Logement à proximité d’une station de métro et à 20 minutes du centre de Madrid. Logement situé dans un quartier calme et avec un petit centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité. Également un parc idéal pour les familles et enfants. Logement assez spacieux et agréable avec le patio. Seul problématique pas de parking gratuit si vous êtes en voiture. Je recommande fortement ce logement et Juan qui est un hôte très réactif et avec de précieux conseils.

Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Maribel’s place was a short 2’ walk from my daughter’s apartment and the Metro. We were able to check in early which was amazing due to our flight schedule. The apartment was very clean l, had all supplies needed, the beds were comfy, and apartment had good instructions. The neighborhood is quiet which I loved, but close to everything by metro. We had a lovely time and would definitely return. Thank you so much!!!!

Turininga viešnagė Madride. Apartamentai miesto centre ir šalia metro stotelės. Patogi ir lengva logistika, be to pagrindinės lankytinos vietos pasiekiamos ir pėstute. Intensyvi gatvė pilna mielų barų, kavinių ir parduotuvėlių, labai patogu. Be to, visai šalia Flamenko tetras, nepraleidome progos apsilankyti, patiko. Apartamentus suradome labai lengvai, iš anksto gavome atvykimo instrukcijas, viskas labai lengva ir suprantama. Mielas ir greitas bendravimas su šeimininku. Ačiū.

Ubicación ideal,muy cerca del centro caminando. Parada de autobús a 3 minutos así como un supermercado y una farmacia. La zona además era ideal por su tranquilidad, genial para el descanso nocturno. El anfitrión fue muy cortés y atento, respondiendo rápido, explicaciones claras y flexibilidad para la hora de llegada.

This is a really great apartment in a prime location. It is very comfortable by European standards -- central AC/heat is rare in Madrid, and we loved the heated floors since it was very chilly and rainy when we were there! The location is great, the building is quiet and you can walk to a million places. Having a view of the royal palace was pretty neat. The abundance of streaming options on TV was great for our young kids after a long day of sightseeing, or if it was too rainy to go out. The only issue we had was that the listing said there would be a crib, and it took three nights for us to finally get one (after opening a case with Airbnb). But the issue was resolved and the host kindly refunded us some of our money, so we have no hard feelings and can highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone else.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Madrid, für die Wohnung von Nuria der ideale Ausgangspunkt war. Super zentral - 1 Minute von der Gran Via entfernt - gelegen, alles war in der Wohnung wie angegeben. Wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit Nuria war immer schnell und äußerst freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lila’s flat. The apartment is exactly as the photos. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very easy to get to by Metro from the airport and a short walk from Principe Pio station. Check in was seamless with a digital lock system accessed by an app. the apartment is situated on the main road with a bus stop outside the front door, however we walked in and out of the city centre each time. Lila’s apartment is a great base to explore Madrid. Communication with Lila was excellent 5/5.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything is walkable, all the tourist sites, fun restaurants and bars are everywhere. The space was a bit smaller than expected but we didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment as there is so much to do in Madrid. Our hosts were super responsive and gave us great tips.

A acomodação de Carlos é perfeita, principalmente, para quem vai passar poucas noites e pega voo a partir do aeroporto de Madrid-Barajas. É muito pertinho do aeroporto e da estação de metrô. Ele é super gentil, tivemos um problema com a porta, pois fechamos com a chave por dentro, e ele rapidamente resolveu. Foi muito proativo. Também disponibilizou o checkin com antecedência e passou todas as informações com clareza. O apartamento em si é grande, novo, bem conservado e todo equipado. Super recomendado!

TLDR: Very kind host and one of the best and most convenient locations to stay in Madrid, but has a few quirks you should be aware of mainly that it's basement level. Pros: * Kind and responsive host * The best location - 1 minute walk from a metro that takes you anywhere in the city, 3 minute walk from great gym, 7 minute walk to grocery store, plenty of restaurants nearby. Also smack dab in the middle of Malasana and Chueca which are centers of nightlife * Very quiet so can get good sleep * Cool atmosphere which helps during summer * Gorgeous decor * Many amenities included * Easy to use kitchen space Cons: * Basement level which can impact your mood if you need sun and and a feeling of space/openness * Shower drain consistently would get slightly clogged * No dryer, only washer which has a closing door issue (just close it firmly and press initiate regardless of if it says unlocked, open and repeat until it works) * Cold environment isn't the best for late fall + winter stays
