Venlo : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Zeer nette en zeer mooie woning. Wij waren hier met 3 koppels om te wandelen en te fietsen. De woning was smetteloos en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Alles is hier aanwezig om een aangenaam en leuk weekend te maken. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers die zeker ruim voldoende zijn voor een weekend of midweek. In de gang boven is er zelfs ruimte voor kleding op te bergen. Ook aan de kleine dingen is gedacht, zoals wasknijpers, keukenrol of tabletten voor de vaatwas. De woning is gelegen in een mooie wandel en fietszone, dichtbij verschillende knooppunten. De garage is ruim en kan gebruikt worden om verschillende fietsen te stockeren en batterijen op te laden. Achteraan de woning ligt een goederenspoor. Niettegenstaande dit een van de drukste in België is, hebben wij hier zo goed als geen last van gehad. Het zicht op de spoorwegbrug (Arcaden) is prachtig. Claire reageerde onmiddellijk op vragen en gaf tips wanneer wij er om vroegen. Perfecte gastvrouw !

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad, overdag lekker gewandeld in de natuur en leuke plaatsen bezocht vanuit het comfortabele huis van Albert. En 's avonds gezellig bij de open haard gezeten.

Wir waren sehr happy in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und hat drinnen 2 Toiletten, was bei 6 Personen super ist. Dankeschön!

Lovely place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Very central location with much within walking distance. We would recommend.

We were three guys traveling to an exhibition nearby. The place was very cozy, clean and had all you need for a quiet weekend. there was a supermarket in a walking distance and the city center is 5-minute drive away. Mie was very attentive and everything was perfect. we hope to visit again in the future!

Fantastic house at a great location, close to the city center and public transport. Very spacious and cosy with a lovely garden. We stayed for a week with a family of four. Katinka is very friendly and helpful and brought us a high chair upon request. Highly recommended!

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir haben es nur zum übernachten während Karneval genutzt und waren viel unterwegs. Peter hat und super nett in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Betten bezogen, Handtücher bereit und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Alles bestens!

Wir hatten einen tollen zweitägigen Kurzaufenthalt in Thorbens wunderschöner, blitzsauberer Wohnung. Kommunikation, Check-In und Lage waren wunderbar, wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

We spent a lovely weekend at Regina's beautiful apartment! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the river Rhine, with a beautiful walkikg path & also some great local restaurants. Regina was very helpful and made us feel right at home - totally recommend!

Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes eine angenehme Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war perfekt, da wir nur wenige Minuten von den Messehallen entfernt waren und gemütlich war das Zimmer plus Bad ebenfalls. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief problemlos und freundlich.

Anja’s place is wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. We felt at home . It is so clean and cozy, the river is beautiful and the terrace is such a great bonus with its magical presence. There was even a picnic blanket which I used for a short sunbath on the grass. We combined a business trip with leisure and it worked out perfectly! The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. The tram is a short walk and takes you directly to center or you can go to Porz in the other direction ( local neighbourhood). We would come back again if we have the opportunity. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to call home for a few days. Anja is a spectacular host ! It was like visiting a relative who wanted us to feel taken care of. Thank you Anja !

Das Appartement im Dachgeschoss ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sehr sauber. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Alexandra war immer zuvorkommend und eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Trotz des gemeinsamen Treppenhauses hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre, da das Obergeschoss auch durch eine separate Tür vom Rest des Hauses getrennt ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Apartment war genau wie auf den Bildern, sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden von Ulrike persönlich empfangen und sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gern wieder.

Gute Kommunination, schöne Lage direkt am Rhein. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt.

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

Robert & Corinne are fantastic hosts—clear and accommodating in communication, relaxed and flexible in organization, and warm and welcoming in person. Their home is cozy, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and just the perfect way to start the day. All in all, a perfect stay—thank you both!

Tutto positivo,ci siamo sentiti bene nella sua casa

Schöne, sehr saubere und ruhige Wohnung mit Balkon. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Zentral gelegen mit einem Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Stefano war sehr flexibel und hilfreich, sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles OK: alle voorzieningen voor een comfortabel verblijf. Wij brachten wel ons eigen koffiezetapparaat mee (enkel Nespresso ter plaatse). Het trapje tussen living en keuken/badkamer was wel even wennen voor ons (70+'ers). We waren enkel verbaasd over het ontbreken van verwarming in de kleine badkamer.

Het appartement is heel leuk ingericht. De badkamer was erg ruim, douche lekker warm en het bed lag goed. Wat ons opviel was dat er veel koffiepads, theezakjes, kruiden etc waren. Het huis is erg schoon en het leek groter dan op de foto's. Tijdens ons verblijf was het erg guur weer maar we hebben ons toch vermaakt. We reden naar mooie plaatsjes en bezochten kastelen, musea en kringloopwinkels en we lunchten in leuke restaurants. Het was 's avonds fijn thuis komen in een warm appartement. Miriam en Ger zijn erg vriendelijk en reageerden snel.

Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, in der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht inklusive Backpapier, Küchenpapier, Handtücher und Schwamm. Wir wurden mit Schokolade auf dem Tisch und Getränken im Kühlschrank begrüßt, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die ELORIA Erlebnisfabrik ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und schnell und wir durften am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bei den Gastgebern in der Wohnung lassen, das hat und sehr geholfen.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage über Silvester in der Unterkunft. Das Highlight war das Feuerwerk, dass der Nachbar gezündet hat, welches wir direkt aus dem Wohnzimmer Fenster bestaunen konnten. Es war sehr gemütlich, ausreichend Platz, sauber und Olaf ist super freundlich. Die Gegend ist ruhig, ein paar Minuten Autofahrt entfernt gibt es aber echt gute Restaurants.
