Ventanicas-el Cantal : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Einen sehr herzliche Empfang von Maria um 21 Uhr. Es ist eine kleine aber sehr praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung im 11 Stock mit Sicht aufs Meer direkt an der Prommenade am Meer. Es hatte alles was es brauchte, die Küche war bestens ausgerüstet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Dachterasse ist grossartig. herzlichem Dank Maria und Carlos

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Nos ha encantado pasar el puente aquí. El apartamento estaba muy bien y la terraza con vistas estupendas. Ademas, Las Negras nos ha robado un hueco en nuestro corazón. Volveremos seguro. ¡Gracias María!

Apartamento limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La terraza con el jacuzzi es una pasada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y con el agua calentito, está genial para los peques. La playa está muy cerquita y además hay comercios y restaurantes muy cerca. Ha sido genial poder meter el coche en el parking subterráneo, la plaza es muy grande y está enfrente de la puerta de acceso. La única cosa a tener en cuenta es que no es accesible ya que tiene escaleras para acceder a todo, pero hemos estado tan agusto que no nos ha importado. Sin duda un sitio para repetir. Wir sind das erste mal in Mojacar Almeria gewesen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dazu beigetragen hat dieses wunderschöne Apartment mit einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Strand. Wir hatten den Pool der Anlage sowie den Strand fast ganz für uns alleine, sodass wir uns sehr gut erholen konnten. Allein der Blick aus dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers und des Balkons hat uns täglich ein sehr besonderes Urlaubsgefühl beschert und für eine innere Ruhe und Entspannung gesorgt. Wir können diese Urlaubsunterkunft sehr empfehlen, besonders für Personen die in ihrem Urlaub mal so richtig abschalten und trotzdem Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen möchten. Das Dorf Mojacar pueblo ist sehr sehenswert.. La noche de velas an der das Dorf komplett mit Kerzen beleuchtet wird war bezaubernd anzuschauen. Begeistert waren wir von der Flamenconshow im tablao El Pimiento in Mojacar pueblo. Unternommen haben wir u.a. Ausflüge nach Almeria, Roquetas de Mar, Cartagena und La Manga.

El anfitrión respondía muy rápido a cualquier duda. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy complero. La ubicación es ideal para recorrer caminando todo el casco histórico, el puerto, la playa, etc. Súper recomendable

La estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba limpio, y era como en las fotos. La zona es tranquila que es lo que buscábamos. Estuvimos por los alrededores y Agua Amarga fue de los pueblos que más nos gustó, así que una suerte estar alojados allí. Sólo hablamos con Inés por mensajes pero estuvo pendiente en todo momento. Alojamiento y zona 100% recomendables.

La casita es súper confortable, con unas vistas inmejorables! Fue una estancia estupenda, Alessandra es muy buena anfitriona, nos ayudó en todo y siempre estaba pendiente. Sin duda si quieres desconectar y relajarte con las mejores vistas de Cabo de Gata este es tu sitio! Volveremos!

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La comunicación con Arantza fácil y con instrucciones claras (incluso con vídeos) La limpieza estupenda, estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La azotea, aunque sin amueblar es ideal para ver las estrellas en una noche clara, de hecho estuvimos hasta media noche disfrutándolas en el silencio de la noche, una maravilla. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la playa y de la plaza del pueblo con variedad para comer y desayunar. A pesar de estar en el centro, hay un aparcamiento público gratuito a pocos metros del apartamento en el que siempre hemos encontrado hueco

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Such a great place to stay by the sea! Really comfortable flat. We spent 2 nights, we didnt miss anything ! The host was really friendly easy and simple communication 😊.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Under-stated, this accommodation was 💯 perfect. (Not walkable, but it didn’t say it was so I knew). Maria and Robert were perfect hosts, really helpful and responsive to all needs. There was absolutely everything available in the kitchen and bedroom etc. I could not fault anything. I think it was under-priced for what one got. It would not suit everyone though, I am a single triathlete and for me this worked brilliantly as I could come and go all day and just cook in the well equipped kitchen. I wanted for nothing for the whole 2 weeks. It was a fair way from Alicante, but not a difficult drive. Nothing was difficult. Just a brilliant 2 weeks triathlon training, pool 15 mins away and cycling and running just at the bottom of the hill. Flat roads, hilly roads a triathlete’s paradise. Apartamento situado en la última planta de una urbanización tranquila y con magníficas vistas al mediterráneo; muy limpio, ordenado y con total seguridad, el más completo en cuanto a menaje, cubertería, productos de aseo y limpieza, ... de todos en los que me he alojado. Se nota la preocupación y el cariño de su dueña. Rosa (la anfitriona), muy amable y siempre pendiente de que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. En resumen, os animo a alquilarlo, os sentiréis como en casa.

Dit is echt een pareltje. Heel mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement. Parkeren voor het complex. Duidelijke incheckinstructies middels video. Genoten van het uitzicht en de zonsopkomst. Kleine buurtsuper iets verderop. Het authentieke Mojàcar is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Aan het eind van de boulevard ligt een wandelpad richting het Castello de Macenas ook passeer je de rots de Nazoreeër.

Apartamento limpio y ordenado, urbanización muy tranquila.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.
