoo however all of that was provided. The hotel holds your bags if you are early to check in or need a reason to leave your things. We were able to check out and have them keep our bags in their storage while we got breakfast. They even allowed us to use the pool after our check out time. We really enjoyed our stay and I definitely would consider staying here again if I’m ever in LA.

Very nice location and appartement, providing all you need to have a perfect stay, up to details like having salt & pepper and fresh coffee, wow. And the hot pool was really hot and the normal pool also slightly heated, what a luxury. And everything clean and well maintained. Well done!

We had an amazing experience at The Pierside Santa Monica. The room was clean and large- enough space for my family of 3. The location was amazing! The restaurant in the Pierside was delicious- so so good! Bike rentals available if you’re interested. Everyone was kind, friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely come back soon!

Felt right at home, would book again!

I stayed at the Saturn for about 12 nights due to work in the Los Angeles area. The rate matched my budget and the location was central to all the places I needed to be. The place is hidden behind a multi-story townhome and it was very private. I felt secure even coming back late night after work. It was clean and the management proactively sent me clean towels after a couple nights and continued to provide clean towels and sheets for me to change myself. One thing to be aware of is that street parking may take a little time to find sometimes and there are posted "No Parking" signs with the times on the streets for street cleaning, so look for parking signs when you park. Only one night I had to drive around bit to find parking a couple blocks away, otherwise it was not a big issues for me. I was driving a full sized SUV though. Overall it was great place for me to come back to after work and rest.
